Notebook Lenovo V570c и Windows XP

Здравствуйте , раз уж мне выпала честь открыть первой темой этот раздел.
Имею ноутбук V570c
В использовании в рабочих целях выявилась не обходимость пользоваться старыми программами и соотвественно к ним требуются старые ОС.
Моя конкретно модификация шла FreeOS, т.е пустая.
Пользовался Windows 7 все бы хорошо да программы на нее не все идут даже через вертуальную машину.
Поставил Wndows XP начало всех начал от нее я думаю мы так далеко и не уйдем.
Так вот проблемма в том что на данную ОС нет одного драйвера.
А конкретно на дискретную видео карту Nvidia Geforse GT410M

Обратился сначало в тех поддержку н видии но там только на английском она.
пока ничего существенно мансур не посоветовал.
есть ли отдельно файл драйвера для видеокарты?

Редакция XP какая?
Драйвер для Nvidia 410M под XP можно взять в каталоге обновлений ms. Там 4 драйвера, по 2 на 32- и 64-битную версию. Чем различаются в пределах одной редакции - не подскажу, т.к.и объем файла, и версия драйвера совпадают. Немного разные только subsys и они не совпадают с приведенными Вами. Но это не должно мешать.
Попробуйте, я выложу ссылки на все 4, чтоб Вам, в честь открытия форума , меньше лазить:

открывать в IE. Кладете нужные файлы в корзину и из нее загружаете на комп.
Засаду вижу в том, что неясно как будет работать переключение графики.

No "rotate screen" button in Notebook G 700 with Windows 7, how to enable?

Hi,
there are no "rotate screen" buttons/options in my new Notebook Lenovo G 700 (Windows 7).
When I go to the "Intel HD Graphics Control Panel", the "Rotation"-Option is missing.
I read that the option maybe is disabled by the manufacturer.
When I start the Notebook with Linux Ubuntu from an USB-Stick, rotation works fine. So the hardware works.
The Lenovo support tells me to set the Notebook back to factory settings. I did not this yet.
I try some tweaks in the registry, but no success.
Any ideas how to enable "screen rotation" under Windows 7?
I need it to rotate an external monitor.

hi Frank,
That's weird that the Intel Video Driver from the lenovo site didn't install and the one from the Intel website installed fine. Try running the setup.exe file one more time located in the c:\drivers\Intel Video Driver folder and observe (this folder also has a readme.txt file for the minimum requirements to install the driver).
Also, you mentioned you tried some registry tweaks to enable the rotation, have you tried to enable these settings under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class ?
Settings:
Display1_EnableRotation - set to 1 (dword 32bit)
Display1_RotationCaps - set to 7 (dword 32bit)

HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M277 will not install on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Windows 7 64 bit

I tried to install printer driver software for my completely new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP on my Lenovo ThinkPad X1 laptop. Lenovo runs on Windows 7 64 bit. The installation failed during Installation preparation (77% complete). The process stopped saying an error occured without indication of the cause of the error. I have tried installion both from the CD following the printer product and downloading from the HP web, with the same result. I then then turned on my old computer, a Dell Precision M2400 with Windows XP. The installation went perfect without problems on this computer. Is there a bug in the SW for Windows 7 (64), or is some part of the printer SW sensitive to HW variaton between PC companies even if the OS is the same?

I have the same problem with my Lenovo ThinkPad T420 running Windows 7 64 bit. Tried absolutely everything I could find on the blogs and nothing worked. To me, seems like a software problem (glaring, given the popularity of Lenovos and the Windows 7 64 bit systems). Returning the printer tomorrow and will not buy another HP printer.

Error 1721 on repair/uninstall/reinstall of Lenovo Solution Center Windows 8 64-bit

Hello,
I am seeking a solution to a problem with Lenovo Solution Center on a Lenovo W530 machine running Win 8 64-bit.
It was not updating the warrantee information, and so I attempted an install with the newest version of the program. It refused to uninstall. Lenovo support then decided that the best approach was to eliminate the directory containing the program.
Now I still have the program listed in my installed programs, but there is nothing I can do with it. It does not appear on my desktop (not surprisingly) but does not uninstall and using the new install package does NOT provide the option of install, but solely to uninstall or repair, neither of which works - giving the error 1721 message.
Next steps? (Tier 2 was to phone me over 1 week ago - no call....).

After trying al the hints without effect, the last hint with the "MS FixIt"
-Tool finally solved the problem!!!!!
It found 2 older {xxxxxxxxxxxxxx} registry entries from 2 former manual
updates which caused the problem. I had to run it 2 times for removing all
error-causing problems.
After that ,the last version of the Lenovo Solution Center Windows 64-bit
package was able to install perfectly and is now running without any
problems .
This solution I was looking for the last 3-4 months!!!!!!!

You put a Lenovo on Windows 7 ???
İf the touchpad doesn't function,you can un-install it from Device Manager
reboot.and check if it works then.
You can roll back current driver,see if that helps.if not install the latest driver for your model,from Lenovo's site,
it that doesn't help,the appropriate driver from Synaptics may help.

