Notes sync stops updating

I have a really strange and annoying behaviour synchronizing notes on my Nokia E70 with Outlook 2003 using PC Sync 7.1.18.0.
It all starts out fine; I can create notes on the E70, sychronize them to Outlook. Change them, synch again etc.
Then somewhere along the line, the sychronization updates become one way. If the note is changed on the E70 and I sych, the summary and log claims to have synched the changed note, but it has not been updated in Outlook. (In fact, in the details of the synch log, the original and updated entry both show the Outlook version.) On the other hand, if I make changes in Outlook, they are still synched to the E70.
I can't seem to find a pattern to when this starts happening, but once it has happened to a note entry, I have not found a way out of it. I have tried deleting the synch log (PcSync2.SML) but that has no effect.
Could this be a bug in PC Sync...?

If its possible go to your sync. setting and check its setting for any changes,because there is an option there that you can check it and then sync. goes only in one way as your chioice.Else you have to check your phone setting for sunc. configuration if you have made a profile there and its Username and pass.

After updating my IPad2, my desktop window IOS/ ITunes is not syncing neither updating

After updating my IPad2 last week, my desktop window IOS is not syncing and giving message for updating the IOS 11.1.1 on windows.
But when I am trying to update the ITunes on Windows it is breaking after downloading approx 40 MB.
Downloaded through ITune help but as earlier after downloading approx 32 MB out of 97MB, the process of downloading is getting aborted.
Following files has been down loaded
1. AppleApplicationSupport.msi : = Manually installed after uninstalling the same, as directed by process.
2. AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi = Manually installed after uninstalling the same, as directed by process.
3. Bounjour.msi = Manually installed after uninstalling the same, as directed by process
4. SetupAdmin.exe = When tried to install, giving ME the message that contact the vendor for installation.
No additional files are downloaded, tried more than 10 times, WHY?

Ipod nano will not sync after update?

help me out someone please? I have ipod nano have done all updates, deletes and resets. even deleted my itunes and reinstalled it. I still can not get it to sync up. The sieral # is correct, i have done everything tech support suggested.

I dont know why? Yes the error message is 13019 said cant locate ipod. i checked and the serial # is a match, i did update, erased back to factory setting, still will not sync up. Went back to my old laptop with vista and it will sync up, but on my new one with windows 7 it will not. I am do not understand what is wrong.

First of all, I'm using my iphone for more than one year and before im not using icloud until next year, i sync all of my notes and contact number in icloud. So far its working fine even though my IOS is still 5.x.x. As of now, my contact list is still working and syncing in icloud and i just tried it a minute ago before i make this thread but my notes stopped syncing December 19, 2013 and i don't know what happen! I just notice today because i did save data on my note and i tried to make a backup on icloud but still the new note i created still not appearing on icloud website. I didn't do anything to my iphone and im just curious because my contact list is still working and automatic syncing to my icloud but my note which is also important to me is not syncing anymore. Can someone help me. Thanks in advanced

You need to sync with software on your computer. MS Outlook is good, if you have it. Otherwise, google "contact manager iPhone" and pick one that looks good and fits your budget.

Macbook pro/iPad3 does not sync app updates

Have the iPad (1) and the iPad3 and have updated many an app on a Dell latop that always sync'd the new purchased and updated apps with both the iPads and even my iPhone 4 without any issues (ever). I recently got a macbook pro and since then app udates and/or new purchases downlowds and updates on the macbook and on the dell laptop, but none of the apps/updates or new apps sync with any of the other devices.
Messages I get is that the computer in not authorised anymore, I then reauthorise the macbook/dell laptop and get the message that it is already authorised. then I deauthorise it and then reauthorise it, same outcome.
All the sync does is the contacts, calenders, safari browse etc etc, but when the apps ar to be sync'd updated on the pads and phone, the process status indicates that it is busy "Determining apps to sync" and without any other action and very quickly after this, the entire sync process is finished without updating the apps. The next step is the messages i get indicating that the iPad/s and/or iPhone is not authorised.
is there a setting that I need to change on the macbook that will resolve this issue or is the probelm on the tow iPads and the iPhone?
Tech's at the iStore said my iPad needed to be restored to factory default, which was done, but even that did not resolve the issue. Please help?

