Notification to persons after reaching the expiry date of probation

Hi all,
I need to send mail to administrator regarding the expiry of probation.so i have maintained the infotype 0019. Also i have created the Administrator group and the administrator and i have assigned it in the IT0001.i have written the Dynamic Action in tableT588Z as
Subty FC No S Variable Function Part
01 06 1 P P0019-MNDAT=SY-DATUM
01 06 2 M M0001.
Pls can any one tell is it correct or else what are all the ateps i need to follow.

u r moving in the right way ...
once u configure the Dynamic Actions....
once the condition satisfies you can call a report program in which you can write a simple FM to send a mail to the Admin..

My company is using SAP last 2.5 years. During SAP Implementation, Consultants configured SAP AA, but during testing it showed error in Asset Accounting. That is why, we donu2019t use SAP AA.
Now we want to use Asset Accounting in SAP. I have configured SAP AA in Development. Then I try to Create Asset Master, But it is showing Error:
Please enter the expiry date in dd.mm.yyyy format
I cannot get Error message no also. If I double click on error, it is not opening.
I donu2019t know about Validations. Can u please guide me?

If it has no expiration date on it, or doesn't mention anything about how long it is valid for, then it never expires.

2. open "App Store" application on your macbook. Login and change all the details for card.

Getting Error after changing the recalculation date in retropay status page

We run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF and one record came with the recalculation date as 01-JUL-2009 ( Hiredate). We want his retro should be calculate from 12-Jan-2010. When we are changing the recalculation date of this employee in HRMS Super User -> View-> Retropay Status page it is giving a error like that.
Error :
You cannot update to this recalculation date for the assignment because it contains one or more elements with an earlier recalculation date. Please choose an assignment recalculation date that is the same as, or earlier than, the recalculation date of all the individual elements.
Please suggest in this case.
We are using Oracle 12.0.6.

Entry or hiring date
This is date which is being posted to FI so it will not allow to change the old data

Pricing errors are not cleared after fixing the master data

Hi All,
Kindly go through the issue explained below.
Pricing is determined properly in transaction level(Oppt) when the master data is correct. cool.
System shows pricing error (Mandatory condition 0PR0 is missing, Pricing could not be determined) when price(condition record) is not maintained in product. This is also fine. Now the issue is, Pricing errors are not going away from Opportunity even after the master data(product) fixed with maintaining pricing.
Scenario : Opportunity is saved with pricing errors.
Analysis : Price or/and Sales area are not maintained in Product that is maintained in Oppt. That is why this error occurs. So, we have maintained the Sales area/Price(condition record) in product. Now master data is corrected.
Expected result: After maintaining the price/sales area in product, the errors should go off from the created Opportunities and pricing should be determined properly.
Actual result: When we create a new opportunity with the same product, pricing is determined. But the errors are not going away from the already created opportunity transactions.
Please let me know if this scenario is not clear to understand.

How to automatically update the Expiry Date's number of days

My web app input form is an event submission form. Users enter the event title, event date and other details, etc. I've figured out how to get the "expiry days" in the form and it be hidden but i can't figure out how to calculate this:
(today's date) - (event date) + 1 day = number of days to expire and then set the expiry days to that value upon submission.
I have tried writing the js but am getting no where, has anyone out there already accomplished this? I've researched and researched and find a million things on calculating the number of days but can't get one of them to work for my situation here... any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You can use function module BAPI_ISUACCOUNT_CHANGE.
Pass dunning lock details in parameter TCTRACLOCKDETAIL. This function module only create and delete locks.
So, you need to pass existing lock details (from table DFKKLOCKS) with PROCESSING_MODE = 04 (delete) and append another value with changed expiry date with PROCESSING_MODE = 01 (Create).
This will also help in maintain lock history too.

Workflow to send mail 20 day before the expiry date

Dear All,
I created a workflow to send mail when a calculated column date is equal to today as follows:-
Step1
add -20 days to Current Item:Expiry Date (Output to Variable : date)
then set variable : Notification1 to Variable : date
Step2
If variable:notification1 equals (ignoring time) Today
email users
Now when i add a new item to the list , the workflow status is set to In progress , and when i refresh the page the status is changed to Completed before the condition is met and!!

If I Understood your question correctly, you need to send email to user 20 days before expiration date.
From above you workflow I can see, you are just checking your condition once a item is created. As your Step2 condition is not met your workflow is completed without any error. I suggest you might want to try below workflow
Step1
add -20 days to Current Item:Expiry Date (Output to Variable : date)
then set variable : Notification1 to Variable : date
then Pause until Variable:date
Step2
email users
Above workflow design will pause you workflow till 20 days before expiry date. and then send email to user.
Please ignore syntax, I just tried to put logic.
Below is explantion on how to use Pause Action(from MSDN) in Sharepoint workflow
This action is initially displayed in a workflow step as Pause until this time.
Use this action to pause the workflow until a particular date. You can add a current date, a specific date, or a lookup.
Following are examples of what the action might look like in a workflow step,
Pause until 1/1/2010 12:00:00 AM
Pause until Variable: A week from Modified

Update the expiry date of dunning lock in program

I have requirement where I want to update dunning lock expiry date to today's date in the program. Does anybody have idea about FM or BAPI for that.
I have actually used FKK_S_LOCK_DELETE but here i dont want to delete it directly. I have checked other FMs in function group FKLOCK but couldn't find any suitable.

More contact person items in the header data of a stanard order

Hi guys,
we want to create more than one contact person in the header data of a standard order
(for example contact person 1 --> 215, contact person 2 --> 216)
Transaction VA01 --> Goto --> Header --> Partner
It isn´t possible to create more entries with the same partner function.
I found the table VBPA2 instead of the table VBPA. Here it would be possible to enter more of the same contact person items.
How can I customize the function to enter more contact person items?

How to cancel the second ATP after changing the delivery date in the SO

Hello,
our solution creates automaticly a production order accorting to sales order.
The system calcule ATP for each items at the creation of the sale order.
Sometime, we change the delivery date on the scheduled line and SAP do another ATP. If the composants are not available we get an TSUP status on the order production.
How can we cancel the second ATP ?
Is it possible to cancel it when we change delivery date ?

I think its not possible to skip the atp during change of the sales order. All these determinations will trigger before saving the order

After deploying the project data is not being displayed

HI Experts,
I have done my application using jdev 11.1.1.6 My application works great. when I deploy it from my system.
When My Admin deploys it from his system then deployment go well and when he log in to see the pages
some of the data displays and other places it shows empty space
I don't know what's happening.
We are sharing the same application.

Is the security involved? May be your admin doesn't have the right to see the pages.
Do you deploy to the same server? Or do you use the embedded server for testing?

After Changing the start date for a task in a project we are not able to save

Hi
When we are updating the task start date of a particular task the below message is poping up in Project Professional and when we trying to update in Pwa and saving it automatically the save is becoming undone.
We are logging in with that user credentials and checking where the user has not charged any actuals on that task.
Then a message pops up saying:
"The actual work in "xxxx" is out of sync with the actual work updated from timesheets. Actual work can only be updated by team members through PWA. Changes you have made to users' actual work will be lost during the save."
Can any body throw some light on the above issue.

It seems you have enabled the option in server setting >> task Settings and Display >> Protect User Updates>> for restricting updates to PWA only ? this is one cause when this error message appears when the update restriction is to PWA
and PM tries to modify the Plan, the only exception to this is milestones which can be updated via Proj pro,
this being the case becomes a conflict when you say updates can be done only via PWA and try to overwrite the actual via MSP
