Pen pressure not recognized on samsung tablet

i just got a new windows 8 tablet and thought I would try photoshop to see how the pen works vs. my wacom.
i cannot get any pressure control in cs6.
I checked with samsung and the driver is up to date and the pen works in one note and ms photo but not cs6
samsumg claims to be using a wacom driver in their sPen but they supply the driver. The pen is essentially the wacom pen and my intuios pen works on the tablet the same as the samsumg.
any idea why cs6 won't recognize the pressure?

Samsung claims the tablet is Wacom and there is a Wacom device in the device manager. They also claim the driver I had is current.
I downloded a newer and supposed latest driver from Wacom and it did bump the driver version to 1.1.1.1.
Did not change the pressure control in other programs but also did not activate the ability in cs6.

Contact form check boxes will not work on a Tablet

Hi there,
I created a website (Desktop) and a mobile version (Phone). I did not create one for a tablet but have relied on the Desktop version if someone views it on a Tablet.
Here's the thing, I created a contact form with checkboxes. It works great on a desktop (because people check the boxes with their mouse), however, it doesn't work on a Tablet, when you try and check the boxes with your finger.

Your tablet uses Android OS.
There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device.

HDMI Output not work on Encore Tablet

Hi guys,
First post and a new user of the Toshiba Encore.
Some background - I had a faulty Encore previously, but it would connect to my HDMI screen. The replacement, now 3 weeks old, works perfectly, except yesterday I tried HDMI out for sound (to an HDMI amplifier) but nothing. And then I decided to see if it would do HDMI out video - and nothing.
I plugged in the same cable that worked on the faulty tablet and to the same screen. I hit the devices charm and duplicated (and even tried extending) the screen. Nothing. I tried both HDMI ports on the screen. Nothing.
The last (faulty) tablet would make the sound that a new device was installed when I plugged HDMI in. This one makes no sounds. It's like the HDMI port isn't connected at all.
What advice would you give? I have downloaded all BIOS and Windows updates. I used the Intel update tool and everything is current. So what could I try to troubleshoot to get this to go?

This HDMI connection still does not work. It only shows on the TV not on both. I have spoken to Toshiba Software and they have a fix which are some special tools at a one off charge of £84. They say the problem is to do with the HDMI only sending at 30 Hz and the TV being at 60Hz. They also say the fix will provide mirroring as the resolution of the TV and Encore are not compatible. As I only paid £177 for Encore I am reluctant to pay such a high amount. They also advised that you must be connected with the mains adaptor because the battery is not powerful enough to sustain the signal. My laptop works fine and I have a new HDMI cable for Encore.
Any further thoughts?

Internet does not work on my tablet

All of a sudden my tablet stopped connecting to the internet more than a month ago. Actually, it might be around the time that I received an email from Comcast stating that there was free xfinity wifi that the internet stopped working. There seems to be nothing wrong with the modem because the internet connection on my desktop has been working fine. There has been "intermittent" connections but not a reliable, steady connection. What is going on that my tablet can no longer connect to the internet?

I would recommend checking what wifi network you are connecting to. Xfinity wifi is their hotspot not your internal network. if you are connected to the xfinity wifi it will not work unless you sign in.

WD ABAP on IPAD - drop down not working on IPADA / TABLETS

Application sccessfully opens on IPAD but drop down not working even we can not select any value from the drop down.
Pleas can you suggest some fix for this.
If we can acheieve this functionality fo IPADS and TABLETS.

There are known restrictions for browser support in web dynpro abap. You may have to implement the "Unified rendering corrections " SAP Notes for your netweaver version which has constant updates for browser support, UI element enhancements and other corrections Or import the relevant support packs.
For ex: SAP Notes: 1677729 and 1672454

Flashplayer not working in samsung galaxy 10.1

we have our own intranet site which required adobe flash player 8 or above. by default samsung galaxy tab 10.1 (android) comes with flash 10.1, i cant able to view the flash content. still it is not working after updating to version 11 also.

Keyboard commands not working with pen tablet attached to MacBook Pro

HELP!! I can't use the clone tool in Photoshop! None of my keyboard commands are working, zoom in, zoom out...etc.
I went through iCloud and reset Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator keyboard, but my keyboard on my MacBook Pro
is not working with adobe CC.
Is it my Bamboo pen tablet attached causing this problem?

Created test accounts and nothing works.

Also,
When starting any account, the blue LED on the camera is solid but the video only produces a black screen.
When selecting contacts, the option to make a video call is allowed but when selected, only audio is transmitted, no video (just black screen). Nothing is obstructing the camera eye.

