Notas paradas com o status 2 - 'Enviado ao serviço de assinatura digital'

Bom dia.
Realizei uma busca pelo fórum mas não consegui encontrar a solução para o meu problema.
Desde hoje de manhã estou com cerca de 15 notas para com status de 'Enviado ao serviço de assinatura digital'.
Já chequei a SMQ1, SMQ2 e SWWL (em todos os mandantes) e não existe nada.
Estou na release 702 0006 do PI.
Na SXMB_MONI não encontrei o erro, consta apenas como 'Erro Indefinido' para o canal de comunicação SIGNN.
Na tabela /XNFE/ACKNOWLEDG existem 17 registros, sendo 15 apenas SIGNN, e os outros dois são BATCH e BATSR.
Agradeço desde já a ajuda.

O Job esta ativo, sem problemas agora entrei na transacao SPROXY na interface de servico SIGNN_SignNFe_OB, e la em show logs consta os seguintes logs
"nao e possivel gera LPT sem perfis DT"
"logical port template is inconsistent; regenerate and active it"
"regenerate proxy (see long text)"

Estamos passando a NF-e para 2.0 e estamos tendo um pequeno problema no GRC:
A nota chega no GRC e na tabela : /XNFE/NFE_HIST fica com o seguinte status:

No monitor do PI SXMB_MONI não aparece nenhum log que a interface de Assinatura foi startada.
O certificado esta ok pq foi feito um teste com a NF-e 1.10 e funcionou normal.
Dump ST22 que acredito estar relacionado ao nosso problema:
Erro tempo execução    DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND
O SLD esta ok, pois utiliza os mesmos BS da 1.10
Se eu executar a interface de assinatura pelo RWB passando o XML a nota segue todo o pipeline da NF-e corretamente.
Estamos com o SP15 no GRC.

Bom dia Rafael,
Segue uma thread com o sofrimento que quem começou com o SP15 (parte dele) NF-e pré-validação erro - XML 2.00 - /XNFE/VERSION 0006, aí tem por final seu erro.
Vá para o SLL-NFE SP17 e XI Content, ou liste todas as notas pós SP15 de SLL-NFE e aplique em seu sistema.
SP15 não funciona sem correção para layout 2.0
A dica é SP17 + SAP Notes do SP18...

Sobre o DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND ele acontece quando uma screen é chamada em um processo sem diálogo, como uma RFC ou uma execução background. Não deveria acontecer no standard, melhor abrir uma thread específica para este com todos os dados que tiver em mãos, como acontece, em que código...

GRC NF-e 2.0 -Status Error 20 (Serviço de Assinatura Digital não Acessivel)

Boa tarde Srs,
Ontem tivemos uma falha no serviço de assinatura digital, conforme erro mencionado na descrição.
- Em RWB a seguinte mensagem de erro aparece:
Function LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM failed (return code = 1)
- Qdo executava a função mencionada (SE37), não trazia nenhum dados preenchidos nos campos de valores;
- Constatei falhas executando um SLDCHECK:

No corresponding business system found for system XIP client 100
- Constatei falhas de refresh na tcode SMICM, trazendo o mesmo erro mencionado:
LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM - NO_BUSINESS_SYSTEM
- E o canal de comunicação de assinatura digital ficava inativo. Mesmo estando ativo no ID.
- Não gerava nenhum dump.
- Alguns erros de comunicação, apareceram no log de sistema (SM21).
Conseguimos resolver o problema efetuando um Cache Refresh Full, reiniciando o cluster J2ee Hard Shutdown com reinicio via tcode SMICM e, fazendo uma limpeza de buffer via /$sync.
Hoje pela manhã o erro voltou e novamente efetuamos o mesmo procedimento para resolvê-lo.
Nosso PI (NW04s), está com seguintes níveis:
SAP_ABA = 18
SAP_BASIS = 18
PI_BASIS = 2005_1_700 (SAPKIPYJ7I)
SLL-NFE = 17
Pesquisei algumas notas, na tentativa de resolver o problema de vez; Porém nenhuma delas nos atende:
Note 604321 - SLD: Ineffective table buffering for cache = Nota obsoleta
Note 1104341 - Termination in LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM = Nota menciona nivel SP14 (SAP_BASIS )
Note 1176971 - Deadlock on the database for SLD access = Nota menciona nivel SP17 (SAP_BASIS)
Note 1088659 - XI business system cannot be determined = Nota menciona nivel SP14 (SAP_BASIS )
Perguntas:
Alguém já passou pelo problema e poderia compartilhar a solução?
Há alguma nota conhecida para resolver esta questão, de acordo com nosso nivel de SP que temos?
O erro pode estar atrelado à infra (tráfego de dados na rede)?

