Not updating Leave balances in Portal as per date

Dear Folks,
Please go through the requirement
Brief Background
In portal under services of Leave, the u201Cmy leave balanceu201D is able to display only the balance as on today, i.e. date of access. Although option of choosing to see on what date balance is required to be displayed is there, even after inputting the chosen date, the balance does not reflect properly.
As is - Briefly
In portal service of leave, u201Cmy leave balanceu201D is not functioning properly as stated above
To Be
The display in u201Cmy leave balanceu201D should show the proper balance(absence quota) on the chosen date(say 010409) as inputted, even if some quota balances (absence quota)may have changed/end date reached between the chosen date and today
Suggest me is there any notes to be applied or what are all the possible changes has to be made

Good question.
The design of the system is such that RE is updated during the year end closing only. (At the end of the accounting year). During the year RE is not updated but system shows in the FSV the difference between assets & liabilities = to current yearu2019s profit or loss (up to the period).
Donu2019t worry. Just look at any standard FSV available in the system, copy it and edit it as per your requirements.

Logical system not updated in the business system adapter specific data par

Hello Guys,
I changed a logical system name in the sld for a business system and that that is not reflected in the Integration directory adapter specific data tab.
I did a cache refresh using :
1) sxi_cache --- Full cache refresh, delta cache refresh
2) Hard cache refresh
3) In ID "Cleared SLD data cahe "
4) Refreshed the exchange profile
But no use
Can you please tell how i can get the logical system name for the business system updated in the Integration Directory.

When you change it in SLD and if not getting replected in the ID...make sure you run the cache again, perofmr the comeplete cache....
there is an option under the adapter specific mesage attributes compare with SLD you can click that, is nthing happening after clicking it?
Run the cache in the ID are there any errors there?
check the RWB cache monitoring is everything green there?

Not updating PLA Balance for a month

We are Extracting PLA Register from J2I6 for Excise Group XX , It showed negative value in August 2011 , so we went thorough table where PLA balances get updated & can be seen on transaction basis.
In Table J_2IACCBAL , we have found some registers is not getting update in July.
For example
- Register PLAAT1 on 03.07.2011- Opening balance is 0 .00 while Closing Balance is on 09.06.2011- Rs. 28014.00 , there is no transaction between 10.06.2011 & 02.07.2011.

in the 'enclosure' tag, and this is not a media file (click on the link above and you will get a list including the media file). I would have expected that iTunes would have shown the episode, but just been unable to provide a media file for it, but since subscribing manually doesn't show the entry for June 24 I suppose that iTunes is not recognizing the episode because there is no media file present.

Some Tabs not updating when selecting a link or entering data fields

This is weird, and it's been happening for at least months. It did it in Firefox 6x, and upgrading to Firefox 7x did not help.
A lot of times when I click a link in a tab, Firefox looks like it is going to go to the link, but it doesn't. The same page appears. This is not website specific, and happens sometimes on Google as well as on many other sites. It is very unpredictable. Even when I type a search term into Google or another search engine, the window in the tab stays the same.
If I click a link and the page doesn't change, it doesn't matter how many times I click it. However, if I do CTRL-click or SHIFT-click, it does open a new tab or window with the correct page (the one I wanted).
I have disabled add-ons, cleared cache, updated Firefox, all with no help. I'm sure I'm not the first person who's experienced this, so I hope someone understands what I'm talking about and has some advice. Thanks!

Update downloaded but did not update now thinks app is up to date

I purchased X3 Terran Conflict a couple of weeks ago. There was an update available yesterday which I selected to do. The update was 6.9Gb and took a few hours to download. I paused and resumed the download only once. When downloaded there was a button 'Update', unfortunately it was very late so I just shut the computer down. This morning the AppStore says all apps are up to date! The AppStore says X3 should be version 3.1.1 and the loading screen for X3 says 3.1, so it looks like the update hasn't been applied.
Is the downloaded update somewhere on my machine and I have to run it manually? Or can I get the AppStore to show the X3 update again?

The apps are installed to your Applications folder.

There are some MAS known bugs where an update shows as available but really isn't. One thing you might try is installing the v10.6.7 combo update.
It's ok to do this even if you are already running v10.6.7.

