Nothing seems to be working
everything i have done doesnt seem to work, i went into an apple store and they couldnt help me, i went online and couldnt find anything, restarting it did nothing and im not sure what else to do, my ipod is 3years old now and i think it might not be worth it to get it fixed and maybe i should just go get a new one but before i do that i want to know if there are any other alternatives that will work to fix the one i have now or is replacing it my best option, i would like to have some ideas/answers before i go and spend money to fix this one or to go get a new one.
Did you already try to reset your phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data doing a reset.

Yes, you can use the staller CD that came with your iPod. It should have all the iPod Updater and iTunes software needed for your iPod and your new computer.
Also, if you don't have the CD available or you want a different way, you can install iTunes 6.0.5 from Apple's website. See this link for installation:

recently bought 4S, it keeps searching for network, reads invalid SIM, keeps searching for network, have switched the handset on and off several times, have tried 2 new micro chips, re set the network too ! nothing seems to be working !!! Iam in Delhi

I had this problem last month. I ended up having to get a new iPhone 4S. It's a very, very common problem and in my opinion it should be covered by Apple for free since it is so popular and is an obvious hardware defect especially in the iPhone 4S.
So I suggest you order a new iPhone ($230 with no warranty) ($50 with Apple Care+). And while you wait for your new iPhone to come you could back up your iPhone and try some of the YouTube fixs. I put mine in a plastic bag (off with no air in the bag) in the freezer for 30 minutes, pulled it out, turned it back on, let the iPhone thaw out in the bag, and it then worked again for over a week before it died again. But I would only try that if you knew you had a new iPhone on the way. My cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth all went out so I had nothing to lose. -
I downloaded Photoshop CC but I start experiencing trouble, so un-istalled Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC. I then reinstalled Creative Cloud but I am not having trouble reinstalled Photoshop CC. Nothing seems to be working, it just shows me that Photoshop is up to date and ready to use and its not installed on my computer anywhere.

Or just sync to google from your HTC and export to a vcf file. After that login to icloud.com and there you can import the vcf. And now you just have to setup the icloud on your iPhone.

I made me first Imovie and then started long process of finalizing project. It took hours, but then there was a notice that I needed to consolidate files not on harddrive (I believe it is a short video clip I imported from youtube.) There is a window that came downn...."some clips used in the project are not on the hard disk. To consolidate all clips onto your hard diis, do one of the following....copy the events (788mb) Copy the clips (826) Move the events (788mb)
I have clicked cop the events...tried copy the clips and clicked on move the events...but nothing seems to change and the need to consolidate continues to appear. I have NO IDEA how to do what is requested of me. please help

I called Lenovo again and this time Shamari from North carolina was able to help me, she explained that I wouldnt be charged the 15% restocking fee since i began the cancellation before it shipped. She sent me an email stating it for my records and was really understanding. The previous lenovo employee made it sound like if it shipped I was out of luck. He could have done a better job explaining that i wouldnt be charged the restocking fee. Ill post again once it is all over but it looks like everything should go well. Thanks Shamari! -
Firefox will not open ANY site. Wont work AT ALL. Nothing seems to be working.
Firefox will not open ANY site. It worked last night, but not today. I uninstalled it many times, didn't worked. It displays the screen that says "unable to connect" yet chrome and explorer both work. I have disconnected and reconnected a few times, restarted my laptop, neither of those worked either. I have also tried turning "safe mode" off after re installing firefox, but again, that did not work. I need help :(.
Although, before this, firefox was not letting me use voice recording sites or any site that let me watch television online. It would load the commercials, but not play the episode. It wouldn't even let me upload pictures to photobucket. However, it worked using chrome or explorer.Looks like a bunch of people have this problem. Anyone got any ideas to fix this???

Need help with Calendar, nothing seems to be working!!!!!!!
Ok, I have been everywhere and can't seem to figure this out. About 6 months ago my calendar stopped syncing with outlook. It sync's 4,219 entries but my phone has over 6,000 entries! For some reason it won't sync everything. I am using DM 4.5 because I was having problems with 4.7. My OS is 4.5.138. I have my options on DM to do a one way sync from device to Outlook, when it starts to sync it only shows 4219 entries are syncing.
When I go under options and look at the CICAL there are none. My calendar entries are all saved under the default calendar but I don't know what that is. Can anyone help me figure out how to sync my phone to outlook. It's been frustrating the past 6 months!!!Do a search on your hard drive for *.pst Once your get the results view the properties of the one with the current date. Althought you might not have go over the 2gb limit (because Outlook would probably won't open!) I would still check if you're not near the limit. If so, do some cleaning to lower the size of your pst file.
Also try to see if there's not a common pattern for items that fail to sync. (i.e.: missing email address, duplicate names, etc..) -

I am using Luckyregister.com and in my domain manager i have my cnam as web.me.com and jackandjillmedia.com. I've been trying everything to try and make it work. It works with http://jackandjillmedia.com/www.jackandjillmedia.com/Jack%26Jill.html so i tried using forwarding and that didnt work. Please help asap.

I've tried resetting my iPod, and connecting it to my computer and charging it, but it has absolutely no response to anything. It won't even pop up as a removable disk on my computer.
Help?Depending on how long you've had it, and how many charge cycles you've put it through, the battery may be dead.
Do you have a wall charger? Either way, connect it to power and let it charge for at least 30 minutes. If the battery was totally depleted it is not going to show any sign of life at all. After 30 minutes, while it is still connected to power, reset it. You may have to try this several times before it shows any life. Once it does, Restore it in iTunes and then let it fully charge.
If it does not come to life then the battery may be dead. If you feel adept at working on small electronics you can replace it yourself. There are videos at http://www.ifixit.com that will show you how to disassemble/assemble your Nano and you can buy a battery there or Google for more sites that sell battery kits. And the kits usually come with tools and instructions.
If you don't want to go the DIY route you can send it to http://www.iresq.com and they will diagnosis it for $9 and let you know how much it will cost to fix it. You can visit their site to get an idea of prices for replacing batteries. You can also send it to Apple to replace the battery for about $69 plus shipping and handling. Or you can Google for more sites. -

Yes, I have the exact same problem with my 4s! Updated to iOS 7 and can't sync. It's extremely frustrating, as music is crucial in my daily life. I was able to remove all songs from my iPhone...and now when I try to sync the 4,000 or so I've selected, it will sync maybe 11 or 12 (if it gets past the "Waiting for changes to be applied" screen), and then just completely stop. It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:

I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore. Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab so i cant download any apps. Purchased and updates tab loads fine. Any suggestions?
