Notification "install downloaded upgrade 4.1 " came up for 1 second. how do I do so ?
pop-up, lower right,"install downloaded upgrade Firefox 4.1" for 1 second. not in downloads . what now ?
It should automatically install when you restart Firefox. If that does not happen, in the Help menu select "About Firefox", that will allow you to check for updates again.

I want to install Firefox on a friends new pc for him, how do I get past Internet Explorer?
The Pc was bought in Panama, so alot is in spanish(which doesn't
help).
But it just seems like I'm being redirected or steered around the simple download.
Is there a simple site I can go to and download in english?It was great to get an answer so fast. I knew there was a simple solution, but I didn't have it at the time! Basically, I tend to get really frustrated, really fast with anyone but Firefox.

Where do you put DNG camera profile for light room?
I just received my Leica M9 and downloaded from chromasoft a camera profile for the M9. it is a .dcp file but I can not find where to use it.
AdolfoDependent on OS. On Windows vista the usual location is Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CamerRaw\CameraProfiles .
Or you can place it directly in the folder where the Adobe profiles are located, usually Users\All Users\Adobe\CamerRaw\CameraProfiles\Camera|Leica M9
on OSx /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles
The actual profile is used via the calibration setting in the develop module. -
Hi, I've just purchased and installed an upgrade from Lightroom 4 to 5. It doesn't seem to handle raw files authored with a new Nikon D750 camera. I spoke to the sales rep about this and he gave me a link to the 8.6 DNG converter page with instructions to download. 8.6 only works with Mac OS 10.7-10.9, according to the page. I'm running Yosemite, Mac 10.10. Please can you tell me my options? Lightroom 4 worked beautifully with my older cameras' raw files so I would like to continue using the application. What should I do? How soon will Lightroom 5 be able to deal with raw files from a D750. Many thanks, Adam.
Until the next version of Lightroom is released, you need to use the DNG Converter version 8.7RC to convert your RAW photos to DNG and then import the DNGs into Lightroom.

just got a Nikon D610 and CS5 for Mac can't open the images -- message says installed version of camera raw doesn't support the camera. Downloaded the Raw 6.2 update for Mac, but installation failed. Now what?
The D610 didn't get out-of-the-box RAW support until Photoshop CC.
You can either upgrade to CC or use the DNG Converter to convert and open your DNGs in CS5. -

I installed a upgrade of itunes on my windows computer
It came up with error message of msvcr80.dll I went to repair and to reinstall itunes but this didnt fix it
Please help meUninstall your existing copy of iTunes. Delete any copies of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer files from your downloads areas for your web browsers and download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer from the Apple website:

(The current build of the 11.1.4.62 installer was changed a few days ago, which fixed the bulk of the reports of MSVCR80.dll/R6034/APSDaemon.exe/Error-7/AMDS-could-not-start trouble ... but the build number on the installer was not changed. So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

I just downloaded and installed Photoshop cc and the Camera Raw version is not the latest one available,so now I can no longer open files from my Nikon D750! Can I update ACR?
I have been using the new version of ACR with PS6 and have been able to open the D750 files,now I'm stuck.

Sounds like you downloaded the OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 Update or Combo Update. Neither will work on a version of OS X prior to OS X Mavericks. Those are only used to update an existing install of OS X Mavericks. The Combo will update any version from 10.9.0 thru 10.9.4. The Update will only update version 10.9.4.
You need the full installer of OS X Mavericks from the App Store. However, the App Store no longer offers OS X Mavericks. Yosemite is the new FREE OS X. -
Hi - I recently purchased a new iMac. I have a registered cs5 design premium package which is an upgrade - I have no disc for cs4 but have the qualifying serial number for it. I have installed cs5 via download onto my iMac but it is not accepting the serial number. Can anybody help. Does anybody else think that Adobe will loose a lot of customers by not providing any chat or call support for cs5 users??

Computer locks up, so I want to reinstall the OS. I had upgraded to Snow Leopard.
Tried to do an archive and install from the DVD that came with the computer, but that failed.
Tried to do an erase and install, but the install stops somewhere near the end, 13 minutes to go. Tried several times, same result.
Can't reboot from the install disk, it just ejects the disk and I get the flashing question mark.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.I think my hard drive is toast. When I boot in single user mode, I get the following text:
