Notification classification extractor not trigger delta

I am facing the same .we have created custom data source for Notification classification using notification master data extractor(0NOTIFICATN_ATTR) but delta is not trigger for any changes in the notification line items..

Extractor not picking delta data

Hi All ,
I have a very peculiar problem with extractor 2LIS_02_SCN .
The Delta data's are not getting captured in BW as well as in the RSA3 .This is happening for few PO's .
I checked the extractor debugger as well (in RSA3) , but it shows only 1 record which is already there in BW , but the new delta data is not available in RSA3 as well .Deltas are running fine everyday . I also checked in the underlying table EKES for the Vendor Confirmations , I can see 2 records ie the previous as well as the changed records . Now my Problem is why the extractor is not pulling the new changed record . We have Update Mode in R/3 as Direct Delta
Note : There were no filling of set tables done since long time. set up tables are working fine .
Could anybody help me in this issue .

SAP says :
<i>To improve performance, this DataSource contains no information about scheduling agreements. This also applies to returns items, service items, and limit items.</i>
So check whether your records(which are not extracted) are belongs to any one of above types.

Classification extractor (CTBW) - problems with deleted classifications

Hello all,
we have several classification objects on 0customer. Until now we always made a FULL load for this classification extractors but now we realized the following problem:
If a customer has an classification and it is deleted we don't get the deletion into BI. In our master data the customer still has his old (invalid) classification.
I made some tests with the delta extraction. The only things we get by delta is changes on the classification value or if a classification is added. What don't get the case that the classification is deleted on a special customer.
How can we solve this problem? Any ideas?

Hi Bettina,
well I think you need to do an enhancement for the datasource and add some code to check for deleted data. But I am not sure if there are change documents in cdhdr/cdpos for this type of data. If it is the case, you can get the deletions from there and append to your data package. Additionally you need to update a field in the data package with a 'D'. I believe you have a field for update mode in the data package. When the data is posted to a ods the record mode 'D' will cause the deletion of that record.

LIS Not supporting delta!!!

I have created a cube for quantity flows( 2lis_03_s091) ,everythng went fine for my full load but for my delta its showing a message datasource cannot be updated in ODS object , coz i have an inbound ODS. So i did checked ROOSOURCE & RODELTAM tables ,i did noticed a status 'E' showing (Unspecified delta via extractor ,Not ODS CAPABLE).So i got struck here is there anyway that i could set up my delta's for this datasource

Hi Praveen,
Type 'E' means the extractor behind this datasource is not capable to provide delta in a way that is meaningful for an ODS.
This is true for a few datasources, for example if the datasource is getting some aggregated data at the time of extraction and has no way to identify data that would enable it to give you a delta suitable for an ODS (overwrite).
For your scenario, you can first try changing your ODS from 'overwrite' to 'Add' type andd see if the delta works with it. If not, then you shall use an infocube directly.

PAI is NOT trigger for ALV in subscreen

Currently, I am using ALV object to output ALV report in one SUBSCREEN.
When I double-click, the PAI is not trigger. But just go into double-click event directly.
However, If I use AVL function or object to output in NORMAL screen, PAI is trigger after double click.

The ALV grid is a special control in terms that all the events are already pre-registered at the control (method SET_REGISTERED_EVENTS). This means that as soon as you define an event handler method and SET HANDLER for the corresponding event your application can deal with this event.
You can register all events of the ALV grid as application events (i.e. after any event handling PAI of the screen is triggered) at the CONSTRUCTOR method:
I_APPL_EVENTS = 'X'
However, I prefer to use method CL_GUI_CFW=>SET_NEW_OK_CODE because it offers more flexibility to me:
Only those event where I need to trigger PAI after event handling are affected
By setting a new ok-code I can trigger a specific logic at PAI

facebook notifications on ipad not working or displaying on ipad notifications.
They are displaying on the iPhone though.

How can I update a push notification that's not on my settings under notifications?

I am trying to turn on notifications in the Starbucks app, so in the app I go to settings then when I select Starbucks Notifications it gives an error message that reads..."You currently have Push Notifications turned off. Please update your device Settings." but when I go into into my phone Settings no where is the Starbucks app listed anywhere. Not in "In Notification Center" or "Not In Notification Center". How am I supposed to update the device settings if I don't see it anywhere??? Thanks.

I know push can be set as follows. I think this will help your issue even though it may sound like it doesn't directly apply.
Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendars --> Fetch New Data. Turn on "Push".

Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. Links from outside apps like Mail will not trigger FireFox... but work in Safari

When I click a link in another program, like Apple Mail, it opens (or activates) Firefox.... but it does not "trigger" the link. If I copy the link, and past it into the Firefox URL bar, of course, it will work....
If I switch the preferred browser to Safari.... the same links works fine.
I've never seen this behavior before with a browser....

How to extract data using DSources which do not support Delta

Hi forum,
Iam using a data source which does not support delta. In such a scenario what should i do For subsequent extractions.Will i have to opt for full load every time, if so then how will the double data records be treated. Pls help me out of this situation. In RSA6 if i click on the data source there i can find a check box for enabling delta , but again that is greyed out. If i want to change that what steps should i follow.
All the helpfull answers and solutions would be thanked by assigning full points.

Can you give me the data source name please.
If it is a standard Business Content Datasource and it does not support delta(or delta is not enabled) then you dont have any choice to modify the standard Datasources. In such cases you can create a Generic DS same as Standard DS and enable delta.

Scope does not trigger

Hello,
I am trying to trigger a scope at a certain point. I have a test signal coming after a regular sinusoid. I want to measure the output when the test signal arrives. What happens is that when my test signal comes after 1 second the trigger works perfectly fine but when my test signal comes after 3 seconds the scope does not trigger at the point I want and keeps on triggering at unwanted points. This is a conceptual question. Could anyone please help me in that.

I am not exactly sure what your external signal looks like, however I can suggest a couple things for you to look at. First, if the absolute value of your sine wave amplitude is less than the test point you want to measure, the scope can simply level trigger at that point. It should not matter if the signal comes in after 1 seconds or 3 seconds. The only problem you might be seeing with this is a timeout error. This is caused by the read function not being able to sample enough data within the default 5 seconds limit. Adjusting the timeout would help if you are getting this error.
If your test signal value you need to trigger off of is within the absolute value of your sine wave signal it becomes more difficult because if you specify to trigger off of a rising edge 0.5V signal this point will occur many times before the ideal trigger point. Perhaps a combination of using the trigger hold off and trigger delay might help you time the start of your acquisition a little better. If this does not help, can you please post more detail about the sine wave, your test point you want to trigger off and the behavior you are currently seeing.

Thank you for the sugestion, but it was working fine both on the lock screen and on my home screen. I check all my settings and it is how it was from Friday, when I got the iPhone 5s. It just stop working. The only way I can fix it is by shutting down the phone. It will work for a while, then it won't.
