Notes --- numbers with underline/hyperlink

Question

The underline or hyperlink for the entered numbers in "Notes" App is random? It's so weird~~~~~ When I don't wanna it's a date, actually it is. When I wanna write a date, it is appeared "normal". How to control the format of numbers in "Notes" app? Please help.

I share it with windows users, ipad users and so on. So scripts don't work.
Another idea:
I have a table with 3 columns. preambles (e.g. forms), subcategories (e.g. round) and examples (e.g. balls).

ball, sun, orange

I have another table in the same document. there are more information about the examples in table1.

colour
owner
ball
round
green
me
cube
square
sun
round
orange

ice

now, I like to fill in the subjects in table2 as examples in table 1 automatically. How?
with a function in the column "examples" in table 1. I need your help with that function. It should work like this:
I define the examples in table 2: e.g. "balls" are "round".
The function in table 1, column 3, line 2 searchs for "round" subjects in table2, column 2, line 2-5. All subjects with that propertie are written into the cell with the function: ball, sun, orange.
You know what I mean? Is that possible?
