Nothing happens when connecting iPod to the computer
I have also upgraded to iTunes 5.0, and now nothing happens when I try to connect my iPod to the computer. iTunes works fine; I can play music in iTunes, and no error messages. But my iPod doesn't show.... Any suggestions how I can solve this? Please?

I get a not enough storage message on my computer with the option to close or go to seting but nothing happens when i tap on the screen and it seems to be stuck there.cant even shut it down

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. sorry i meant to back up the ipad to an itunes account on a computer and after you restore the device it should ask you if you want to put all your stuff back on.

My play lists and songs on iTunes and on my iPhone won't play. They are light grey instead of black and nothing happens when I click on the songs. All of the songs were either from CD's or from iTunes that I purchased. I have home sharing turned on. This is a new issue. It used to work fine. I tried restarting my iPhone and syncing with iTunes. Neither worked. Please help!
Try delete those songs using iTunes by de-selecting and sync. After that mark those songs and sync again.

Thanks in advance for any help...Macs can get USB errors just like any other computer. Try restarting or shutting down and restarting and then try syncing again.

hold down the power button and the home button until ipad turns off then press the power button to turn it back on, this should solve your problem and most other problems you encounter.

I have downloaded the most recent version of Itunes on my pc running Vista 32 . When I click on the icon nothing happens. Same thing when I go to the program and click. I am running OS X Lion 10.7.5 and trying to download a free upgrade to OS X Mavericks. When I click on the download button nothing seems to happen. I realize it takes some time to download but I do not see the status of it slowly downloading. I shut my computer down and rebooted and tried again with no success. The system (computer) requirements for Mavericks are posted on the web site. If your computer will handle it, you can update directly from OS X 10.7.
