Notification dates not copying in order

Dear All,
My notification required end and start date not copying in Order Basic Start and Finish date.
but priority it is copying well.
Kindly suggest.

Check whether user exit, IWO10012 Maintenance order: Priority treatment on central header has been Implemented in your system. This may be causing the dates to be changed as per the logic maintained within.

System should Not copy sales order header text

Hi all,
My requirement is system should not copy sales order header text while copying sales order to sales order with same order type.
for example i have order type OR - standard type with 500 line items with reference to that same sales order we are creating another order with same line 500 line items,but requirement is system should not copy source document header text in to target document header text,
Do you have any standard functionality to avoid this or we need to go exit

Hi,
You can do it via standard SAP configuration.
Transaction VOTXN.
In the access sequence you have the corresponding Text ID added with "Text Object" VBBK. That's the reason why you are copying text.
Change the entry.
Check below link on how exactly to do that. This doc says about how to copy customer text to the sales order. But procedure is same for you as well. Just the object is different.

Billing Plan Start Date not copied to Sales order from Service Contract

Hi
We are developing a process of Creation of Service Contract and then a order confirmation.
Now based on the Order Confirmation will bill based on the Bill Plan.
The Bill plan start date in contract header is not flowing to Sales Order header while creating with reference.
Then navigating to Header Billing plan and if we input the date the billing plan dates are displayed.
We checked the copy control settings and seems like the date is not copied.Is this a standard behaviour.
If so then do we have any work arounds to achieve the same. Because the contract start date can change before confirmation.
So business wants a sales order confirmation to be created after contract creation and bill periodically as per the Sales order instead of contract.

Appreciate ur quick response. But instead of FKDAT i need the FPLA-BEDAT to be flowed to Billing Plan.Right now iam entering the following date manually at header.Instead if it copies from Contract header then manual entry could be neglected.

When I create an order with reference to another document then header data (VBAK- OID_MISCDL) is not copied into the sales order items (VBAP-OID_MISCDL) for all the copied items. But if I add a new item to this order then the value of VBAK- OID_MISCDL is copied into the new item (VBAP-OID_MISCDL) only.
Also if I create an order without any reference document then value of VBAK- OID_MISCDL is copied into the sales order item(VBAP-OID_MISCDL) if the header data VBAK- OID_MISCDL is entered before line items are added to the order.

Thanks for your reply. The issue is not with the copy control. The issue is that data is not copied from a header field in sales order into line item within the same document. So while in create mode of the sales order, if I enter line item details like enter material codes and quantities and then I enter value in a header field in the same sale order then that value is not copied across to those line items that were entered before. However during creation of sales order, If I enter value in the header field first and then enter line item details in the same sales order then that header value is copied across to the line items.

Condition records not copied from order to invoice

Hi,
I created an order and it has contion types for Frieght cost and packing cost...for both condition rocrds were found and triggered in order but whn cheked in invoice...records are not copied to invocie level..and when checked in analysis it says "access not made" for both the conditions...
Fields combination for these are shipping point and material frieght group for both condition types...
i checked the validity dates for both conditions and are still in validity dats.
Can anyone advice me is there some thing else i need to check and why condition records are not copied to invoice.

Copy controls are fine...it is actually delivery related billing scenarios..and in delivery to billing copy contrls in header in determine export dat feild it is set to "B :Redetermine the export data" and at tiem level the pricing type is set to "C:Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others"
Kindly let me know if the settings are fine or the problem is woth these settings

GTS- Preference Indicator not copied to Order

Please check and confirm that whether the Transfer Preference Indicator is checked in the Control Settings for Application Type SD0A i.e for Sales Order or not in the Feeder system and what the log says in the Feeder system GTS Cockpit. Requested delivery date not copied from quote item to order item

CRM 7.0 copying from a quote to an order is ot copying the requested date at the item or header.
For the Header we are using copying routine SLSHDR and for the item SALES
There is a date profile assigned to both the quote & item category, these objects are in the date types.
BILL_DATE                           Billing Date

This seems like it should not be so complicated, we are looking at a Badi for the copy rules but has been challenging to say the least. It seems like there should be a way to configure (not code) this issue.

SAP OSS stated functionality not supported, we pushed it back a couple of times. Even though this is out of the box functionality in ECC copying a quote to an order.
Our developer was able to code a solution in method IF_EX_CRM_COPY_BADI~DATES, our ecommerce app calls this function when the quote is converted to an order in ISA.

CMIR data not copied while creating sales order from BAPI

but when we create SO manually, few fields at item level are derived automatically from CMIR...
Can we achieve same behavior through bapi also...

