There is no note for sap note 22541 in service market place,
The inconsistency is in database, Check the consistency of db i.e alert.log

Data Load Error after Client copy on Source System

We did a client copy to our QAS source system. After that was complete, I tried to do a couple of full data loads. But they fail. The only errors I see are on the source system when I try to manual update the Idocs. They are:
EDI: Partner Profile not available
Entry in inbound table not found
Is there a step I need to take after the client copy and before the loads? I have a feeling that I'm forgeting something.

Hi Chris,
Check the following.
1> Go to WE20 check whether you are able to see two logical system in "Partner Type LS" one for Source and one for Myself.
2> If you say Yes for <1> then check in both the logical system, in the classification tab, partner status should be 'active'.
3> Check you have used REMOTE USER in main and in Outbound and inbound Parameters "Post Processing Permitted tab " for each Message type.
4> go to out bound message type and check the "Receiver port" pointing to correct RFC destination for both ( Source and Myself logical system).
If your answer is no for <1> then perform all the steps.

Error After client copy

Hi all,
I did a client copy in ECC IDES with client 800 as source client.As per the logs , copy is successful.The profile usedf is SAP_ALL.After the copy we logged into the new client which was
created and it looked good. Checked the Logs in SCC3 and it said that client copy was finished sucessfully.However now when we go and execute transactions MM01 and VA01, it is giving a error saying
Batch definition level not found.System inconsistency!
Not sure what went wrong, Any suggestions would be Helpful.

/1CN/CRMSAP_PART ddic error while client copy

I am doing local client copy.
My source client is 000 and target is 210.
But in between it is giving ddic error for table /1CN/CRMSAP_PART
But copy is still going on.
Please suggest what went wrong.

most likely, everything went fine ))
If you do have problems in special tables, client copy mentions this and reports it as in your case ...
=> This table did not get copied !
First questions: Do you have rows in this table ? If not, you are fine ?
Second: Do a DDIC check in SE11 and you most likely will find the root cause ...

Error in Client Copy - Urgent

Hi all,
A client copy was done from PRD to QAS.
It has been found out that the Field name in the QAS and PRD doesnot match in SE16.
In the table BSEC, the field STRAS was present in QAS where as it is displayed as STRAR in PRD. This is in SE16. In SE11, it is STRAS in both QAS and PRD.
Could anyone tell why this might have happened?

Hi,
SE16 is just a display of SE11 table. So there will not be any change. When you take the table in SE16. From Settings->User Parameters->try toggling b/w field name and field label.
I think STRAS is the Street Address...
If there is any type mismatch the client copy will not happen...

Error details:

Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
The termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPFSSO6" in "SOFD_INSARR".
The main program was "RSSOUSCO_FOR_CC ".

Error in Client copy

Hi Team,
We got a problem during client import because of the transaction log being full.We observe that the transaction log space in initially at 95 % free but when we start the import job its keep on growing drastically and reaching its maximum available size before the import completes.
Is there any way to switch off the transaction log temporarily during the import job ? we are running on SQL 2005 , ECC 6.0.
I got following command from some forum ( sp_dboption QAS, 'trunc. log on chkpt', false )
(sp_dboption QAS, 'trunc. log on chkpt', true* )*
which says these SQL queries would switch off the changes recording on to transaction log. i dont know whether this would work on SQL 2005. Please let me know the way to fulfill my requirement.
Any quick replies would much appriciated. Please help me to fix this issue.

what you said was true..simple recovery model did not help us to switch off the logging in SQL server 2005. We do not have any past experince as we are performing the client copy activity first for our client. We have around 17.5 GB free space available at file system for transaction log directory.
we have autogrowth enabled and set to 50MB. Production client export job was sucessfull( it is aroung 5.4 GB export copy) when we start the import job intially it is 98 % free however it was running fine for some after that it started increasing and occupying all free space before import job completes.Hence job fails due to insufficient free space.
In normal circumstances log file growth was normal. I have exported the histroy of log space couldn't find much info.
We have tried following options to fix this issue but all are went with no sucess.
1) tried with changing database recovery mdel to 'Simple'
2) Shrink the transaction log file and provided 17.5 GB free space.
3) Created addditional transactional log in other disk drive.
Please let us know what do more on this?