Problem with notebook Lenovo B450

i have a problem : Notebook Lenovo B450 when insert usb 3G modem him power down, when switch to power on keyboard not work, and don't see battery, in to Bios, in version list, KBC version have a unread symbols...
and now when switch to power off notbook not power down, him turns off the monitor but cooler working... power to down only disable AC and remove battery... How i can a by this KBC controller? or how i can a flush bios without battery

Flash tools have settings file, in file find param Battary = 1 (true) im set to (0) false, and bios will flush =)) keybord work, battery charging

PS3 (playstation3) does not connect to Lenovo Ideacentre D400 Windows Home Server

I just got the Lenovo Ideacentre D400 Windows Home Server this week. After getting it setup, my computer connected to it fine and I transferred my files over (photos, music, videos).
It was time to test out the media sharing. Alas try as I might I was not able to get the PS3 (Playstation 3) to connect or even find the D400. Any thoughts ?
I searched the net and forums where i can usually find answers but found no mention of this device which I guess is not suprising since it is new. Let me know if anyone else has this and if they have any issues

Lenovo z710 and windows 10

hello, I'm a proud owner of my lenovo z710, Yesterday i upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10 home. There were a few problems, after the upgrade the system was unstable and laggy. After installing the windows 10 drivers from the support page , those who were available , helped to make it more stable but there a still performance bugs, the energy manager isn't full compatible , its still not (made) for windows 10 , in fact it's only for windows 8. I was aslo not able to find the dedust option? how can i use this option ? The Lenovo veriface program doesen't work anymore. An other wierd thing is , when i tried to instal the windows 10 drivers , the installer warned me that it was an older version. all intel drivers were older then the installed version? how is that possible? they are only a month on the lenovo support driver site ? Since Windows 10 is a ways off from GA release, I don't think you'll find Win10-specific drivers until much closer to, or right after release.

Lenovo Thinkpad x121e - windows 10 installation

nightmare trying to find a suitable place to post so apologies if this should be elsewhere. Lenovo Thinkpad x121e - windows 10 installation OK, looks like I boobed and installed windows 10 - having received the lovely invitation from dear old microsoft I assumed that it would be compatible. Unfortunately, my laptop is not at all happy. Screen blinks and goes a little bonkers while loading up programs and makes the computer unusable, although each time it seems to advance a little - now 36 hours in and one time it even showed up the MS blocky interface. What is my best move forwards? A reset? Any help greatly appreciated as I am now minus my laptop.

I had exactly the same problem.I tried to fix it like you using the Lenovo software to no avail.The solution for me was to use "settings" in Windows: Go to Start/Settings/Network & Internet/WiFi and hopefully (as I did) you will find it switched off. Then switching on should find your router and hence switch on your WiFi.

Lenovo G50-30, Windows 8.1, Boot Probleme, ACPI

Hallo zusammen,
habe mein G50-30 mit Windows 8.1 Pro, 64bit laufen. Leider ist es der Fall, dass es beim starten teilweise, nicht reproduzierbar zu Verzögerungen kommt. Teilweise muss ich das Gerät durch 3-4 Sekunden druck der Power-Taste abschalten und anschließend neustarten. Gefühlt besteht das beschriebene Problem nach jedem zweiten Start.
Alle Treiber sind installiert und werden im Gerätemanager auch als betriebsbereit und funktionstüchtig angezeigt.
In den Windows-Logs finde ich immer nach dem auftreten des Problems folgenden Fehler angezeigt:
Fehler - Ereignis 13, ACPI:
: Der eingebettete Controller (EC) hat nicht innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitlimits reagiert. Dies deutet auf einen Fehler in der EC-Hardware oder -Firmware hin bzw. darauf, dass das BIOS auf falsche Art auf den EC zugreift. Fragen Sie den Computerhersteller nach einem aktualisierten BIOS. Dieser Fehler kann in einigen Situationen zur Folge haben, dass der Computer fehlerhaft läuft.
BIOS ist auf der aktuellsten Version. (BIOS-Version/-Datum LENOVO A7CN43WW, 21.10.2014)
Was könnte ich falsch machen?

in diesem Fall können mehrere Faktoren (Software, Treiber, Hardware) eine Rolle spielen. Hier einige Möglichkeiten zur Fehlereingrenzung:
1. Energy Management
Da der Fehler auf die ACPI-Funktionialität hinweist, kann eine Neuinstallation der entsprechenden Energie-Treiber helfen. Du müsstest die Software in der Systemsteuerung in der Liste der installierten Programme finden. Deinstalliere das Programm "Energy Management" oder "Energy Manager" und installiere anschließend diese Version:

2. Hardware-Scan
Das "Lenovo Solution Center" ist meistens vorinstalliert. Du kannst es aber auch hier nochmal herunterladen: http://support.lenovo.com/de/de/downloads/migr-73784
Wenn das Programm installiert und gestartet ist, gehe wie folgt vor:
- links im Menü auf "Prüfung" klicken
- auf "Hardware-Scan" klicken
- auf die Schaltfläche "Scan ausführen" klicken
- den Punkt bei "Ausführliche Tests ausführen" setzen
- nach ganz unten scrollen
- unten rechts auf die Schaltfläche "Starten" klicken
Der ausführliche Test dauert ca. zwei Stunden. Nach Abschluss kannst du unten rechts auf "Protokoll anzeigen" klicken. Wenn alle Tests bestanden wurden, liegt kein Hardwaredefekt vor und ein Systemrecovery wäre ratsam (siehe nächster Punkt).
3. Recovery
Im Werkszustand muss das System problemlos funktionieren, sofern kein Hardwaredefekt vorliegt. Wenn das Notebook vorinstalliert gekauft wurde und die Festplatte nicht umpartitioniert wurde, benutze OneKey Recovery, um den Werkszustand zu laden. Nähere Infos dazu im Handbuch.
4. Hardwareproblem
Ich haben einen älteren Thread gefunden, in dem bei gleicher Fehlermeldung schlussendlich ein Problem mit einer Speicherbank bzw. mit dem Speichercontroller vermutet wurde:

Bei einem Hardwarefehler hilft dir der Support weiter, damit eine Reparatur veranlasst wird.
