I have been waiting more than 30 minutes for a chat....This is ridiculous.  So, here is phase one of my complaint!
Good Afternoon,
In 2009 I purchased Photoshop Elements 7 and I was excited that I would be able to do wonderful projects for my family and friends.  Sadly my enthusiasm waned and I thought all my problems were user error…even the $54.00 book that I purchased didn’t help much.  And I thought it was user error again.  I kept taking photographs, kept uploading photos, kept sending emails unsuccessfully, kept making slide shows to share with family and friends which was also unsuccessful most of the time.  The last slideshow successfully uploaded was January 24, 2012.   Today I found out after spending $135.00 that my problems were  not always user error.  Not being a techie, I did not know why I was getting the error message when trying to send emails from within Elements…now that is fixed.  But the greater problem is not fixed…and every year I have been paying around $45.00 for services and storage (I have paid for 40 gigabytes of storage for at least two years, maybe three and I have only used 3 gigabytes.  Know that I have tried many, many times to upload and share my photos.  With each unsuccessful posting my frustration grew to the point that my passion for photography was waning. 
So, this is the situation: I have been paying for a service that I cannot use and the computer tech that worked on my Sony Vaio said it was an Adobe problem…most likely you no longer support the contract that I purchased for the 40 gigabytes of storage.  You had no problem taking my money, and you continued to take my money without notifying me that my contract was no longer supported by Adobe. Actually, the contract is due for renewal in February and I bet you would just send an email saying my credit card has been charged!!!!!
Since I have not been able to do the projects that I intended to do for the past two years, I request a refund of the monies paid for your service.   I have already spent $135.00 on a problem that was not mine.

    Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

    I did that link you refer to me (manually and using camera). But still nothing happens, always prompted "not properly activated" or "invalid code". And i did follow the instructions how to send an issue/problems/case regarding itunes card code query.
    My apology dude.
    I did change country/region, itunes store country, apple id, but still prompting FAILURE "The Gift Certificate or Prepaid Card you entered has not been properly activated." Does it mean it needs to activate by Apple Inc. before i can use it? If that's the case, everytime i buy an itunes card, i need to go Apple Support? Is that so?
    Please help me dude regarding this matter, i know you're well knowledgeable about apple systems.

    Can anyone tell me what a good set of software tools is used to determine all of the speed settings and characteristics of things like "am I getting 800FSB?" I'm really new at this and I'd like to at least know if I'm getting what I paid for. Thankfully, the system is stable and I'm not upgrading bios until it's all ironed out as I don't have the complete skill set or patience -really- to deal with a ton of instability issues. I know about some software tools like cpu-z, MBM, speedfan and wpcuid(31a). Is this all I need to find out this info? I'm still most concerned about my sata drive (only drive in system) as I don't think it installed correctly, but it is working at least. here's the stats:
    Winxp sp1
    865PE fis2r
    antec true 430 dual fan -damn that's a lot of wires-
    seagate 120 GB SATA 'cuda
    lite on Combo dvd/cdrw -nice drive btw-
    Intel p4 2.8

    MSI gf5600 vtdr128 --should I set agp aperture in bios to 128??--
    no tweaking yet, just out of box and stable...
    standard cooling minus 1 side fan that wont seem to work

    Intel have an excelent utility to test the CPU, if you really got the one you paid for and not an overclocked one.

  • HT4095 Half my TV season won't sync to my iPod Classic. I just want what I paid for.

    I downloaded the series of a TV show in HD and SD, but something must've happened in the middle of downloading because now only the first half of the episodes are also available in SD, even though they were ALL available in SD at the beginning of my download. So now I can't watch the other half on my iPod. (And iTunes won't let me create an "iPod version." It won't let me click on it after highlighting the four episodes of that season that won't sync to my iPod.)
    I feel like I have been completely ripped off on this purchase because of it, and I don't know whom to go to about it although I've been attempting for almost an hour. I just want what I paid for. :/

    There is a way to sync your HD tv shows and movies to your ipod.  When you go into your itunes account - select purchases - select TV shows or movies, select the show or movie that you want to sync, now on the bottom of the screen uncheck the box that reads download HD when available.  This should create a standard definition show for you to sync to your ipod.    Hope this works for you!

    Adobe site-- and does not work. How can I use a program I paid for without buying Pro 11 brand new?

    What message do you get, exactly? (Please don't include the serial itself).
    Is this using the original CD that came with the Acrobat 8 product?
    Does it say anything about a "qualifying product"?

  • Can't burn what you PAID FOR!

    Are you freaking kidding me! I paid for music on itunes so I could use it at my wedding but the DJ asked for an MP3 of the playlist and all the songs I bought on itunes are protected and won't burn! Is there any way to get around this??? Suggestions PLEASE!

    Are you trying to burn them as an MP3 CD or an Audio CD. You should be able to burn them to Audio CD and use that like any normal CD but to burn an MP3 disk the songs have to be in MP3 format to begin with. Check your burning preferences, Edit>Preferences>Advanced>Burning, the Disc Format should be Audio CD.

  • Did you not get what you paid for and think you got jipped?

    Yesterday, July 25,2013 I bought 4 songs from iTunes,and I received an error code saying the purchase could not be made and to try again latter. I went and checked my bank account and saw that the purchase had been made. I get on iTunes again today and it says that I did not buy those songs,so I bought them again and they downloaded this time. The 4 songs costed $4.92 and I bought them a second time for $4.92. I spent $9.84 (my math was off when I emailed them I told them $9.92). Now I have to wait until they email me back and so on. Has something similar happened to any of you? BTW this isn't the first time this happened to me.

    I got those emails and they said I have to wait 48 hours. I know I have to be patient. I just posted this to see ancd find out if this has happened to anyone else. I had incomplete tracks too and I solved it. I just deleted the song from my library and redownloaded it or a different version. Until my problem is solved I think I won't use iTunes store for a while.

    I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
    (Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

    Tried to get on the live chat, and for the entire hour all I got was "one moment" and "one moment ok".

    I get the same message when I open it from my iphone 5..."there was a problem connecting to facebook" there isnt a problem though
    if i swipe left I see standard Friends at top, below it listsclose friends, family, then a help center, account settings, privacy settings, log out, etc. I dug around there for a while but didnt see any option to delete messages.
    if i swipe right I see the word Favorites at the top. above that is a search option. to the right is a weird little symbol kinda like a wheel with gears on it. if i click that it gives me the option of Turn off Chat or Cancel. I did both, it just greys out the friends list that appears. If I click a name, the previous conversation appears. nothing to delete from there, just contact info if I click the i symbol or back to news feed.

    Was the file created with the same version? You talk about 'trial', but the only trial version available at this moment is Captivate 8. You were never able to open a Captivate project in a previous version, that explains why you cannot open it in 5.5.

    If you're referring to music you've purchased from the iTunes Store, you cannot download it again. You get only one download per purchase. Signing into the iTunes Store - which you do by clicking the button that says "Sign In" at the upper-right of the iTunes Store window (when you've selected the iTunes Store in iTunes) - won't be of any help. So back your music up before you erase your hard drive.
    And I AM going to say "be nice". We're all just your fellow users here, so there's no point in shouting and ranting at us. If you want people here to try and help you, be calm and polite (regardless of what kind of day you might have had, there's no call to take it out on us). Otherwise you'll do nothing but irritate the very people who might be able to help you.