Go to iCloud.com and see if your Calendar is syncing there. If not, go to System Preferences/iCloud and make sure Calendar syncing is checked. If it is syncing, go to iPhone Settings and make sure it is set up to sync Calendar. If it is set up on the iPhone, try deselecting iCloud syncing, put the iPhone in the airplane mode for a couple of minutes, and then set syncing up again.

ITunes will not sync after update

I just got my new iOS - iPhone 5c- and have not yet sync with my pc. So, before I sync I updated my iOS and my iTunes (thought everything would be up to date). Then a message on my iPhone asks "Do you trust this computer? I do- I don't" so I press I do, and then nothing happens. I opended my iTunes but the iTunes icon of my iphone wont appear. I have restarted my pc and still aint working. Please someone help!

Towards the bottom of this thread you may find your answer. In short, update 11.1.4.62 was flawed and you need to install a driver for syncing to work again. Follow the directions. Takes just a few minutes.

Ipod "5th generation" will not sync to updated itunes

My new ipod touch will not sync with itunes. i restores it so the old stuff on my itunes is on it but now that i have added new music, it will not sync at all. How can i fix this?

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. That makes the new iTunes look like the old one. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar and Control+B to show the Menu bar

Iphone not syncing after updating itunes 10.5. pls help

Hi apologies but I am new to all this stuff. I updated itunes to version 10.5 and I think my iphone 4 was synced in during this. After itunes had updated I found that my iphone wasnt synced in any longer. I pulled out connecter and re connected but still nothing. Rang apple tech support (on hold for an hour in cue). They tried couple of things and then advised to uninstall itunes then reinstall. I have done that but still not recognising iphone. I can sync to my other apple computer but if I try and upgrade to iOS5 on that it says I need to go to the normal computer it is synced with or I'll lose some apps etc. I dont think my iphone has the latest iOS 5 on it yet. Can anyone pls help? Apple support now closed :-( thanks

Windows 7 on Alienware laptop - no problems at all until upgrade of iTunes client to 10.5.
After the upgrade, attempts to sync my iPhone 4 hang at "Step 1 of 4: Backing up Rob's iPhone" (for over 12 hours)
I have read hundreds of documents with various solutions.
1) Delete backup file from C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
2) Stop stuck MDCrashReport and AppleMobileBackup processes
3) Reinstall iTunes
It all FAILS. I work in IT and can assure you that nothing changed but whatever was changed by the iTunes application as it was upgraded to 10.5. This 2 day extravaganza is ridiculously frustrating and creating a rabid anti-apple sentiment in my house. Why the F would you (Apple) release something that is mandatory for me to use with my iPhone and have it be this buggy P.O.S.? (Rhetorical - no need to answer, please just fix this problem so I can sync and backup my phone).

Outlook will not sync after update to iTunes 10.7 and iOS6 on my phone

I am pulling hair. On one of two PCs that were nicely syncing with Outlook and the iCloud for Calendar, Reminders and Notes (not Mail) data entered on the PC does not show up in iCloud or either my iPhone or iPad. I can update in the browser in iCloud and the updates quickly show up on my phone.
Support and Instructions at Apple do not reflect all the chnages that iOS6 created. It is all a little more cryptic and vague than I can fiind solutions in.
I must use Outlook. it is faster and more compact that a web bases sting of apps in iCloud and other work arounds like Google Calendar to share my calendars across four devices.
One PC was just find. It is running WIndows 7 Home Premium and is 32 bit. WHen I opened iCloud Control Panel on this PC the thing asked me to set up a @me.com Apple ID. I already had one and have no idea what is was really being used for. I have never sent or recieved any mail with this. My Apply ID is or was a @gmail.com account. Even with makign this update the PC opened iCloud Control Panel and I have the option to select the 'mail, calendar, ...' box. That control panel shows my @gmail.com on the main panel with my name.
One PC#2 that used to wrok just fine and across the devices, the iCloud control Panel does not show the option and has a link to icould.com to set the perferences. That has been done and checked. The control panel asks immediatedly on opening it for me to go to Windows's Programs and Features and run a change to repair iCloud. Done 10 times tonight. I close it all. Restart the PC#2 and this whole loop just goes on and on. This is a 64 bit machine and there is supposed to be a 64 bit iTunes installer. I don't know if it is critical to syncing these devices with Outlook but IT CAN NOT be found. Apples support says that a 64 bit installer is needed to install Itunes but the link that me to a downloa dpage that list the requirements and seems to clearly say that a 64 bit iTunes Installer is needed. I cannot find such a thing.
SO, where is the 64 bit Installer for iTunes? Did a new version of iTunes change this requirement? since I was doing just fine before the update to 10.7 and iOS 6.
More importantly, why will the Icloud Control Panel not find Outlooks 2007 ready to connect to?
I read in a community note that there should be an @me.com email account in Outlook's data files and an iCloud pst folder. They are there.
Must both machines and both deveices (iPad and iPhone) all use the same Apples ID and if so How to I get PC#2 to use my @gmail.com Apple ID?
I'll even live with the @me.com or @icloud.com Apples ID. But if I do, must I change it in all the devices? I know this is recommended but the instructions also say these can be mixed. I think the PC #2 does not know what Apple ID to use or which one will match the server's ID for my account. But it could be something else I am missing here.

