Nothing Adobe will load (Error 148:8)

Hello,
Any Adobe program I have will not load. I have CS4. I get a: "This product has has (yes, two "has'es") encountered a problem which requires that you restart ytour computer before it can be launched." I have done this and still it will not load and I recieve the same message. It also mentions in the program has an Error: 148:3 and that I should mention this when contacting some kind of support here at Adobe.
My VERY original question....How do I fix this???
Any help with with this will be GREATLY appreciated.

Yes, your licensing system is busted. Reinstall the software.

In Safari with the above website, I cannot "View Source". Also, I have the same problem viewing images of patents at the USPTO, again probably a similar problem. Perhaps the web address isn't HTML but is an image format not supported by Firefox. Nothing Adobe will install or update! PLEASE help!

It started when I went to update Adobe Reader and Flash Player. Whether I completely remove them and try to instal from scratch or just try to update I get this error window popping up.

Hi, Use the Administrator account. Download the Uninstaller and SAVE it to your Desktop:

Then download the Flash Player Installer for Firefox and SAVE it to your Desktop:

Then downlad the Flash Player Installer for Internet Explorer and SAVE it to your Desktop:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
Be sure to read over the Uninstaller instructions for system tray, and Make sure you use the Administrator Account.
When you have that done, Close ALL browsers. Run the Uninstaller and when finished, Reboot(restart) your computer.
When fully rebooted, Reboot again (to clear all old files out)
Then Run the Firefox Installer, then Run the IE Installer and when finished, Reboot Once.
Test both browsers here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Then Using IE, go to manage add ons (all add ons) and find Shockwave Flash Object and make sure it is Enabled.
Then Using FF, find the SWF vs 10.1.53.64 plug-in and make sure it is Enabled.

Adobe Form loading error

Hi all,
I'm working with webDynpro applications.
I can create the iView correctly but I get several JavaScript errors when the iView is loaded:
- 'sapUrDomainRelaxing' is not defined
- Object expected 
- 'SSR' is not defined 
There was a /thread/80059 [original link is broken] in SDN and they wanted to check the Namespace, but where should this NameSpace be mentioned?

This is a licensing error. The usual fix is to reinstall the program after running the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool. also read this:

If you can't fix it, you will have to provide more info like system specs and what version of PS you actually use...

Your suggestion of breaking up the export to pdf into sections of pages was excellent. I don't know why I didn't think of it...maybe because I was in panic mode.
For anyone else who experiences this problem, I exported 50-page sections to pdf with no problem. I now have 7 hi-res pdfs, but that's no problem. The printer should have no problem dealing with it. No error messages came up.
The only thing I can think of is that InDesign couldn't export that many documents (148) in the book palette to hi-res pdf, and it has no error message available to explain the cause—either outside ID's ability to process or out of memory, even though I have 16G of RAM.

You may try to follow the steps below:
1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
3.Delete the opm.db file.
4.Launch Creative Cloud.

Updated Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator on 6/18, now nothing will open: Error 16. None of the Error 16 fixes using the SLS Store and Adobe PCD folder permissionms work. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. Been on the phone with Adobe 5 times since this happened on June 18. Probalby spent 5 hours on the phone with 4 different tech people. I'm waiting for a callback, but the Adobe guy tells me it will be 2 days. Others muct have this same problem....any fixes? HELP!
PS- Also made a new user account and tried opening with that, thinking it was a permissions problem. Still Error 16. Frustrating.....can't work if I don't have the software.

Sorry for the late reply. My email firewall has become a little over zealous & sent a lot of my emails straight to my junk email folder, so I have only just now discovered your reply in my junk mail folder.
The only "don't open files exceeding xxx megabytes" instruction I can find in my Prefs, is in the Bridge Prefs for Thumbnails, & mine is set at 1000mb. The biggest files I handle are bigger than 200mb so I should be able to open a few, not just one.
However, this doesn't explain why I can open a psd format file of 180mb, close it, but then can't open a RAW format file of only 26mb immediately after.
I can open the RAW file only if I restart my computer - very annoying!
However, thanks for the advice about the video card & memory.

I have an ipod touch 3rd generation 64gb and it has iOS 5.1.1 and it will connect to my WiFi for a few seconds and then nothing will load. It says I have full connection bbut nothing works. I have 2nd generation ipod and it connects fine. Along with my laptop and xbox 360. I have tried downgrading it and restoring it from itunes. I also tried forgetting the network and inputting it myself but it sti does the same thing. I even tried resetting my wireless modem but it still didnt make a change. I really could use some help. I can't call apple cause im no longer under warranty.

Reset the iPod and connect to its syncing computer. It it shows in iTunes restore the iPod.
Next see if placing the iPod in recovery mod will allow iTunes t see the iPod so you can restore the iPod. For recovery mode see:

IPad shows it it is connected to WiFi but it isn't (nothing will load)

Just accidentally updated my iPad to iOS 7.1.1. Started it up and tried to connect to WiFi. Correct password and the WiFi is working for all different devices, and the iPad appears to connect to it successfully. The icon is there and everything. It's found the IP Address, Router, etc. etc.
However, absolutely nothing will load (not Safari, App Store, anything). It's not a problem with WiFi - all three of my computers and my phone can connect to this WiFi, it's just my newly updated iPad.
There are no addons and no this and that. I restored factory settings. No backups or anything.
I have:
1) Restarted my router,
2) Restarted my iPad,
3) Dropped my iPad into Recovery Mode and restored it to factory settings and tried again,
4) Dropped my iPad into DFU Mode and restored it to factory settings and tried again,
5) Turned off my iPad and tried again,
6) Turned off my WiFi and tried again,
7) Reset Network Settings and tried again,
8) Turned off HTTP Proxy and tried again,
9) Forgotten the Network and tried again.
So if one of your solutions is one of the nine above, please don't bother answering me.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. When I try to launch my Photoshop CS4 (old, I know but I like it), I receive an error message that says I need to restart the computer. I do so and the same thing happens again. It says contact Adobe support. Error is 148:3.

Why will Adobe Acrobat not load PDF from my work website, but will load on other computers? I have to log in to a website to get our orders, and we thought it was the website at first, but have since realized it is just my computer with this issue.