RG1 is not Updating Automatically

Dear All Salute !!
RG1 is not updating automatically in the system due to data migration on cutoff date since February; they are maintaining parallel in the legacy system (in Excel or any other), though here is updated project from 5.0 to 6.0.
I am unable to understand, how the system is going on in the lacking of this.
From Accounts Department side: Still Cenvat duty posting & statement (57AE) are done manually by dispatch/stores department. As per ECC6, system generated report should be available to the end users to avoid duplicate work & mistake.
As per observation from SD side _no Opening Balance is uploaded while data migration_.
I have got information through SDN about table J_2IRG1BAL but I am unaware of using this.
Please provide me complete solution for this to do the needful instead of OSS Notes.

Please check whether you have maintained opening balances for
all RG1 material in table J_2IRG1BAL. If not, please maintain opening
balances for all RG1 material in J_2IRG1BAL for the date from which
you want to run the RG1 report.

AR Invoicemigration that do not effect inventory balances

I using the SDK and the DI API to import Open AR invoices from another platform into SAP B1. Is there a property I could set in either the Documents Object or the Documents Line object that will allow me to NOT update Inventory balances? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Dana,
There is not a property in the SDK that will stop the balances from being affected. You would need to post the transactions and then set the balances using adjusting entries to where they need to be in reality.

got the answer
this problem comes when we are doing back data punching and the open periods are not current periods. for example, the current period is Apr and if one of the open periods in MM is not April, then this problem arises.
i was facing a different problem, though the current period is open the balances are coming as negative. this typically happens when the open period is the first period in the new fiscal year and we didnt run the balance carryforward function in FI. Once that is done this problem will not arise.

Issue regarding 0MATERIAL_ATTR - Attribute not Updated for Some Materials

Hi All,
As per requirement, I had enhanced 0MATERIAL_ATTR DS with one customer field MRP Controller.
After enhancing 0MATERIAL_ATTR, I had made necessary changes in related objects like 0MATERIAL Info Object & related transformation for this new attribute.
After making changes, when I had done Repair full request for 0MATERIAL_ATTR, newly added attribute had not updated for all material, other attributes were updated correctly but MRP controller had not updated for some records.
I am confused with why attribute(MRP controller) updated in some Materials & for some materials its not updated.
I had checked in PSA, data for this added attribute is come in PSA but not updated in data target (0material).
I had also activated master data by running Attribute change run but still problem persist.

I had write code in CMOD for MRP controller.
As data is coming fine till PSA but its not updated in Data Target (0MATERIAL) .
if I take one example..
For exp Material XYZ has two entries in PSA table, one is updated during delta load & recent one which come though Repair Full request.
Now newly adder attribute MRP controller available in recent request of Repair Full but that is blank in case of prior delta update.
I am confused because MRP controller attribute is updated for some Material but for some material its remain blank.

Do not update in qty for asset transaction

Dear all,
the system update the qty field in asset master data when transaction take effects. But there is any why that qty field in asset master data do not update after transaction takes place like when transfer from one asset "a" to asset "b" with t code ABUMN.
asset a with qty 1 and asset b with qty 2 in the master record,
when transfer from a to b the system must not update the qty field in asset master data that the system updates to 3.
How can the system do update qty ?????

Hi,
This is the standard behaviour of the system.
If a transfer takes place from asset X to asset Y, then the system adds the sending asset's qty to receving asset's qty, only if the both UOM are same.
Often users create an asset master with values in qty fields also, but that qty field should be blank only, since the qty will be added to it through asset transaction only.(if earlier qty is 0 and transaction qty is 1, then it would be 0+1=1)
In your case you might have created your second asset with 2 qty and transfered 1 qty from sending asset, so the system added the both quantities in receiving asset. ( 1+2=3), as you are aware of this.

Leave balance inconsistent in ESS Portal

Goodday all,
I'm stuck here. We are currently on r/3 4.7 and using ESS (ITS Version) via Portal. Recently, we are having problem with one of our leave type. The leave type is not showing the correct balance in ESS leave request. I've checked the absence quota in IT2006 and cross checked with pt_qta10, both are showing the correct result. I've also checked rptkok00 and there were no errors. However, when our user apply for leave via ESS, their balance at the bottom table are showing the wrong value. Any ideas on this?

HRALXSYNC must synchronise your data check box as user flag = user name who wants to update the email data.

We have uploaded the GL balances in 2008 for the year 2007. But they are not updating in the F.08 report when i executed for 2008.
Why they are not updating in the report. In which table can i check the Data migration values in the system?

F.08 Report for the year 2008 is showing only 2008 accumulated values. But not showing the Opening balances which we have uploaded in 2008 for the before years like 2007.
