Notification Mailer not working in EBS

Hi all,
Notification mailer has been configured, but while starting it gives error like
' The Service Component Container is not running. '
In Log file
"FND_WEBFILE.GET_URL (CPID=0) "
EDS Running in windows 2000 server
All service are Running
What does one has to do to solve this error. Can anyone suggest why this error is there.

Hi,
You need to have the Workflow Agent Listener (its service container) up and running for the Notification Mailer to be up and running. Please start this, and then WF Mailer should start - if configured.

We have the system MDM 7.1 SP06, we are not able to get the email notification for customer repository. For other repositories like material & vendor mails are working fine. I Have checked the following steps.
1) Added notification step to the workflow between processes.
2) Verified the email addresses of the workflow owner and the receiver of the notification.
3) Verified that the mds.ini has the "MailServer=" setup to the right smtp.
I have check in workflow history, it is showing notify step but not showing details of mail like send to, mail body. While in case of material repository, it was showing complete details like send to, mail body & all.
Previously mails for customers were working fine. Kindly suggest the solution.

Hi Gaurang,
Are the time parameter same for all the repositories?
Create a dummy user and dummy workflow,and try to send mail from that workflow.
If this works with some id then check with the Admin id which you are using.
This way you can eliminate the possibility of id not working.Also it will tell you that user is corrupt or not.
Check for log and traces,kindly provide with the post here.

E-mail notification does not work. Test message fails, like everyone else. Is that possible? Someone else had this problem?

Have you tried with/without custom email notification (SMTP) settings?
Have you checked if the defaut or custom SMTP port has been forwarded to your px12?
Have you checked if your ISP is blocking SMTP ports for your connection?

Notification is not working after upgrading to Mountain Lion ??

I have upgraded my Mackbook Pro to mountain Lion and the Notification is not working however I utilized my Apple ID, any idea how to solve this issue?

I have a similar problem with my Apple LED Cinema Display 24" (from july 2009). Worked like a sunshine first and had the Apple Care taken out on it in combo with a MacBook Pro 13" from Early 2009. I;ve been using the second screen on my MacBook Pro 13" and for the past 3 years with my iMac27" connected to the MiniDisplay port on my desk. Since a good 2 weeks the screen blacks out. The iMac and 2 other MacBooks (Pro retina 15" from Oct 2012) and MacBook air Mid 2011) all recognise the screen as a second display and the mouse appears to go to the second screen.
Only when I hookup my MacBookPro Retina 15" I get a connection signal and a very brief image on the screen for a split second and then it all blacks out. I cannot get it to work anymore.... Is this the end of this screen or is there hope?

Push notifications WhatsApp not work. I only receive them when I open the app. I've checked the settings on iOs and Whatsapp and all is ok. I've also updated to the latest versions. Can you help me?

I actually did, and here is the answer I received:
"When you are sent a message in WhatsApp, but are not online to receive it, WhatsApp will automatically send your message to the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS). This allows an alert containing the message to be displayed, even when WhatsApp is closed or your phone's display is off. Most often, all that is needed to resolve notification issues is to ensure that all notification settings are enabled. Review these FAQ pages for troubleshooting steps:

Sending your message to APNS typically takes only a few milliseconds. Once your message is sent to APNS, any delays or failure to deliver the message as a push notification to your device are usually caused by issues with your phone or network connection. I tried to delete everything from my iPhone and then restore my data with the backup on my computer but it did not change anything, I still can't receive any notification, unless I open the application... However, I restored immediatly my backup cause I was afraid it wouldn't work after, but I don't really think it would change something to first start as a new device and then erase all content again and restore it.

Apple Mail not working after internet outage.

10.9.5 Mail not working after internet outage. Connection doctor shows everything green. Other apps connecting to internet fine. Mailboxes show online. I can login and get mail via web iCloud.com. But Mail app will not send or receive. Tried rebooting Mac, and restarting Mail. Tried Rebuild. Second day with this problem.

Should be Mail 4.5. With Spotlight, check to see if you have more than one version of the Mail app onboard. Also, make sure that there is one at the root level of the Applications folder, and that it is namely simply Mail before applying the Combo.

Email sound notification is not working

As the title says, My email notification is not working (in a non-quiet mode) the vibration works in both modes. I have changed the sounds just to see if it makes a difference, but no. Everything else works, txt msgs, FB, etc ... Any ideas?
I have turned sounds off and on and anything else I can think of.

PL/SQL notification is not working

We are using PL/SQL notification procedure to de-queue AQ in our application. Now the notification is not working in development instance whereas it is working in Live. The database parameter job_queue_processes was having value 0 in development database and it is now reset to 10. Still the problem exists. Please let us know what could be other reasons for failure of PL/SQL notification in AQ.

Custom Master Detail form not working In EBS
Hi all,
I have two custom tables -- 1) XXX_DIE_Headers
2) XXX_DIE_LINES
I developed a Master Detail form based on above tables. XXX_DIE_Headers is the Master Block (Single record) & XXX_DIE_LINES is the detail block ( Multi line block ).
Yes, I used Appstand,Template.fmb for developing this form. The Master block has three fields out of which Two are required fields and i have given initial value for them.
As i deployed it in APPS(EBS),everything about it is working fine (insert,delete,master-detail behaviour) except querying.
When i press F-11 , It pops up a message "Do you want to save changes you have made" Choice - yes,no,cancel.
I don't want this message to pop up.
The scenario is :- I open the form.( without entering ) Press F11 . The message Pops up.
Please give me suggession on how to work it around so as form directly goes to query mode ,without popping the message.

It seems that you are changing a database value in your form, do you have any changes in WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE???
what the form is trying to tell you that you have changed something, do you want to save it?
I suggest you debug your form and see what's happening step by step.

Hmmm, no, no drivers needed, now it sounds like a bad install... unless you might have some old Mouse software installed???
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.
