Notification missing for emails

I have a black berry q10. i suddenly notice that i lost the notificaitons for emails option. So if i goto Application notifications
I see Core Applications and the listing below is Phone, BBM Groups....,
I used to see Email after Phone. now its missing.
I have BlackBerry 10 OS
Software release 10.2.1.3062

I just posted about this same thing as that is missing, as well as BBM in my applications area. Did you ever get a solution for this one? Right now every email I get makes a sound unless I have the device on silent or phone only...

I guess I should have used the word buttons. The buttons for drop down boxes are missing. The respond button is missing in email. The button for active listings options is missing. The accept offer buttons is missing for offers I receive. Some drop down boxes are only half shown (right side missing) I have cleared my cache, removed cookies, done something with online storage. Mail deleted a current inbox and restored an old deleted inbox. It won't restore from Time Machine, and I'm missing archived emails from the old account. I'm pretty sure there is other stuff missing, but it's hard to tell. Any ideas why it would do this?

Our Mac was working fine last Monday, then Tuesday morning one of our current inboxes was gone, and an old, archived inbox was restored--twice. Other than some trouble-shooting on Tuesday, we've pretty much left things alone as we were busy doing other stuff.
I tried restoring the files from Time Machine, but it didn't work. I followed plisk restore instructions--nothing. It's a mess. We have no idea what would have caused this. We're above average users--we weren't mucking about with anything. It was just so strange.
I went back into Time Machine, and it just makes no sense that I can't restore anything. We're now missing important emails--nothing too tragic, but still a pain in the butt. Thankfully the current inbox that was somehow deleted had a back-up on our email server, but the archived/deleted inbox file that was magically restored had all the archived emails that we kept deleted.
Any ideas would be wonderful.

Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk.

Xdodelivery.cfg for email delivery - R12 Separate Payment Remittance Advice

I'm trying to configure the Email Document Delivery for Separate Remittance Advice in R12 but have been unsuccessful so far. I filled the xdodelivery.cfg file with the relevant information and placed it under $XDO_TOP/resource directory and set up the profile option IBY_XDO_DELIVERY_CFG_FILE to point to this directory. I'm getting the below error message in the log file of the standard program "Send Separate Remittance Advices"

Hi Vinay,
You'll have some reassurance in at least that I had the same problem with a R12 upgrade with Separate Remittance Advice. Unfortunately, I was not able to remain on the client site long enough to solve this, although I do have the following to offer, even if its not a solution:
1) The xdodelivery.cfg file for one of our clients where this does work is as follows:

2) I note in the error the the SMTP sever is null. In my example setup the local host (e.g KWDMXV41). The XML file may be in $INST_TOP/appl/admin and will be called <ORACLE_SID>_KWDMXV41.xml
3) You have the following error in the stack: "oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.MissingRequiredPropertyException: Required property missing. Property name :HOST". This may imply that either the host is not defined in some profile option or the host is not being recognised by the program. Is this a multi-tier system, is there an entry in the /etc/hosts file?

Output type for Delivery note missing for shipping point

Hi all,
   I have a plant setup to email delivery note which uses shipping point SGUS. Condition record is setup for this shipping point using Del Typ/Shipping Point /Plant. This uses the communication stragery ZINT.
The email works well for this shipping point. However, when delivery cannot be email using shipping point CHAL. I guess this plant has 2 shipping points (sgus and chal).
When delivery is created, output type for email is missing.   I already created condition rec
for LF/CHAL/plant 121. Still not working.
Can anyone pls provide any suggestions ASAP ?

   I looked at the analysis output. ZD04 output is what i am after. Don't understand the followings:
Q1 - why the ordering in anaylsis is different than in output determination procedure. For example:
In Analysis Output: i have:
LDOO    - Output not found
MAIL     - manual output
PLOO    - Output not found
Z940    - Output found
ZBOL   - Output not found
ZD04   - OUTPUT NOT FOUND
The Output Determination Procedure as:
Step Counter   CType
10       1           LD00
12       1           ZLFX
13       0           LALE
14       1           ZBOL
20        2          MAIL
75       1           ZD04
90       1           PL00
110      1          Z940
Step 10 should be read , then step 12, and so on. Why is the ordering in procedure different than in
output analysis ?
Q2. Why did it display ZD04 not found when ZD04 appear on the delivery output as green light ? When i drill down, it show 2 access sequence. Access 10 stated Output found. Access 20 stated Output not found.

S60 apps sorely missing for 5800 xpressMUSIC

In general, I'm VERY happy with my 5800xm.. however,
it seems to me (and others) that nokia are missing a trick with their MUSIC phone when it comes to S60 apps
where are?:
* internet radio
* upnp client (Home Media application)
I dont know how symbian development works but is it that the front end of these apps have yet to developed for touch screen users?
also missing Windows Live (not messenger but email and messenger client)
Will nokia develop these for n97 first and then release to humble 5800xm users?

We might be missing Windows Live on 5800 for messenger and email service, we can go for alternatives as follows:
i) Fring - one stop IM application to access to MSN, YM, Skype, Gtalk and other sip services too
ii) Nimbuzz - similar to fring with different interface
as for email service, try the following:
i) S60 native email client in Messaging folder
ii) Nokia Messaging - support for major email accounts (yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc)

Performance counters missing for single database

Hi,
Performance counters are missing for a single catalog within my sql server instance. I can see all the counters I expect to see, but in the list of instances, one catalog is missing.
For example, the "Data file size" counter is not available for this catalog.
I have tried unloading and reloading the counters as per various articles, but it made no difference: the catalog remained missing.
The catalog was created a week ago, but is completely standard. In addition, I have created other catalogs in the same way in the past 3 months without this problem.
How can I resolve this? It is a problem because we have 24/7 counter monitoring, which is now turned into 24/7 email alerting about counters missing...

