Notification via workflow when invoice but no receipt

The I-procurement workflow needs to be configured so that an email notification is generated when an invoice is received for a PO but the goods have not been receipted. In this scenario, the Invoice automatically goes on hold.
The email should go to the Buyer and the Requestor.
Can someone advice me on the same.

I have a small Issue with AP Prepayment invoice Workflow.Version: 12.1.1
Issue Des:AME has been configured specifically for Prepayment invoices. however, when Initiate Workflow is clicked, the Approval status changes from Required to Not Required (instead of Initiated).
AME Setup:
1.IF supplier amount > O get approval from approval-grp.
Steps:
1.Create a invoice with amount 1000 and distributions with 1000 amount.
2.Validate Invoice
3.Intiate Approval using actions "Intaiate Approval" the Approval status changes from Required to Not Required (instead of Initiated).
4.Invoice shows status 'Not Required'
5. first time the customer was using AME Rule for Prepayment invoice type with approver type as HR People and In the employee form, the supervisor relationship was not defined.
Any idea on why this is not working will be of great help!

Check the AME rules, Is the Priority filed have any values set or not.
The Priority must be set to 1 and try again.

I set the value "NO" to exclude PO matched invoices attribute so that the workflow will consider sending approvals to PO matched invoices. But the requirement is, if an invoice is matched to a receipt then I don't want the workflow to be kicked off.

Don't know any 'automatic' way - but, i have "Fetch Headers only" set on each of my 'secondary accounts'.
With varying internet service, manual "Get Messages" is probably the "Best Practice" because you will know how good your service is before you even try.
maybe set "Check for new messages every 'n' minutes" to different times
(3 minutes, 6 minutes, etc.) on each 'secondary' account.

Is it not charging at all? Did you try to reset? If YES to both, request for a replacement of the ipod. Battery or the unit itself is defective. Cheers!

This can be caused by a number of issues.
Was everything working and then suddenly stopped??
Or is this a new clean setup and has never worked.
Do you have a cable modem which is not a router and the TC setup in bridge? That will cause it. The TC must be in router mode, ie dhcp and nat.
Check the IP the MBP gets including dns and gateway..
Then check the ipad/iphone.. post what IP dns and gateway (router in applespeak) they get.

To move an iPhoto Library to a new machine:
Link the two Macs together: there are several ways to do this: Wireless Network,Firewire Target Disk Mode, Ethernet, or even just copy the Library to an external HD and then on to the new machine...
But however you do choose to link the two machines...
Simply copy the iPhoto Library from the Pictures Folder on the old Machine to the Pictures Folder on the new Machine.
Then launch iPhoto. That's it.
This moves photos, events, albums, books, keywords, slideshows and everything else.

Profile issue in export workflow when PS is editor but not within Ap

Aperture is with me on my MBP (with Elements as the external editor). My place of work is not graphics related, so it doesn't have Ap but does have PS CS8, which I've used happily for a long time, for their needs and I can use it for mine as well. So I can't use PS as the internal editor, which is OK, it's just the way it goes. I'm fine with exporting 16 bit TIFFs, using PS for all the things I can't do in Ap, and then creating 8 bit TIFFs for whoever I'm sending the images to, who will use them for the gamut of uses, both print and web, but I'm not in the loop after I hand them off. The images do not then go back into Aperture, they're archived separately.
What is the best way to workflow the color profiles in doing this? Images come RAW off a Pentax K10D and into Aperture for conversion and color and exposure, then into the pixel editor. I work in and save a set in 16 bit RGB and then hand off a set in 8 bit sRGB. Here's my problem: When I work within Aperture and Elements (internally), everything works as planned, and when I check the images but I send them they're correct in how they look and the profile as listed. But I'm not getting the same results when I export out to PS from Ap, do the same routine and check. Sometimes there is no assigned profile, and sometimes if I then assign sRGB the image goes from looking right to wrong, so I can't ignore the issue : ) No doubt it's from the external editor only being able to make one blanket profile assumption at a time, either working or exporting.
I understand that Aperture uses its own color space, wider than both. Am I correct in trying to stay RGB and then converting to sRGB? How do I achieve proper profile workflow when using Aperture and exporting to PS externally? Thanks very much for direction in this. Searches have gotten me info about what results I likely want, but not quite how to get them in this situation.

Problem in workflow process when update status of CC32 via workflow

i am working on workflow support issue which is relating to CC31/CC32, here we create change number in CC31, but we won't change status of CC31 in CC32. it is possible thru workflow item only. but when 3 rd person updating status from 2 to 3, he is geting error, because the previous statuses are not updated. it's happening sometimes only not all the times. why.

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folder.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder—not just its contents—to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Restart the computer. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. Any custom stationery that you created may be lost. Ask for instructions if you want to preserve that data. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window.

I've resolved my problem now. It wasn't iphoto: preferences:@ that I needed but iphoto:preferences:general where there is the option to choose email for sending photos. Can't believe I missed that before.