Acabei de aplicar a nota "0001498700 Problem on signing NF-e" e o problema mudou. Agora ja temos a mensagem no sxi_monitor e o erro no Monitor GRC ja é outro. Passa a ser "Problemas de processamento PI" e na mensagem do sxmb_moni conta a mensagem:

Para a interface: SIGNN_SignNFe_OB. Vou tentar apagar e criar o cenário novamente, porem se souberes de alguma nota ou correção para isso, seria muito bom.
Sobre a atualização de SP, devido ao curtíssimo prazo do projeto (7 dias para atualizar 1.0 para 2.0) estamos tendando buscar outras soluções, como por exemplo aplicação de notas em separado, se tiveres uma lista das que eu vou precisar seria muito bom... Obrigado!

NFe com status lote "Enviado às autoridades" no GRC, mas aprovada na Sefaz

Bom dia!
Estou com um problema no GRC. Foi lançada uma nota hoje, e a mesma encontra-se parada no GRC com o status de lote 03 - "Enviado às autoridades". Já reiniciei os jobs, verifiquei o status da sxmb_moni e não há erros, nem filas paradas nas SMQ*.
Ao consultar a nota na Sefaz, a mesma está aprovada, mas esse status não chega ao GRC nem ao ERP, que fica com a nota enviada, aguardando retorno do GRC.
Ainda estamos utilizando a versão 1.10 do XML, e outras notas foram lançadas antes e depois desta com problema, e todas foram aprovadas sem problema.

Seguinte, a nota que o Pedro sugeriu corrige a causa raiz porém, como viu, o incidente já está feito.
Para resolver este caso específico crie uma nova entrada na tabela /xnfe/bat_hist confome abaixo:
ERTIME = maior + ,99999
ERNAME = 'MARRETA' ou algo que seja rastreável como ação manual (rastreabilidade é super importante para futuras investigação (não estou falando de punição, ok?):
BATSTAT = 05
ERROR_STATUS = vazio
Com isso o Status Query deverá estar habilitado no detalhe da NF-e.

Bom dia Migdon,
O erro de banco de dados aconteceu na Sefaz SP no dia de hoje, este erro CX_ST_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR aconteceu no proxy do PI para o ABAP devido à descrição do erro no campo xMotivo excedeu o tamanho máximo definido no esquema XML (255 caracteres).
Como é comum das Secretarias estrapolarem este limite nos erros tipo 999, o GRC foi modificado para truncar este valor e eliminar o problema de proxy através da SAP Note 1319911 (SP09).
Para resolver o incidente, você deverá acrescentar linhas falsas na tabela de histórico de lote (/xnfe/bat_hist), conforme xemplo:
 BATCHID = <seu lote>
 ERTIME = <current time stamp with format YYYYMMDDHHMISE,99999>
 Ex.:20090522160000,9999999 --> um bom valor de ERTIME é
pegar o maior atual para o lote e acrescentar 1 segundo.
 BATSTAT = 02
 ERROR_STATUS = 01 "General error
Após acrescentar esta linha você pode ir no GRC Web Monitor e fazer o restart do lote, que será enviado normalmente.

Erro tablespace no GRC, notas paradas após correção

Olá pessoal,
Hoje de madrugada houve um problema de tablespace no GRC e todas as notas emitidas durante o período, ficaram paradas com Status 01 (Received from feeder system).
Após a correção, as novas notas emitidas foram processadas normalmente porém as anteriores ficaram paradas.
Verifiquei que nesse momento em que ocorreu o problema, as notas que chegaram não foram enviadas para assinatura, occorreu um dump, porém também não temos registro desse erro no monitor do GRC.
Algumas notas criadas inclusive não geraram histórico nas tabelas XNFE, ficando com Status 00 no monitor.
Tentamos re-enviar as notas para verificar se o GRC reprocessava as mesmas, porém também sem sucesso.
Tentamos também forçar um histórico de erro de assinatura na tabela XNFE/BAT_HIST para re-enviar a assinatura, porém no monitor ficou com status "NF-e Data Re-Requested" e não enviou a assinatura.
Alguem já passou por este problema. Existe alguma forma de re-enviar estas mensagens? Ou de eliminar o histórico das mesmas?

