Nothing happens when I download Photoshop CC
I am using Windows 8 on an ASUS with Intel Core i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz and a 64bit Operating System with 6GB RAM.
I purchased the Student CC Package and downloaded it. When I opened it, I clicked "Download" Photoshop under the "Apps" section. I was redirected to the Adobe Photoshop download page where I clicked "download" and followed the instructions. It took a really long time to complete. Now, I do not have access to the program and if I try to redownload it, it directs me back to the CC App page that says everything is Up To Date. When I check "My Computer" it shows that the Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator are all installed. But there is no way to access the programs. Unfortunately, I tried this with Illustrator as well and went through the same process with the same results.
Any help or advice would be deeply appreciated. Thank you!

Please navigate to C/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator CC(64 Bit) and try to run Illustrator CC and see whether it works.

Absolutely nothing happens when I insert Photoshop Elements 8 into computer
I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 yesterday. When I inserted into my computer ( I have Windows Vista) absolutely nothing happens. Even when I go to "computer" and click on the cd/dvd drive, it tells me to enter a disc, even though the disc is already in my computer. I took out the Photoshop disc, and tried various other cds and programs...all of them work and register. The photoshop elements is the only one that does not work. How do I fix this???? It is very stressful and I have been on hold for 30 minutes on the help line...not much hope there.
The help line came through for me! I had to download the trial version and then enter my serial number from my case. Apparantly, I just had a bad disc. Everything is fine and my Photoshop Elements is working correctly!

When I install itunes on my home pc everything goes thru fine I see the icons on my desk top but once I double click on the itunes icon nothing happens

The iTunes and QuickTime symptoms are consistent with another application (other than QuickTime itself) having dropped old Quicktime componentry in your system files.
So just in case we'll go looking for older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view settings.
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
Click OK.
Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
Open the "Windows" folder.
Open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.) -
Nothing happens when I download disk 2 exe file to continue installation process. Help!
I am trying to install cs2 (reinstalling). I click the disk 1 exe file with no prob, but when it says to insert disk 2, I click the exe file and it doesn't respond. I tried burning a cd and then insert the disk as prompted and still no results.

i downloaded photoshop after using it as a trial and it appears on my orders under items with serial number but I cannot open application. Nothing happens when I try to start program. I click on photoshop elements and nothing happens
You say you downloaded it, but did you install it? Are you using windows or a mac? And is this PSE 13?

After a HD crash, I have to reinstall Photoshop Element 12 and Premier Element 12. I still see the link in my purchases history but nothing happens when I click on the link. How can I get my softwares back?

After Photoshop Elements quit working for the second time in three months, I uninstalled it and now cannot get it to reinstall from the disc. Nothing happens when I insert the disc. All I can do is look at the folders and files and see nothing that tells me how to start the installation. Clicking "open with Auto play" gives me irrelevant options, view photos, share, etc. I'm running Windows 8. This program has worked, although buggy, for the past year.

I have signed in to my account and am able to brouse media but not download or purchase anything. The "buy" button is also white instead of blue and nothing happens when I click to buy. I am able to make purchaces on the same account on my iphone as well. What might be causing this issue?

Try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

I had a software update on my phone and tapped it to start the update then decided to cancel it. Now it will not let me back in my phone and has a picture that is telling me to plug into iTunes. I had to download iTunes on this computer first because it wasnt on this computer. It has downloaded, but nothing happens when i plug my phone up to the USB port in my computer. The picture telling me to plug into iTunes is still on my phone.

I have a new iPod Touch and am trying to download photos for the first time. Both iPhoto & Image Capture recognize the device but don't seem to recognize the photos, or at least I can't import them. Nothing happens when I click on anything in either.
If you manually open iPhoto do you not see the photos?

Yu are trying to impoort photos taken by or saved to the iPod, right? If the photos were synced to the iPod then iPhot does not work. -
