Not your average authorization problem

Long time isnce my last post But thats irrelivant,
My problem: I have ONE (1) account on itunes and have had a maximum of three computers in my house. Now see Ive donwloaded on each computer atleaset once so i have purchased music on each one. I have also reformatted the HD on each co,mputer. Without knowing I had to deauthorize it first. now I have two computers (same from previous 3) and went to download a song when it saidsomething like "Sorry, youve already used your 5 machines that you can authorize music on." Now what am I to do? I am buying the new 2.o g5 in the next month and would like to play osme of myy tunes w/o having to deauthorize one comp, thea authorize another. Please help me.

Very weird problem - not your average black screen

So, I finally broke down and decided to ask for help on this. I have a good amount of experience and have not been able to get this to work consistently. The laptop is admittedly pretty beat up, but it works without a hitch once it's booted. It seems like complete luck getting it to work as if it starts up when it's done frustrating me. I need it as a node for an Adhoc project and it would be great if it could work normally again.
Laptop:
Toshiba M305 w/ Turion x2 and Radeon graphics.
I don't think it makes a difference but I'm running Debian on it with an SSD. I've also replaced the original keyboard. The problem started months after these changes after the laptop took a hit off the bed (carpet). I get a black screen as soon as I turn it on after shutting it down. The screen won't turn on but I hear the DVD drive make its normal noise and the fan spins. If I'm persistent enough with a combination of below tactics or just plain luck it will start back up and work perfect.
What I've tried to no avail:
-removing the battery and the power and holding down the power to drain the capacitors
-taking out one of both memory modules (i think it does the POST because it beeps when there's no memory)
-removing the hard drive
Things I don't think it is and why:
-don't think it's the screen because when it works it lights up fine, also it has the same issue when plugged into a vga display
-don't think it's the hard drive nor the memory as it has the same problem with either off
I'm inclined to think it's a MoBo problem? But then why would it work perfectly fine when it feels like it... I would think nothing is fried. The next thing I was going to try is removing the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS settings and while it's open check for loose connectors I guess.
Any help is truly appreciated! Let me know if there's any other info I can provide. Thanks.

^ There is a mention in there of a problem with faulty switch or something, related to whether or not the machine can tell the lid is open. If it works sometimes, that plus it was jolted in a fall might say loose connection someplace.

Serious battery problem...not your average

OK I recieved my Ipod Nano (white) christmas day...I uploaded all of my cd's onto my computer (about 90 or so) through itunes and did all the ipod install stuff. I DID charge my nano overnight until it said charged that same night and now all of a sudden when i start looking around in the menu it says this: No battery power remains. Please connect ipod to power.
I find this VERY bizarre because the battery meter is showing a full or somewhat full battery. This message can appear just randomly..right when i take it out of my AC adapter/computer..when i turn it on in the morning/night..when i start to play one song..when im done listening to 10 songs..it just happens. I believe I have a defective battery but im still not sure. I know that my weak little computer has a Low-powered USB port so thats why i bought the AC adapter for the wall outlet. I only charge it on the adapter and use the computer just to transfer songs. I have tried everything possible. Restarting..factory restore..resetting. Nothing seems to work and im getting pretty aggravated.
Can someone please help me and not direct me to another FAQ or some site here on apple because i've been to them all and tried everything ( i literally mean that).

had no problems until player 9, so I tryed a new preloader
that already works! but doesn't work in this other movie Clip

mind you I do have the preloader inside a movie clip that
loadMovies into a level!
I think I made it a bit to complex but wanted it this way so

the movie loads fine with loadMovie(); just the preloader has

Not your average wifi ios 6 difficulty.

Hiya, I just updated to ios 6, now I have no internet connection.
I'm not talking just wifi - internet on a whole. If I open safari it says it cannot open as my iphone isn't connected to internet. I've restore network settings, still nothing, not even 3G. Help?

Yes, i tried all resets and restores. it has no problem connecting wifi but i can't get cellular data which means i can't use it for the main reason i have the phone, mobile banking emails etc. very frustrating. up until the upgrade, i'd never had an issue with my phone.

Not your average bit rate error

Hi, all-
I had a DVD project that burned just fine yesterday. It contained seven video clips and two menus for a total of about 13 minutes of video. I had a test DVD up and running, no problem.
I decided to trim things down a bit and eliminate three video files, clip thirty seconds out of another, and turn the second menu into a screen of text information only. Now I consistently get a bit rate error where before I had no problems at all.
Any thoughts? I've been editing using Quicktime Pro and saving as a self-contained file. I've had no problems until now.
I'm using 2 pass VBR, various bit rates but nothing crazy. (I was able to burn the test DVD at the highest bit rates possible, but now nothing works.) Motion estimation is set at best. Total video is around 8 minutes, maybe less.

If you have edited one of your video clips and have re-encoded the clip to MPEG-2. It is best to remove the original clip from the track in the DVDSP project and then add the newly edited version of the clip to the same track. A quick fix for your project might be forcing DVDSP to reparse all your video assets by deleting the PAR folder(s)/files associated with your video assets and then opening the project again (it may take several minutes for the new PAR files to be generated when you first open the project).