Cinema Preview not working on Samsung synchmaster

Hey there all,
I recently bought a used 2x 2.26 Quad-core MacPro--got a great price and love the faster speed over my previous Power Mac. I'm using my 20" Al Cinema Display and I bought a Samsung 2333HD Synchmaster for a 2nd Display and for OTA HDTV when I'm not working on a project. The Samsung is connected via DVI>HDMI and is a very good TV and a decent display for extended desktop when I'm running multiple apps but, I can't get it to display Cinema Preview when I'm running FCP6--it will flash and goes to black. I'm guessing that the Samsung's HDMI input won't recognize the Canvas playback as "copy protected" and so won't display it. I even went into Display Prefs and switched the toolbar and still no love for Digital Cinema Preview on the Apple display. Is there a work around or should I consider a 2nd 20" Al Cinema Display or use(settle for) the VGA input on the Samsung. I'm not doing anything for broadcast, just my own projects and a few jobs that go direct to DVD for local sale at my church. I previously had a DP Power Mac w/ 2.0GHZ, 2.5 GB RAM and 64MB GPU, a 23" Philips 720p HD-ready TV & used its DVI input that displayed 1080i but, cut off video(no overscan/underscan controls on TV) all way around and never experienced this issue of 2nd attahrd screen going black.
Mac Pro info--Mac OS 10.6/Snow Leopard, 2x 2.66GHz Dual-core CPU = Quad-core, Nvidia GeForce 7300GT(256MB RAM), 4x 512MB sticks of RAM = 2 GB, 2x Pioneer DVR111D Superdrives, 500GB HDD. I have an Apple DVI>VGA adapter but, it's too large to sit next to the connector for the Cinema Display's DVI connector--not enough space between the 2 outputs--not opposed to "shaving" some off either or both to make the adapter fit.

I figured it out. It had been so long since I used FCP, I'd forgotten I needed to refresh AV Devices and the select how I wanted to use Digital Cinema Preview. All is well and things are behaving just fine.

Sound not Working on Samsung Q1

Simply put the sound on my computer is not working. I will add however that the beep you get in the terminal when you press backspace too many times is still functional. Also I do not have alsaconf; I understand that it was deprecated a year or so ago.
Please let me know what other information to give.

1) Is it broken just for normal user accounts, or also for root? Try running a sound-producing program as root, e.g.:
sudo speaker-test -c 2
systemd-logind should dynamically update ACL permissions on the files in /dev/snd/ whenever a user logs into their account - maybe this mechanism is not triggered on your system for some reason?
You should see '+' signs indicating ACL permissions at the end of the first column in the output of ls -l /dev/snd. To list the ACL permissions of an individual file in detail, do:
getfacl /dev/snd/pcmC0D0c
You can bypass the ACL permissions altogether, by adding your user to the audio group - however there can be side-effects.
2) If sound doesn't work for root either, have you made sure the correct sound driver modules are loaded?
You can find out which ones are loaded using:
lsmod | grep '^snd'
3) If the correct drivers are loaded, have you made sure the correct sound output device is selected?
The following command should list your available sound devices:
aplay --list-devices
Each list entry is of the form "card 0: ... , device 4: ..."
Test each of the listed card,device number combinations using the following command (with the respective numbers substituted), to see if any of them produces sound:
speaker-test -D plughw:0,4
If you find one that works, make the choice permanent by creating the file ~/.asoundrc with the following content (with the correct numbers substituted of course):
defaults.pcm.!card 0
defaults.pcm.!device 4

Why does Flash player not work on samsung galaxy tablets?

Hello, I am wondering why they do not have flash player for samsung galaxy tab 3? I just recently got the 8.0 sized one and it has great features,but no flash player? To have an up to date electronic device,and older electronic devices carry it,but you won't put it on new devices? Is there a way to get it to work or download it? It has stopped me from viewing many different things on my tablet unfortunately and this may cause me to return it.

Android dropped all support for Flash last year (June 2012).
Going back to 2006, when Apple released the first iPhone and iOS 1, Steve Jobs was insistent that it be made incompatible with Flash Player because (in his words) playing Flash content is processor consumptive and kills batteries, and well as shortening battery life in mobile devices. Android came along a little while later, but their reason for droppiong Flash last year was the same.
Adobe continued developing "security updates" for the Flash Player that worked with older versions of Android, but even that ended in September of this year. Adobe will not continue development of a product for an incompatible format.
Android recommends either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" browser from the GooglePlay store (both are free). They use "server side" technology to play Flash content without taxing your tablet or phone's processor.
