Notification Status - System Status Object1- Message - 0STATUSNTF1_TEXT

Hello dear Experts,
I'm trying to figure out what status texts do the extractors 0STATUSNTF1_TEXT, 0STATUSNTF2_TEXT and 0STATUSNTF3_TEXT (System Status Object1- Message, System Status Object2- Message and System Status Object3- Message) bring to BW. I suppose they are related to the notifications, because these datasources are under QM-IO Quality Management Master Data. When I try to use transaction RSA3 they extract nothing.
I tried searching the internet, help.sap and SDN with no results. Does anybody know anything of these datasources?

I have created a scenario HTTP to FTP. I sent message to XI server using the HTTP Client.
After sending the message I am getting the response at browser.

But when I look in to the Message monitoring at RWB, I am getting the message status as
System error. while going to the details i can see below error category.
Error Category MAPPING
Error Code EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE
(Is the password different for port 50000 and 8000)
Please help me to solve this issue.

Notification Status OSTS

Hi Experts,
I created a notification and generated a service order. I carried out the Confirmation and reserved a material for the order. I carried out the TECO for the service order. System says that the Notification could not be completed due to the Notification Status "OSTS". Iam not sure for what reason this message appears. What step I have missed out.
Can anyone please provide me the step missed out.

Hi Vijaya,
OSTS system status means Outstanding Tasks in Notifications. The actual procedure is that when a notification is raised, tasks to be carried out are defined by the maintenance engineer in Tasks Tab, which are released. Upon physical completion of the tasks, the tasks are completed and then the notification is completed. If some Outstanding tasks exist, and we try to complete the notification, system throws a message to complete the tasks.
Pls check if u have some tasks still not released and completed. Pls complete them and then complete the notification. I hope this would resolve your problem.

I have messages stuck in To Be Delivered status in Messages Monitoring. When i checked the Audito Logs, there are NO LOGS. I resent the message and now the logs indicated in the Audit Logs is:

To Be delivered status in Message monitoring

Hi,
There are some messages in TO BE DELIVERED status in Message monitoring while selecting integration server. I could neither cancel nor resend.
any input reg. this will be appreciated.
I didn't see any messages with TO BE delivered status in adapater engine.
I could able to clear What ever messages in system error status in adapter engine by filtering based on sequential id.
I have seen this thread & link also.

Hi,
You cannot resend or cancell the messages which are in status "To Be Delivered". Check Receiver adapter File/Jdbc/ OFTP e.t.c. which is processing these messages.
Check with your Basis team to remove the lock of adapters if any. Or to process these messages you require soft restart of Java stack.
I had same kind of issue two days back with OFTP adapter messages and did soft restart of java stack with help of Basis team.

Material statuses error message should go after entering Trackin No in PO

I have created one Material statuses with error message, I have created material with the use of that material statuses..
Its working fine,At the creation of PR, PO I'm getting that Error message..
My requirement is if I enter Requirement Tracking Number at item level of PR or PO means that Material statuses Error message should Go out and system has to allow to create PR or PO..
Is it possible?? how to do it?? plz help me...

Hi,
You can keep Requirement Tracking Number as Required Entry in field selection key (NBF or a copy of NBF as ZNBF) of PO document type in u201CReference data, itemu201D segment in following path:
SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Screen Layout at Document Level
And then assign field selection key to PO Document type and save.
SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Document Types
Now create PO with PO document type, system will ask you to enter Requirement Tracking Number in u201CItem Overviewu201D unless then you can save Purchase Order.
The same you can do for PR document type by having a field selection key for PR document type.

Digital Signature for QM notification status change

Hello experts,
I need your guidance regarding implementation of user digital signature for QM notification status change. Our customer has ECC 6.0 but they are not inclined to introduce enhancement package 3 soon. Now their requirement is that while QM notification status change they want to have a user signature pop-up to verify the user authorization to do so. But they don't want to do so by using digital signature via DMS status change.
I am really not sure if I have explained the situaion correctly or not as i am quite new to QM. But I am desparately looking forward to get your valued replies in this regard.

To fulfill the FDA requirement we have apply the logic to make sure that a digital signature is captured for status changes during task processing.
To map this requirement we have developed one custom table to store remark that will be displayed on digital signature remarks textbox. This table will have following feild:
STAT - System/ user status
QMART - QN type
SPARS - language
TEXT - character text.
Work with ABAPer to implement this, and after implementing validate following key point:
u2022     Validate that after successful digital signature that the signature cannot be overwritten.
u2022     Validate the locking of the User ID after customer specific number of unsuccessful signature attempts.
u2022     Verify that the digital signature works for each status.
u2022     Validate that if the digital signature is cancelled prior to successful entry that the system status reverts back to previous status and all processing authorizations allowed for that status still function properly.

To Be Delivered Status for messages

Hi All,
I've a File->PI-File scenario. If I check the status of messages under RWB->Message Monitoring->Adapter Engine, I find some mesages with status "Scheduled". The single status of the messages is "To be delivered". Manually I try to send a single message but in the Audit Log I find "Admin action: Trying to redeliver message."
The Queue "DispatchDisp" is fill with all the messages.
How can I send these messages?

