Not updating Prompts when report is moved from Dev to Prod

Hi,
I have a report In development which uses a Prompt ( Dynamic Lov) pointed to an existing prompt group.
When this report is moved to production the prompt does not give any values as the it is not pointed to any prompt group.
Could any one help me why the prompt is not being updated when it is moved from DEV to PROD.

Form size increases when ADOBE Form moved from DEV to QA

Hi Gurus,
I have a large PDF ADOBE Form developed in DEV but when I moved this Form to QA environment, I noticed the file size has been Doubled(from 2MB to 4MB). Please note that, this is not an interative Form. Can someone tell me why and how can I fix it. We are emailing this form and 4MB is too large.

Well, after discussing it with SAP, we are still in the dark and don't know why this problem only occurs to one of our PDF outputs. however, the following might help you to cut some times looking for answers.
1-It started after we changed the values in the Layout properties. We are not sure in which tab. We guess it was "PREVIEW"
2-After this, every time we made any changes to the Layout, the size was doubled until it became a major problem
3-We contacted SAP for this issue and the respond was "Please refer to following note for installation/patches:
1176858 / 1356871"
4-We were also asked by ADOBE to download a zip file called "COMMON.zip" and install the COMMON file on our ADS server
5-After installing the COMMON file on our server we were asked to run the ABAP program "FP_CHK_REPORT" on the FORM.
6-The suggestion was to only check mark only common-001when running the ABAP, but we check marked all after found no results with only COMMON-001.

8-we did all of the above but we had partial success, it reduced the size fro 7MB to 4MB
9-Finally, we created the same Form from ground up without touching the Layout properties and the size turned up to be around 100KB.

Moving from dev to prod -- code no longer works

I'm moving my app from development (running on Oracle 10g) to production (running on Oracle 9i)
This page validation code (Function body returning boolean) returns an error

I'm having trouble figuring out why -- unless it's the different versions of the database?

I'm looping through a collection to validate the entry before moving onto the next page. I automatically present 7 rows in a grid that the user can fill in (7 fixed types of transaction, then begin date, end date, amount.) I just want to make sure they've filled in an amount on ANY line before moving on to the next page which gives an "Are you sure?" type of screen.
Any other suggestions how to do this?
I have a second validation after this that validates date ranges and isn't working either, but I figure if I can lick the simpler one the second one likely has the same problem, which appears to be how I'm referencing the fields in the collection?

Dreamweaver cs6 does not update links when moving files. I've tried changing my general > settings for "Update links when moving files" to "prompt", and Ive tried "always". Neither work for me. The files are moved fine, but the links don't change. When it's set to "prompt" - I'm never prompted. Is this a bug or is there another setting somewhere?

Boss can do a cut and paste and put into a new document, but that's starting to become a problem.

There are no more updates for Java from Apple for 10.5.8, the only way to get a Java upgrade is updating your OSX.

New profile, same problem.
We've already established it is not a add-ons problem but obviously there will be less add-ons in this new profile to help exclude.
Since there is two PC profiles on the PC, I tried the second profile, same problem. Used the RESET FF function on the second PC profile...same thing...even followed the instruct for uninstall &re-install...same problem.
(3) different virus scanners, no hard core problems.
Suspect how I have something in Windows setup that no one else is using?

We have uploaded the GL balances in 2008 for the year 2007. But they are not updating in the F.08 report when i executed for 2008.
Why they are not updating in the report. In which table can i check the Data migration values in the system?

Hi We have uploaded all the values in 2008 with 2008 date. fiscal year is K4.
F.08 Report for the year 2008 is showing only 2008 accumulated values. But not showing the Opening balances which we have uploaded in 2008 for the before years like 2007.
Why it is showing like that?

Qty not updated in MMBE report

We have define one material (project material) type defined as Qty update and Value update, when i pass the MIGO value is updating but the qty is not updated in MMBE report, where as qty is showing in MB51.
why the qty is not updated in MMBE for this particular material type?

This depends on the selection criteria on the initial screen of MMBE t-code, make sure your entries are right.
Secondly, ensure special stock indicator is checked. Check the movement type...you will need to scoll to the left on the overview screen, in case you have posted the material to the blocked stock.

i just purchased a file that had videos in it. i put them in the itunes library on my pc where i first downloaded them. i was able to transfer them to my other pc, a laptop, through my home network. i am now trying to get them on my mac pro desktop and my ipad2. my mac pro can see the other computers on my home network but i cannot get it to connect to them. i know the operating systems are different but was hoping i could transfer pictures and files from pc to mac this way. haven't been able to get it to work yet. the videos i am trying to get my mac to see came in a folder with both mac and pc versions. i thought if i got the videos i purchased into itunes that i would then be able to get them to my mac pro and my ipad2. i am new to mac/apple and have always been pc-centric so trying to marry it all has been difficult. i speak pc pretty well but am just learning apple. am i trying to do things that are not possible? i sure could use a knowledgable friendly soul to walk me through my issues of having pc and mac on the same network. i have been able to get all computers and ipad to print on my network. thanks.

Please tell us what kind of computer you have, what operating system and what version of iTunes. Not just "the latest version of iTunes", the exact version number.