I did the same, new DB is listing for me :)
Steps I followed are as below:
Using an elevated administrator command prompt perform the following steps.
Change the path to the BINN directory of the SQL Server instance you desire to correct.   (Ex: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.SQL2008\MSSQL\Binn)
2.       Execute unlodctr  <<REGISTERED SERVER NAME>>    For
example: unlodctr MSSQL$SQL2008 or SQLAgent$SQL2008, …
Execute lodctr /T:<<perf-sql* matching the counters you desire to load>>    For example: perf-MSSQL$SQL2008sqlctr.ini or perf-SQLAgent$SQL2008sqlagtctr.ini
for SQLAgent, …  The /T is important to load the SQL Server performance counter provider as a trusted provider.
Cycle the remote registry service  net stop "Remote Registry" and net start "Remote Registry"
Force a WMI synchronization using   winmgmt /resyncperfctr "<<PID>>"  where PID is the process id of the WinPriv.exe (you can get this from Task
Manager)

Quotation, customizing of output actions for email

I am having a problem with the customizing of an output action for email for quotation:
In SPRO, SRM Server> Cross-application> Set output actions and output format> Define actions or document output
I set the following parameters:
Action profile: BBP_PD_QUOT
Action definition: ZCUSTOM_QUOT_PA
With
Action settings:
   Processing Time: Processing when saving document
   Processing Times Not Permitted: Selection report
   Sort Order For Display: Empty
Action determination and Action Merging:
Determination Technology: Determination using conditions that can be transported
Rule Type: workflow conditions
Action Merging: set highest number of processed actions
Processing types: Smart Forms Mail
With
Form Name: BBP_OUTPUT_COVER
Processing Class: CL_PD_QUOT_PROCESSING_BBP
Processing Method: PROCESS_BBP_QUOT_MAI_BCS
Archive Mode: Main only
The problem is that, when i accepts the quotation, there is no email generated, also in BBP_PPF there isn't any output generated.
Do anyone know what could be the problem? there is something missing in the configuration??

I'm facing the same problem of customizing the action profile BBP_PD_QUOT. My requirement is to trigger an Email notification in case an RFQ is rejected by the buyer. For that I have created one Event Control in- Define Event Schema" for "BUS2202". The Event Control which I have added is as-
Event                         Event category
"REJECTED"               Message(low priority)
Then in Action Profile BBP_PD_QUOT, I have created one Action Definition ZTEST with all the settings as described by Nicolos above except the condition in the BADI as I dont know the BADI name he is specifiying.
I'm unable to trigger the email in case an email is rejected. So, can you please let me know BADI name with the condition you have specified.
Also please specify if I'm doing something wrong.
Help is required urgent...

How to make the Send To function from InfoView work for Email etc?

Dear Colleagues,
Which plugin is missing for sending by email? When I choose Send To > Email I get the following message:
The destination plugin required for this action is disabled. If you require this functionality, please contact your system administrator. The same goes for FTP Location and File Location as well.

Hi,
BO Administrator has to give access for you for sending a report to mail / other users. If you have admin access then goto CMC -> Servers -> Click on Properties of Adaptive Job Server -> Click on Destination -> Add all your destination (Email,FTP etc.)
-> enter Configuration details for email etc else send a mail to your admin if possible with screen shot for the access.

Urgent: BTE for Email generation while dunning & simultaneous spool

Dear Experts,
I have been using a function module FI_OPT_ARCHIVE_DUNNING_NOTICE and event 00001040 for emailing dunning notices.
Emailing part is working perfectly fine , but alongside that the client needs to maintain a copy of the spool with them.
Problem is that spool is not being generated.
Kindly guide me if I am missing any parameter in the above FM to generate a spool.

I keep getting notifications for emails that disappear

I have been regularly getting notifications for emails that disappear. After a purchase, maybe, I'll see a brief notification pop-up in the upper right part of my screen announcing an expected email has arrived. I go to Apple Mail and it's not there. Now I go back to the notifications icon at the upper right and the notification that just popped up is nowhere to be found.
This is driving me crazy.
I've rebuilt my Mail indexes, I've quit and restarted, and I've tried various search methods. Nothing finds the missing emails. Yes, I'm looking in trash and junk. Yes, I've tried to use Spotlight.
What the heck is going on?

Why doesnot the Ipone come standard with a missed text, email or call alert, after all it is suppose to be a smart phone

The only visual aid the iPhone has for missed calls, text, email, etc. is the Notification center. After opening notification center, you chose each of the desired areas, i.e. phone calls, mail, etc. and select your notification. This can be badges, etc. If you miss a call, it will display a notice on the screen for a period of time and the screen will then go dark again. If you wake up the phone and you have missed calls or texts, they should show up on the screen, depending on your settings. The iPhone does not, and never has had a flashing light as some other phones have.

When will the bluetooth support audio alerts for email and text messages?

When will the bluetooth support audio alerts for email and text messages? It works when I get a phone call, but I'd like it to work when getting a text message (I do this a lot in noisier areas and would rather not have to look at the phone every few minutes)
Or is there a configuration option I'm missing?