Voice Memos older than last Sync date not copying from iPhone to PC after sync, even though "Include voice memos" is checked

I am trying to copy over my voice memos from my iPhone to my PC. I have "Include voice memos" checked under the Music tab.
I had an issue with voice memos being duplicated on my iPhone after a sync (I got two versions of each memo on my phone for some reason), so after deleting the extra copies on my phone I deleted all voice memos from within iTunes and chose the option to move the files to the Recycle Bin. So the Music\iTunes\Itunes Music\Voice Memos folder is empty, and there are no voice memos showing up in iTunes.
But now when I sync, it isn't copying over the older memos that are on my iPhone to my computer. If I record a new voice memo then that memo transfers successfully, but any voice memos with a recording date older than my last sync date do not transfer.
How can I get these older voice memos (with dates older than my last sync date) transferred over from my phone onto my PC?

Does anyone know of a way that I can access the voice memos with dates older than my last sync date...?

Can not copy/create order on mobile

I am unable to copy an existing sales order on the mobile device. Get the following error while saving copy of Sales Document
Type - User Error
Error Code - 235
Context - 2005
Description - Enter a value in the field PSTYV.
(PSTYV = Sales document item category)
Get the same error, even when copying the sales order WITHOUT any line item.
I am able to successfully create a new sales order with reference in SAP R/3.

Are you sure if the BoM validity from date is prior to the planned order start date.
Try deleting the BoM and re-creating. WHile creating enter the key date in the past say from 01.01.2007. Then in MRP run - MD50 choose 3 in planning mode, select the check box "Also plan unchanged components" and run MRP.
Also check if the sales order and item number is appearing in the planned order. If no there is some problem in MRP strategy setting in Mat master
Then try it out.

Extension data not showing in order.jsp & order_change.jsp

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to display the gross weight of the order in Order.jsp,Order_change.jsp. I have implemented the BADI CRM_ISA_BASKET_HEAD and method GETHEAD_GET_DATA to get the gross weight.
In the BADI I am using CRM_ORDER_READ to get the value gross weight of the order.
Here is the code to get the extension data in Order.jsp

Not sure after doing this both order.jsp & order_change.jsp simply not displying any thing in the page.

I think you should use custom action.
You can do it like this:
1) create custom action class extended BaseAction
2) in this class you should pass values from ExtensionData to request.
3) use request attributes instead extensionData() on the jsp page
4) do not forget register your action before standart ShowBasketAction in config.xml

For point 4 you have to replace this code in file config.xml:

About your issue - I suppose that ui.header can't have to access to ExtensionData or ui.header.getExtensionData("ZGRWT") return null. Anyway you will be able to debug your application and check value of ExtensionData only if you will take your own action.

There are a lot of threads about deployment and security, but I still haven't found a solution to my problem. I've specified l login configuration in my orion-application file like:

I also specified application's own jazn-datain this file. When deploying on standalone oc4j through AS Control I have to select custom security provider and manually enter options. If I do that everything works OK, permissions are read from my jazn-data file, that is deployed with application.
Is there a way to get login configuration from orion-application file in JDeveloper to system-jazn-data file on standalone oc4j when deploying an application?

Hello BB,
(1) Create the orion-application.xml file in the Deployment project
I have a separate Deployment project. In this project I created the orion-application.xml file in the META-INF directory. Double click on the Deployment description to see where the META-INF directory should be placed.
If your Project Content/Java Content directory is c:\Application\src, then the META-INF should be c:\Application\src\META-INF
Copy/create the orion-application.xml file in this directory
(2) Create a META-INF group in the EAR deployment descriptor
In the deployment profile I added a file group META-INF
(3) Add the orion-application.xml to the META-INF group
Click on filters and add the orion-application.xml
(4) Create the EAR file with the deployment descriptor
Open the EAR file, the orion-application.xml file should be, directly visible, in the META-INF directory.
(5) Deploy the EAR file
Now it should work.

After windows system restore, most ipod data not copying

I recently did a system restore on my computer using windows XP. When I tried to update my ipod, it said that 81 items were not transferred because my computer was not 'authorized' for them. All of the items were on my computer long before the system restore and were all purchased legally from the itunes store. So now most of my music, podcasts, and all of my tv shows won't sync to my ipod. I did a restore on the ipod, but that didn't help. Does anyone know what to do?

Is the new memory according to recommended specs?
there is no connection between battery and memory as far as i know. but while restoring OS to factory settings, it is advised that you keep original factory hardware (use old memory sticks etc.).

Notification data copy to Service orders created from sales order.

Hi,
In our business scenario, we are creating sales order from service notification & service order from sales order. Document flow will be Service Notification -> Sales Order -> Service Order.
Here user wants that Notification data to be copied to service order. This is possible when we create service order directly from notification. Buit in our case we are not creating service order directly from Notification, we are creating service order from sales order. in this case notifiationdata is not getting copied to service order.
Our ABAPer's are also tried to find the exit or enhancement points, but not able to find any thing for this requirement.
Pl. suggest, how to do it.

The only way I have seen to do this kind of billing is using Resource Related Billing (RRB) and customizing of the Dynamic Item Processer Profile (DIP Profile)
It is not exactly like a simple flow of Notification > Sales Order > Service order (with all of the problems of how to copy notification data through to Service order) but might be a possible solution for you ?
