Notification status at date in history

Hi goeroes,
do you know which function module to use to get the status of a certain notification at a certain date?
For instance, I would like to know which notifications where all open on the 25th of October?

Check table JCDS (change history for status table JEST)

Track production order ststes histry (Status change date, time, user)

I want to track a production order status change history. Status change date, user name and status. Appreciate if somebody can give me a T Code, SAP report or a table.

HI,
You can see the the date, time and user for the status changes by following the menu path given by Mr. Mangalraj.
However if you cant see them, then check the T Code OPL8 (for PP and COR4 for PI), implementation tab. Tick the check boxes for for Status Change Documents as your choice (for header, operations etc).
After checking these boxes you will be able to see the status change details.

Assignment Date Track History-Changed Field Summary

Hi all,
We have Oracle HR 11.5.7 FP.G.
In the HRMS there is a for the Employee's Assignment Date Track History showing the Changed Field Summary.
We want to specify the exact field(s) changed in Assignment for a period using SQL or Discoverer for Reporting Purposes.
Does anyone have any sample coding or idea on how to perform this?That is to specify exactly what fields changed in an assignment change.
What I can think of is to compare values but I'm not sure how I can get the desired result.
I would appreciate any feedback.

To meet you're requirement: changes per person during a period
- done this before using audit trail, be aware that the reports that comes out standard, does not resemble anything a HR user can read. Quite often it says this ID has change to that ID. Building a reports that changes this into something meaning full for a HR/Payroll person does require a considerable effort.
- using the change event log (system extract) or the retro notification report (payroll) will give you're results in a better format. Problem you may encounter here, is that not all entities are available (by default). You may have to add some dynamic triggers.
- if you want to understand how the datetrack functionality is deriving the data, this paper on metalink may help : Create and Modify DateTrack History Views Note:177734.1

It is not given in any standard report/ table, you need to develop some report and that also may not be straight forward to get it. But the same you can get in any PS structure maintenance T Code say Cj20n >Open that WBS> Keep cursor on it> Click on bule I Icon which get displyed on right hand pan > click on first left menu here you will get all the change history.

Status of data in Bex query shows wrong date

Dear Experts,
The Bex qurey after sucessful execution, show the Status of data as old date i.e. feb 2012. but we observed that the data uplaod happens regularly and sucessful.
we tried executing the same query using RSRT/Bex Analyzer/Portal. the results are same i.e. showing incorrect status of data.
Note: The Bex query is built on BI Infoset which sources from DSOs and Master Data infoobjects, and BI version is 7.0.

The data upload has happend today also and it is sucessful, the reporing status is available for requests from respective infoproviders.
'Status of data' is not a filed. if it an information to tell the status of data in query result.
Please find the following steps to find the 'status of data'
go to RSRT->give the query name and execute-> now after query results-> go to last page-> you can find the 'status of data'.

Problem in Bex report Status of Data based on multiprovider

Hi Bi Expert,
I am facing probelm in my bex reprot having field "Status of data"
Report is based on multiprovider which using 3 cubes.
Out of this three cube report showing data with cube havnig oldest date data load.
How can I get latest one request data into my report .
I am not using bex web template so dont give solution related to it already gone through that thread.

in the table RSICCONT you find which request is in which data target. When you define the user exit variable on 0REQID, you have to go in this table and read the request with cubes names in your multi provider. In a second step you sort the request after cubes and time tamp and take the first n (depending on how many cubes you have in MP). Keep in mind: when you apply READ statement, read after Cube name

When attempting to view the date track history for one employee, errors out

Hi All
When I attempt to view the date track history for one employee, it gives errors.
To get the details, the navigation is :
1. Search for employee xxxxxx
2. click on Assignment button
3. click on Date Track History.
4. Receive error APP-DT-52554.
5. Click OK on error message
6. click on Full History button.
7. Receive error APP-PAY-06153
What could be the problem and how to solve this?

Sounds as if there is an inconsistency with the date tracked records. Can you check the records through TOAD or SQL Plus?
Have alook at MetaLInk article 343070.1 which refers to the second error message.