Your file is stuck in a queue where failed files are waiting to get resolved. So you need to clear the queues first and then process your file.
Here is the way to clear the queues for Failed messages with System Errors.
RWB --> Adapter Engine --> show additional criteria --> Enter the QUEUE NAME in field "Conversation_ID" (for this you have to first know the queue name from details of the messages having ststaus "Holding" or "to be delivered".) --> Expand "Configure table columns" --> choose "Conversation ID" and "Sequential Number" --> display. --> sort the list by ascending order of "sequential number" --> cancel the message whose sequential number is latest and go on canceling in ascending order.

Any way to sync notification status across devices?

Here is my (probably unusual) situation:
I have:
- iPhone 4S
- iPod touch 16GB
- iPad 2
When I'm at the gym I use the iPod touch. I respond to iMessages, Facebook messages, etc.
When I'm at home or at my desk at work, I often use the iPad.
When I'm on the go I use my iPhone.
When I come back home, my iPad might show like 45 unread messages and notifications. Same with the iPod and iPhone and all across the board.
---When I am using one device, is there a way for the read / notification status to sync across all my devices?---

In Messages 7 and 8 in Mountain Lion and Mavericks there was a time limit to when the iMessages would last on the server.
The Process involves a push from the server to the devices.
the iMessages server will keep trying to contact the registered devices.
As soon as the device accepts the iMessages it is "removed" from the server as far at that device is concerned.
(i.e.e deleted iMessages on one device are not re-downloaded).
The best guess about how long the iMessages servers try to connect to a device that is Off Line is not clear.
I have seen 48 hours myself.
I presume it is something around long enough for a weekend where you might not have access to a work computer.
However in Mavericks people have reported suddenly getting 9 and 11 day old iMessages after issues about logging in were resolved.
I have updated to iOS 8.0.2 and Yosemite and found today that my iPhone 5 had lost the iPhone Number as a valid ID (the iPhone appeared to only using the Apple ID despite the fact the Users cannot turn off the iPhone Number as ID once the iMessage bit is turned On)
This does mean I have not synced some of my recent iMessages to the Number (I first noticed it was absent in the settings on the Mac)

Status Bar Message problem

I have a problem with the status bar messages.
I have extended the ItemMasterData form and have added some items that hold extra data.
In add mode, I have to make sure that values go both in the system table (done automatically by sap) and my table in the db (done by me).
The issue is when the data in the system table is added ok but the insertion in my table fails.
I add my data to the DB in the FORM_DATA_ADD event on BeforeAction false . In case this fails, I have to place a error message in the status bar and remove the inserted Items object ( it is only ok when both insertions work ).
The problem is that SAP shows the "Operation completed successfully" and my error message is not displayed. Normally I could override the status bar events and modify the message, but I need the "Operation completed successfully" to be displayed when both inserts are successful .
Any ideas on this ? Or some work - around?

Service Desk - Status of messages on Portal

Hi,
We are using Solution Manager 7.0 and Enterprise Portal 7.0. We are using the Service Desk functionality via Portal.
Is there a way we can show the status of messages to the user on Portal? We do not want to use SAP Transaction iViews to show reports on the Portal.
I saw that there is a Webservice available for an earlier version of Solution Manager. Is there a web service available for Solution Manager 7.0, which can be consumed in Portal to show the status of the message?

Wel now users can access remotely via web using the standard interface or Workcenter for which they dont have to login to solman using SAP GUI
it a web based interfact not only for reporter but processsor too

Unable to change status in messages

Hey guys,
Okay, so I am unable to change my status in messages or do anything for that matter.
My friends messages app looks different then mine and she actually has more options then me. It will not let me set to online status or anything, it's like disabled and I cannot figure it out. Also when I send a message from my mac, it will say my email when my friend recieves the message but then if I send it from my iphone it says my number, so it starts two different conversations.
This is annoying and when I called tech support they had no idea what I was talking about.

The new Messages app in Mountain Lion has two aspects. It integrates most of the features of the old iChat program (using AOL and Jabber transport mechanisms among others, which include the concept of on/offline status) with Apple's new iMessage transport mechanism (which doesn't).
Your phone-to-phone message are probably going through yet a third transport mechanism, SMS. You can set your phone to use iMessage transport to eligible recipients by going to Settings > Messages, turning iMessage to "ON", and including your AppleID (~email address) in "Receive At" along with your phone number.
We are told that when iOS6 is released this fall it may help combine the multiple conversations. It is not yet clear how.

Notification Status at Run time in Notif_event_post

Hi All,
My requirement is to send a mail to the creator of the notification when their is a change in the notification status and that changed notification status has been saved by the user.
To achieve the functionality i am using Notif_Event_Post and in this at run time i am getting the new work order but i am not able to get the new notification status at run time that the user is going save.
When i use select query on jest and tj02 using OBJNR and ISTAT i am getting the old notification status not the new notification status.
I also tried using the STATUS_TEXT_EDIT and STATUS_TEXT_Multi but the output is same as above.
Please give solution to the above problem.
