Note 4 Preorder and BestBuy Problems

Question

It was a terrible experience:
1. They were trying to do the upgrade then weren't able to add the plan, they had to call ATT and it took 45 mins.
2. The manager (Jeniffer at 75th and Main St Downers Grove)  initially told me the was eligible for 2-year upgrade and then was trying to sell me the Next plan saying we didn't check thoroughly initially).
3. Once I went and wanted to preorder and the manager wouldn't just listen to me saying she had other customers causing a wait of over 1 hrs just to preorder.
4. The 50 for trading in a phone promo ended the same day. I was in store from 7-9 PM, she forgot to add it to my a/c and later was calling corporate.
5. They she said we'd have to do the whole process all over again, after one employee processed my trade-in she came and said my phone had a crack and that I SHOULD BUY A $30 PHONE FOR TRADING IN NOW !!
6.  Finally, I asked her to cancel my upgrade, my they already activated my a/c??? 
7. My other phone was in-active and they didn't activate it. I went again on Sunday to reactivate it.
8. While returning the gift cards she only returned one gift card and said we made a mistake and I should come after two days because they have problem in the system and have mailed payments corporate....Now I need to go again just, my other gift card is zero balance now..my $50 is somewhere in your system glitch.
In summary I've wasted ~6hrs on this preorder due to incompetent staff. It was a very dissapointing experience. I'm elite member and was aiming for elite plus before thanksgiving, but not anymore...hope someone is listening

BestBuy won't do anything..my plans change automatically....lots of explaining and waiting with att/bestbuy representatives...