If it makes you feel better, I'm having a similar problem on my iPhone 3Gs. I can't update apps through iTunes anymore. I can update most apps via my phone either wirelessly or over a 3G connection, but some apps are so big that I can only update them over a wireless connection. I'm wondering if there isn't some collusion going on between Apple and AT&T to hoodwink customers into updating apps over AT&T's wireless connection, thus significantly boosting phone data usage. I smell a class action lawsuit coming on if this isn't addressed quickly.

Photos not syncing after update to photo app

photos not uploading to photo app after update, I have over 10,000 photos that are trying to upload and the last import says 2013 instead of last week. I have a MacBook pro and my icloud sharing is on and I purchased more space so that is not the problem

i can sync movies, music, podcasts and tv shows just fine, but whenever i try to sync photos, then i am getting the exclamation mark and nothing - not even the movies and tv shows that worked before - get synched anymore.
This seems contradictory, I'm not clear whether music, movies etc work for you or not.
In regard to the photos, make sure iphoto sharing is enabled and not blocked by your firewall, you could try creating a new photo library in the same location but with a different name to your existing library to avoid overwriting it, to see if it's a photo library issue or something else.

IPad 2 recognised but not syncing since update to iOS 7.0.3 and iTunes 11.1.2.

I'm asking this on behalf of my neighbour - she updated her iPad yesterday, connected to her laptop and then updated iTunes when prompted to. We then went to sync songs from her library which we had just imported from CD, but although iTunes said it was syncing, it whipped through the stages clearly to fast to have actually transferred data.
I went to the Apps screen in iTunes to see if they were syncing correctly, but although the individual screens/pages showed up correctly, the list of available apps did not appear in the window on the left side.
We tried restarting both the iPad and the laptop but after 5 attempts the device and software are still not working together.
Is this a known issue, and is there a fix for it?
(I have an iPad 2 but thankfully haven't 'upgraded' yet!)

Itunes will not sync app updates to phone

Syncing phone to itunes on Win8. Set to sync music manually. After downloading all app updates to laptop, syncing does not update apps on phone. Thoughts?

You may want to try to manually manage the music on your iPod touch. You can do this by following the directions in the following article, and attempting to sync your music that way:

If you do not wish to manually manage your music, you can also try to sync automatically, but first you will want to sync the iPod with the "Sync Music" box checked, but no boxes checked in the fields for Genre, Album, Artist, or Playlist. Then choose the items you would like to sync from those fields and attempt to sync them again. This will wipe out the music that is on your iPod now, but may allow you to sync the music back onto the iPod after that. Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities!

itunes on my computer has the up to date software, just my ipod that doesn't.
i've tried updating it by connecting it to the computer, and just on the ipod itself, neither work.
and it won't sync when connected

Figured the problem out. I had to be hooked up to the internet the first time that I hooked my Ipod touch up so that I could register it through the Itunes store. Since I got the newest Itunes 10.5, it requires that I register the Apple product first. Now with the internet unplugged I can plug my Ipod touch into the computer and sync it up like I normally do.

I am in the same boat with you. I have tried every single "fix" I can find. I have also tried:
restoreing from back up
restore to factory default
uninstall and reinstall itunes
restore in recovery mode
and much much more!
any more help would be ideal .
