Notification Center after read email on iPad, on iPhone still is displayed as unread

Hi,
Sice some time I've got issue with newest iOS (7.1.2).
I use iPhone and iPad , both are configured with iCloud email.
When I receive a new email, it appear on both devices in notification center - that is very good.
But when I read this email on one device (no matter if it is an iPhone or iPad) - on second device it is still displayed in notification center !
Also when I unlock this second device , I've got unread badge count on Mail icon, which tells me that I've got 1 new unread email !
I need to open email application , then for a few seconds I can see that email, and when email app finish to sync - this email is marked as read.
The same thing happens when I archaive / delete email from the first device.
As far as I remember, with gmail account I didn't had such issues...
Anyone has simmilar issues with email app on iCloud ? This thing takes me crazy

I've found out that this is by design.
Email Application offer push-notification, but read action is not populated to the Cloud.
So Mail app needed to be opened manually each time you want to refresh it status ...
That is not a good information...
As far as I remember, google had that work quite long ago properly (of course on iOS and inside Mail.app)

Okay, mine now works here is what I did.
plug in the iPhone, iPad etc
in iTunes select the phone or iPad
Under Summary uncheck "Sync with this....."
Under "Music" uncheck the "Sync Music"
Let it remove all the songs, dont worry it will come back no problems.
Once that is all done all the music on the phone or ipad should be gone.
Now check them both back on and everything should copy back onto it.
Working now !!!!!

Deleting emails on ipad and iphone

hi peeps...
is it possible to delete ALL emails on ipad and iphone at once? its so annoying...once you delete 10 or 20 mails, older emails automatically start downloading again...i just want to wipe them all off, as I have them saved on my hotmail acc anyway.
any ideas?

I'm haing trouble sending email from iPad and iPhone 4. No trouble receiving email, just sending!

If this happened in the past hour or so with dot-mac or dot-me mail, the iCloud servers were having a problem.

My wife is having the same problems as a reciever. She works in a school as a teaching assistant and her teacher sends messages that are mixed with previous texts from ages ago.
Can anyone shed some light on this problem or is it only her and this poster?

Is there a way to have your email on the phone coordinate with the email on your computer? When I delete emails on my computer they still show up as unread on my iphone.

Clearing notifications after reading emails

Maybe this is a dumb question, on 10.8.1 - 12 core Mac Pro, all notifications work just fine, but when I clicking on an email notification, read the email and reply to it, the notification still show on the notification center with a blue dot as if I never responded to it, how can I clear it from the list after reading or responding?

What type of email account are you using, POP or IMAP? Does it happen with more than one account?
If you have a POP account, that service downloads the emails and then automatically deletes them from the server. See this Apple doc for more info -> Using a POP account with multiple devices

How do I get the weather to show up in Notification Center in new iOS7 for iPad?

I just uploaded the new iOS7 to my iPad and can't get the weather to show up in the Notification Center. The location services are turned on, so I'm not too sure what else to do. Thanks!

I use the Weather Channel app, but shortly after I posted this problem, the weather did start showing up. The notification center says at the bottom that the weather is provided by yahoo. I did make sure the location services and such were on though as Diavonex recommended above.

Notification Center Shows Duplicate Email Notifications

I use the Apple mail app for my emails. Under Mountain Lion, when new emails arrive, I receive a banner notification but when I look in notification center these emails appear as 2 separate notifications.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Ray, I was receiving multiple notifications sent to my GMAIL IMAP account. I noticed that when I opened the first notification I was shown mail with the "all mail" label selected. Opening the second notification displayed the "important" lablel.
To resolve this issue, I logged into the gmail web interface, opened settings, clicked on labels. I then unchecked the "show in IMAP" box for the "all mail" label and the "important" label.

Notification Center pull down problem on iPad 2

I just installed iOS 5 on iPad 2.
Somehow, I was able to pull down only on portrait mode.
Now, it only works on landscape mode only.
With Notification Center down, I can change orientation and it will rotate.
But as soon as I close it, I have to change back to landscape mode to pull it down.
Even in landscape mode, it only works on one side.
Does anyone have this problem?
Does anyone have solution to this problem?

I don't think I did anything but it works now on all 4 sides.

Hi everibody! As in the heading, i can no longer receive Fb messages in the notification center, but i can still receive push notifications for facebook likes and comments. Is someone able to fix this issue?

The problem has been solved with the help of a MobileMe online counsellor. My MobileMe account had in fact been hacked into and the fraudster had been redirecting my e-mail messages to a phony account that he controlled. We took the forward off and reset all my passwords and security questions, which solved the immediate problem.

Obtaining previously read emails on iPad/iPhone on my Mac

Hi,
Quick question that I am sure some setting or preference will clear up. When I read an email that is newly received on my iPad or iPhone while I am work, I would like to be able to read it on my Mac as well. However, if I have already read that piece of mail, once I get home and open Mail on my Mac, that mail won't be downloaded to the Mac...in fact, it acts as if it isn't there at all, even though the already read message is visible within the browser-based iCloud application. I have run into this before with other mail services where there is some option to not download already read messages or some such. Anyone have any ideas how to remedy this?

How do I get all day events to show back up in my notification center after iOS8 update?

I have a iPhone 5, with iOS 8, 16GB
OK, none of my calender events are showing up in my notification center, and I have all type's of events on my calender, I have tried going in to my settings < then notifications < then calender < now, on this screen it shows that I am allowing notifications, so I went to upcoming events < and everything on this screen is on, I don't know what to do. How do I fix this? Can someone please help me?

Unfortunately, iOS 7 and iOS 8 do not show All-day-events in the Notification Centre.
Try to do a search within the forums or just google it and you will see that this is how ios7 and 8 have been designed from the start, and a major issue in my opinion.

If you go to Settings>Notification Centre>Mail each of your email accounts will appear here separately. You can then change if Badges are displaye on the Mail App - which will show you the number of emails - or not.
