Nothing happens when I touch Manage Storage in iCloud on My iPhone. I need to delete content to free more memory.
Because that manages cloud storage, not storage on the phone itself.

Just got a I Phone 4. I typed my wifi password to connect to my wifi but don't see a "connect" button or "enter". I tried "join" but it did nothing? How do I connect to my wi-fi so I don't use cell minutes when at home? Also, How do I know for sure by looking at the phone if the phone is utilizing the wi-fi versus cellular data minutes?
You need to read the manual.
If you are connected to wi-fi, you will see the wi-fi symbol instead of "3G" by the signal strength bar.
Click Support at the top of this page, then click Manauls. -
How can I unfreeze my phone?
A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo reappears, release both buttons and await restart.

2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

The button on my Ipod Touch (the big one just below the screen) will not work when I press it. Nothing happens, when before it would wake my IPod out of sleep mode, and exit out of programs I was using (ex. ITunes or Safari to main screen) . Now, no reactions. When I press the button, it appears to be more indented then it was before. What should I do? Do I need to get it fixed or replaced, or is this a problem I can fix on my own? Whatever it is, I really need some advice. Thanks in advance.

I got a usb charger for my 4th gen Ipod touch that at first allowed my to charge and transfer music from my laptop to the Ipod now nothing happens when I plug the usb cord and Ipod into my laptop. Its mac so it is an apple system. I am wondering how I can fix this problem I am not very good with techy stuff so this is very confusing how it was working and it just stopped.

I have a new iPod Touch and am trying to download photos for the first time. Both iPhoto & Image Capture recognize the device but don't seem to recognize the photos, or at least I can't import them. Nothing happens when I click on anything in either.
If you manually open iPhoto do you not see the photos?

Yu are trying to impoort photos taken by or saved to the iPod, right? If the photos were synced to the iPod then iPhot does not work. -
Ok, new to this forum. I pad 2 FaceTime, new user.
Have list of favorites in the face time app, but when hit edit at top of list, red circles appear, but nothing happens when touch delete,