Issue with status of data information in Bex analyzer report

Hi BI gurus,
One of the queries showing older date for the "status of data" information in the report of Bex Analyzer. I have tried to correct it in Bex analyzer by removing existing Text information element and adding a new Text element in the Bex Analyzer designer for the query. But it doesn't worked out as the changes made to the query through Bex Analyzer are only being saved as a local work book rather than reflecting to the query. Please suggest me with some options to resolve this issue and give any Idea to correct the "Status of data" in the Bex Query designer.

This is a common problem faced by users when reporting on Multi-Provider.
In my project what I did to overcome this is to run a Fake DTP to the cube whose status is creating problem.
Like , if under MultiPro I have a planning cube which is only updated monthly but all the actual cubes updated daily. In this case create a DTP under Plan cube with some impossible selection condition ( like fiscal year 2099). This will bring 0 records to planning cube ( and thereby not impacting the data) but will update the last loading time.

Notification Status at Run time in Notif_event_post

Hi All,
My requirement is to send a mail to the creator of the notification when their is a change in the notification status and that changed notification status has been saved by the user.
To achieve the functionality i am using Notif_Event_Post and in this at run time i am getting the new work order but i am not able to get the new notification status at run time that the user is going save.
When i use select query on jest and tj02 using OBJNR and ISTAT i am getting the old notification status not the new notification status.
I also tried using the STATUS_TEXT_EDIT and STATUS_TEXT_Multi but the output is same as above.
Please give solution to the above problem.

And, which table are the system status of notification in? which fields are they?

Digital Signature for QM notification status change

Hello experts,
I need your guidance regarding implementation of user digital signature for QM notification status change. Our customer has ECC 6.0 but they are not inclined to introduce enhancement package 3 soon. Now their requirement is that while QM notification status change they want to have a user signature pop-up to verify the user authorization to do so. But they don't want to do so by using digital signature via DMS status change.
I am really not sure if I have explained the situaion correctly or not as i am quite new to QM. But I am desparately looking forward to get your valued replies in this regard.

To fulfill the FDA requirement we have apply the logic to make sure that a digital signature is captured for status changes during task processing.
To map this requirement we have developed one custom table to store remark that will be displayed on digital signature remarks textbox. This table will have following feild:
STAT - System/ user status
QMART - QN type
SPARS - language
TEXT - character text.
Work with ABAPer to implement this, and after implementing validate following key point:
u2022     Validate that after successful digital signature that the signature cannot be overwritten.
u2022     Validate the locking of the User ID after customer specific number of unsuccessful signature attempts.
u2022     Verify that the digital signature works for each status.
u2022     Validate that if the digital signature is cancelled prior to successful entry that the system status reverts back to previous status and all processing authorizations allowed for that status still function properly.

View of Date track history change field summary

Hi experts,
In Oracle HRMS, we have the function "Date Track History" in People/assignment. In the summary window of Date Track history, we have column which is named "Change Field Summary". For reporting purpose, I am looking for the view/function/package/... which can show type of data.
For example:
- If I give certain assignment number/assignment id, view/function can return "Birth Date, Full Name, Known As" in "Change Field Summary".

The view PER_ASSIGNMENT_HISTORY_VIEW shows data changes in columns, it is similiar with HRFV_PERSON_ASSIGNMENT_HISTORY view. However It does not show us which columns were changed like in "Date track history change field summary" window. I don't have access to Unix server, so that I can't do the trace stuff.

One correction in your post. There will not be TECO. It is NOCO in Notification
This is the answer
There is no need of STTXT for your purpose. In other words you need another field which is a part of VIQMEL table. i.e., PHASE.
Follow these values.
Value '1' for Status OSNO (Outstadning)
Value '2' for Status NOPO (Postponed)
Value '3' for Status NOPR (In Process)
Value '4' for Status NOCO (Completed)
Value '5' for Status DLFL (Deletion Flag)
So your syntax will go like this
IF I_VIQMEL-PHASE = '1' .....
Revert back if any further queries are there.