Bom dia Vanessa,
Avalie caso a caso o que aconteceu e faça a intervenção sempre inserindo algum histórico novo ao invés de modificar (rastreabilidade) e coloque no campo de usuário algo como CREEEEU rsss (brincadeira, coloque um usuário ou uma identificação tipo o numero do chamado).
Vamos lá:
- Primeiro verifique no PI se tem alguma fila (SMQ2) que possa ser restartada ou se a mensagem chegou e está scheduled (SXI_MONITOR) com opção de restart. Isso pode diminuir as intervenções manuais necessárias.
- Para as que ficaram paradas como 01 ou 02 ou 00, insira um status novo na nfe_hist 02 / 24 (erro de assinatura) permitirá você fazer o restart no monitor. Ao restart o GRC irá chamar no ERP a função J_1B_NFE_MS_REQUESTS_DATA (veja se SAP Note 1234054)

Windows 7 clients not Reporting Status to WSUS (downstream server) server running Windows 2012 R2

We have recently upgraded our WSUS server to Windows 2012 R2. Now none of the PCs reporting their status to the WSUS server and not getting updates at all. The PCs are contacting the Server but not reporting their status. Stopped the Firewall on Client and
Server. BITS and windows updates services are running.
Record the system time of the Windows 7 client.
Reboot the Windows 7 client.
Run this command from a command prompt: wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow.
Wait =30= minutes.
Performed the above steps. Please see the updates logs from a client.

But I do have the same issue on the other PCs as well on which WMI is good. And also i pointed the above PC to my primary WSUS server which is running windows 2003 and it reported successfully and downloaded the approved updates.

Hi All,
I Found the Solution.
The SAPinst tool was somehow not able to extracte the
J2EEINSTALL.SAR files from the JAVA Components DVD.
So I manually extracted the the file in the temporary install folder which the SAPinst creates in the /tmp filesystem (on LINUX by deafult) during the installation process.
The following command is used (I used this on Red Hat LINUX 5.2) to extract the J2EEINSTALL.SAR file:-
/sapmnt/SMD/exe/SAPCAR
-xvf /dump/SR4_Java_Components/D51033521/DATA_UNITS/JAVA_J2EE_OSINDEP_J2EE_INST/J2EEINSTALL.SAR
/sapmnt/SMD/exe/SAPCAR -->source directory of the file SAPCAR which is used to extarct CAR / SAR files on UNIX
/dump/SR4_Java_Components/D51033521/DATA_UNITS/JAVA_J2EE_OSINDEP_J2EE_INST/J2EEINSTALL.SAR--> destination dir. where the SAPinst tool will read and execute the file.

What is the software version to which you updated?
If you remove your battery then reinsert it, are you then able to change your status? Do you get any error when you go to change your status or does it just freeze?

Apple Mail not refreshing 'read' message statuses (GMAIL IMAP)

I have the following reproducible bug, when using three different IMAP interfaces to my GMail account: Apple Mail, iPhone Mail, GMail Web
1. Viewing a mail in Apple Mail, causes it to be marked as read in iPhone Mail and GMail Web
2. Viewing a mail in GMail Web, causes it to be marked as read in iPhone Mail, but NOT Apple Mail
3. Viewing a mail in iPhone Mail, causes it to be marked as read in GMail Web, but NOT Apple Mail
In summary, viewing GMail IMAP messages outside of Apple Mail, does not change the message status in Apple Mail.
It seems like the 'read' flag is correctly being set by all apps (or rather by the IMAP protocol on GMail's side) as the process is fine between iPhone Mail and GMail web.
I think that Apple Mail is not refreshing the 'read' flags. This is further proved by closing Apple Mail and relaunching, which causes all 'read' flags to be refreshed and show the correct statuses.

I have a cluster of Cisco Callmanager 4.2
all thinks work fine but I have a Problem with Cisco Callmanager serviceability:
When I access to Cisco Callmanager serviceability and go to Tools Service Activation I have a list of my servers and I have this following message for th:
Server: Select a Server
Status: Ready
But when I select my subscriber I have this following message:
Server: 10.150.17.247
Status: Connection to the server could not be established
Same things with Tools Control Center
Server: 10.150.17.247
Status: Connection to the server could not be established
Note: If this server has been permanently removed from the network, use Delete Services utility to remove the database entries.
Same things with Tools Real-Time monitoring Tool
When I Select my subscribers sever I have this message : The specified machine is unavailable.
Nevertheless, database replication work.
Can same one help me and tell me the cause of this problem.

"Field KNVV-CHSPL does not exist in field status tables (TMOD*)"

KNVV is the customer sales data table and CHSPL is the field name called Batch Split Allowed
My advice is to deselect the field name from the table and test it by creating it once again ...