Hi Shark,
Your client copy seems to be ended with just warnings. As mentioned, please correct those 2 forms in the source system and try to import to target client. Discuss with apps member whether they need these 2 mentioned forms. If they don`t need it ,you can ignore the warnings.
Perform post processing after client copy.

AFAB: Runtime Error after client copy.

Hi all,
I'm having a problem with the transaction code AFAB (post client copy). After client copy from PRD to DEV, I'm encountering this runtime error "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC - The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records." whenever I tried to perform AFAB. Test run was executed successfully but I cannot complete the actual background processing.
I have try with other asset (in the same client) and encounter the same problem. Likewise, I have successfully completed the depre. if I try the same and other asset (in a different client on the same server).
I've check the number range in FBN1 and have verified that the range is correct.
Any advice as to how I can solve this problem?

p/s 2: the standard SQL that is having this problem is "INSERT COBK FROM TABLE COBK_INS."

WBSE Layout Detail Screens - Error while Client Copy

Hi
I have 4 Project Profiles like P1,P2,P3,P4.
I customized the WBSE Layout Details with 05 TABs for P1.
I included them in a TR & tried to make a client copy.
End result in the Target client is 09 TABS for P4 profile (actual intention is 05 TABS for P1 Profile as mentioned above)
This is very strange & I am not able to trace from where system picked up ...
1. Entirely different Project Profile
2. How 9 TABs have come instead of 5 TABs
Still,
Source Client shows entries for 5 TABs for P1 Profile
Target Client shows entries for 9 TABs for P4 Profile.

TR is created following the automatic TR prompt while configuring only (similar to other standard configs).
I didnot know the point that "TR created from IMG for WBSE Detail Screens will not work".
But I made out the differences in "TCSCR" table entries (got this table from TR details) in the Source & Target clients.
There is a key number field "0002" which is the reason for mismatch in table "TCSCR" in both the clients.
I searched the help but did not get any value add.
What can be the solution now?

Application Exit Error during client copy

Hi ,
I have an ECC 6 system with DB2 database.I get an application Exit error while doing a client copy from 000 to 901.I could see all the tables where copied but the error comes in post processing stage.

I tried to delete the client and recreate it again.But still it gave the same error.I tried deleting the client gain.But the deletion job cancels .

Salesdocs not flowing to CRM following client copy

Hi
Copied our Production OLTP and CRM systems. Run BDLS on OLTP and twice on CRM so logical systems okay .
Regrest for sales document will bring down changed doc but no new docs coming down.
Been in and created filters again via R3AC1 in CRM.
TBE11 okay in OLTP system as is CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP and CRMPRLS.
Nothing is hitting the CRM system when a sales doc is changed.
What else can I look at ?

Hi,
Since you did a client copy i am assuming there must be logical system GUIDs issue in the system.
Could you please checks the following:
1. In CRM look for the table CRMMLSGUID. This should have the logical system name of the R/3 that it is connected to and also the GUID. To check if the GUID is correct cross check with GUID from R/3 table CRMPRLS.
2.In CRMRFCPAR in R/3 this will give you all the RFC connections that R3 is connected to. If you want to check whether the CRM RFC value is defined correctly compare it with RFC destination in the Admin Console (smoeac).
If these are not matching then the systems are not linked correctly. We did the client copy and had issue with the logical systems.

Error while Client copy request - Report Painter

Hi friends,
I am copying a Workbench request from customization client to test client through SCC1. This relates to Report painter report transport for FDI1. However, I am getting the following warning message while transport -
"Program ended with error or warning, return code: 4"
As per my understanding, the above message is a warning message. However, I would like to check if any of you have come across this message? Is this a normal warning message without any negetive system impact?
Request your guidance for the same.

Yes it is a Workbench request. And I am adding the new report to the SAP Standard report menu under Line Item Analysis.
Also, some COPA tables are getting updated in the background. Is this normal? Are the standard report painter tables related to COPA tables in any manner?
