Note ap on iPad doesn't connect to the Cloud

I am having trouble with the "Notes" feature.
After converting to iCloud,  all notes appear on my Mac computer as well as my iPhone.
But notes I've composed on my iPad do not go to the Cloud.  How can I fix this.
I have i0S 5.   Everything else works on the Cloud, such as my email and calendars.
In settings dialogue box,  I have "notes"  on.
Where's the problem?
Thanks.

Is the WiFi network you are connecting to "hidden"? If so you will need to tap "other" and enter details manually.

After upgrading the itunes, I can not find my ipad when it connects to the PC
Before that, I can see an botton said my ipad. And then I can click it to operate my ipad

    Try this
Go into the control panel. Add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then go out and redownload and reinstall iTunes and try again.
There seems to be a glitch with a recent update and one way to overcome it is to just start over. If that doesn't work there are more in depth things you can do.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

I don't understand how to fix this and I don't seem to understand where the problem is coming from.

Let's try the simple approach first. Restart your router. Any change?

  • My ipad will no longer connect to the laptop. it comes up with usb not recognized. also when trying to connect to the power the first time i connect, nothing, but when i unplug from ipad and plug in a second time it charges

my ipad will no longer connect to the laptop. it comes up with usb not recognized. also when trying to connect to the power the first time i connect, nothing, but when i unplug from ipad and plug in a second time it charges

yeah tried all that. the only thing that i havent tried is to delete itunes completely and restart. its the same with the ipad. i havent done a master reset. i just think it has to be something rather simple as it acknowledges that i have plugged in the ipad as it makes the noise it just come up usb not recognized. it shows up as an unknown device that doestn have  any drivers
its driving me round the bend at the minute

  • Hi I have just upgraded my macbook to Maverick, but the Apps store doesn't connect to the dutch store/ apps, and I can't see my previous purchased apps as on my iPad, any idea ? thanks

Hi I have just upgraded my macbook to Maverick, but the Apps store doesn't connect to the dutch store/ apps, and I can't see my previous purchased apps as on my iPad, any idea ? thanks

Are you expecting to see the apps that you can see on the iPad, on the Mac?
iOS apps which run on your iPad and use the iOS operating system, won't run on your Mac, which usues a different operating system, OS X.

  • The approval request I need to authorise iCloud keychain does not arrive on my new iPad. Ive tried using the authorisation code sent to my phone but an error appears saying it cannot connect to the cloud.

I have a new iPad. I cannot get an approval notification to appear on the iPad to set it up after turning it on on Yosemite. Ive tried the approval code but that generates an error saying it can't connect to the cloud.

Ok, I have to say I was really impressed by the effort. Nokia Support (in The Philippines) called me 4 times over the last 2 days to help with my phone.
Here is there responses have put them in order of my questions.
    1. I am to reinstall the operating system on the phone. They said that this is the most likely (but not confirmed) fix to the SIM card problem (although they would not confirm it was a problem with the phone).
    2. No answer because we did not get that far.
    3. To setup a gmail IMAP account you MUST us Nokia messaging. Period. Since I have security concerns, that is out of the question.
    4. This is the big one that stopped it. The Nokia N8 is a Class B cell phone meaning that you cannot use data and voice at the same time. They told me that all Nokia phones were Class B, but I told them my E71 is not. After research, I found that the E71 and E72 is Class A (Can do voice and data at the same time) and that the N8 is Class B. Here is an article explaining the difference. This was a deal breaker. I cannot access the internet while I am on a call. Reminds me of a dial up modem.
    5. Reinstall the software and it might fix it.
    6. No answer.
    7. Use Nokia Messaging.
    8. Reinstall the software and it might fix it.
So, I am sending the phone back because I cannot use it. I cannot imagine a smart phone on the market that cannot do internet and voice at the same time.
Too bad.The N8 is a terrific camera and you should buy it for that, but look elsewhere for a smartphone.
Thanks to all that read and helped.

  • IPad doesn't charge all the time

Ipad doesn't charge all the time

Could be the charger, cable or iPad. Plug the USB cable into your computer. It may say "Not Charging", however, it is charging slowly and will verify that the cable is good.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.
How to Calibrate Your Mac, iPhone, or iPad Battery
    http://www.macblend.com/how-to-calibrate-your-mac-iphone-or-ipad-battery/
At this link http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/galaxy-tab-android-tablet,3014-11.html , tests show that the iPad 2 battery (25 watt-hours) will charge to 90% in 3 hours 1 minute. It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. That's right, wifi is free around the whole world (except if you have to pay to access a protected network). It doesn't matter whether you're with ATT or Verizon. Beaware to turn off Cellular and Data Roaming as it is very costly if you don't have an int'l plan.  I think the cheapest ATT int'l plan at this moment is $25 for 50MB.
Also, you can text anywhere in the world for 50 cents with cellular and data roaming off.  At this rate, you're not going to be popping 50 text messages back and forth, but for a few, I find it to be very reasonable.  It's cheaper to text a fellow traveler than to call him/her at int'l phone rates.  The cheapest text plan is 50 messages for $10.  See ATT.com for other plans.
Another option to consider is Skype. With a wifi signal, you can call anywhere in the world for about 2 cents a minute.  When I set my Skype account up, they required a $10 prepayment.  At 2 cents a minute, that's 500 minutes.  While I think I set my Skype account up from Europe, I think it might be easier to do it here.  Skype works great on both my iPad and my IP.

i have an iphone and an ipad (which are connected by the same apple id) i broke the phone and sold it but i didnt get to factory reset it because it was broken, is there any way for me to wipe my iphone from my ipad?

    Try this:
Open the "Find my iPhone" app on your iPad, fill in your AppleID and password at the start up screen, and you should see a list of all your devices and their current location, if connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. Devices not connected will be shown as "offline". But you can still trap on the icon and hit "erase iPhone" in the right hand window.
If your iPhone is not listed, you did not activate this feature during the setup of the phone and it can't be erased remotely.
If the phone is listed, even as offline, tap on "erase" to send the erase command. The next time your device will be connected to any kind of network, the content will be erased.

    Hi dear!
I'm very disappointed with Apple products! I was 15 days without my Iphone 5, because it stopped working and the had to be replaced by authorized apple. Then i bought an iphone 5s in two days it stopped working. Doesn't read the sim card. I call to Apple suport and discovery that the model A1533 is not warranted in Brazil and need to be replaced, because there is a hardware problem. In a moment i don't have anyone Phone. Why Apple does not send other equipment equal to authorized to exchange my Iphone, because in Brasil doesn't have the same model? I liked a lot this Apple phone, but i can't use, i have one brand new, but doen'st work. I don't have anybody in USA to exchange in one Apple store. Please help me!
    Thanks.

My iCal is not connecting with the cloud and gives me the error message "iCal couldn’t connect to cal.me.com". I am still using Mac OS X 10.6.8. My ipad and iphone calendars wont sync to mac either. Do I need to update my software on the Mac to fix this?