HELP!!! Not your average Serial Number question!

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a rut. I'm not asking for a serial number, I just need to know where on my computer to find it.
STORY:
I had to erase my mac because Avid messed it all up. Yay Avid!. Anyways, I'm covered for backups though. I have a time machine backup, a bootable external that I cloned as my hard drive pre-erase, and a disk image of my computer pre-erase.
I'm reinstalling all the apps, including FCS 2, but I got the upgrade version. I no longer have the box for Final Cut Studio 1 (or 5.1 or whatever we're calling it) but I have the serial number that I wrote on a post it fromthe last time I did this. My handwriting is legible, but for whatever reason, the FCS installer is accepting the FCS2 upgrade serial, but not the FCS1 serial. Since I have so many copies of my computer pre-erase, I remember before I was able to find a file (can't remember which program, possibly FCP) that had the serial number somewhere in the library folder.
QUESTION: Is there somewhere on the copies of my hard drive pre-erase where that FCS1 serial could be hidden? I need it so I install FCS2, without which, is worthless . And so am I, without my editing software :P.

Not the Average publishing Problem

I think, every time I try to publish my .Mac site, It just says "logging in" and never does anything else but open up my .Mac prefs in the System prefs box. What do I do? I have a screen record movie that shows what this is all about. Please help. Thanks.

did you try to change your password? I don't know how long yours is but try to put in a 8 characters long password...
if it already is 8 characters long try to change it anyway and retry to publish.

You have 10.6 on that machine, I suggest you stick with it for performance, third party hardware and software reasons as long as possible.
Consider 10.8 (not 10.7) when it's released, because 10.7 and 10.8 will require a new investment in software and newer third party hardware as it requires newer drivers the old machines won't have. (forced upgrade because of software, really nice of them)

2: Check the status of your plug-ins and update (works for all browsers) also install Firefox and see if your problems continue. You should always have at least two browsers on the machine just in case one fails.

A. Backup before doing anything advanced is recommended but not widely used.
B. Upgrade on vanilla plain (and updated) operatiing system goes flawlessly. Upgrade on "real" computer may depend on "status" of operating system and applications installed. You may not be the last experiencing troubles.
C. Software vendors expect that users has nearly unlimited disk size, large memory and latest processor.
D. It is on you to find anything positive to compensate annoyances. Mental balance is in your hands ;-)

Workflow binding not working - authorization problem?

Hi Experts,
I have the following problem in 4.6C that happens only for a specific user, so maybe an authorization problem.
There is a task in the workflow that calls a method with ME21N. The method takes the PO after the transaction call, creates a BUS2012 object from it and passes it to the task. The task then passes it back to the workflow. The next step of the workflow uses this PO object.
For this specific user, the ME21N method executes fine, PO is created. The task container in the wf log shows the object in it. But the workflow container does not have it, so it was not passed from the task to the workflow. Hence, the next task that uses the object does not start but the workflow system raises an error:
OL 808: Object with runtime number '0' not defined
WFEA 031: Step 0000000058 of WS********: Binding from workflow to work item aborted
This happens only for one specific user, everyone else can execute the tasks without a problem, the PO object is passed to the workflow.
Is there a specific authorization object required for the bindings of the workflow to work correctly?
Any help is appreciated.

Did this suddenly start happening for this user, since when? I'd doublecheck that binding.

never mind... found it after finding someone else's answer to the same questtion. I liked the Alt S information, that was the greatest help. I was looking in the wrong place. That must be a common occurance.

Analysis Authorization Problem

Hy, i have create a Analysis Authorization object ZCOMPCODE with 0COMPCODE as characteristic.
So i assign this object to a users and i create a variable to filter 0COMPCODE with processing type "authorization".
The problem is that when execute the BEx query i receive the message : No authorization.
When assign 0BI_ALL to user the ZCOMPCODE has not effect but the query run correctly.
How can i resolve this serious problem?

Dear Andrea,
When you have a problem with authorization data access, may be you need check the following stuff:
1 All InfoObjects are relevant authorization (see Business Explorer the check box authorization relevant for each InfoObject Tcode RSD1) which these are part of InfoProvider where query request data. It is very important, because you have to include all of this InfoObject (Characteristic) in your analysis authorization.
2. Remember add the standard characteristic. 0TCAACTVT (3 value), 0TCAIPROV (InfoProvider Tech Name), 0TCAVALID (* value).
3. In each characteristic relevant authorization, I suggest that add the colon : value to avoid problem with variable authorization in the query.
4. Furthermore, the user need one role for standard object authorization:
. S_RS_COMP (Activities 03, 16)
. S_RS_COMP1 (Query owner)
. S_RFC (BEx Analyzer or BEx Browser only)
. S_TCODE (RRMX for BEx Analyzer)

What can I do password security does not match my birthdate on two of the accounts. Apple can not send me email with a password authorization on several current accounts that I have with them. How can I contact Apple with this annoying problem I can not fix.

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.
