Notifications are not coming for Shopping cart rejection
Hello All .
We are running on SRM5.0 550 Supportpack 17. When the 2 nd level apporverrejects the shopping cart . Requster is not getting notification to his inbox . When he check the shopping cart staus in check staus , it sayd "awaitng for approval " instead of in your inbox .
Shopping cart created by requestor .
First level approver approvers the cart .
Second level approver rejects the cart .
Ideally shopping cart come to requesto's inbox to change the shopping cart .
but in our case shopping cart status showing me as awaitng for approval . But i can see deduct_ind was set to ''X'.
We are using the Nstep workflow . WS14000133. Sub workflow is WS10400051, WS10900032
WS10400051- though we have activate a created a new version. still from workflow log it was showing me as old version .
When i try to open the template in SWDD , it says "Warning ,You are not editing the active version"
Could somebody can provide mesome pinter to solve this issue .

Thanks for your reply. But this was working earlier. We also have our own mapper class for the customs things we did.
But i am not sure of the reason, suddenly this is not working after some SP20 releases.
What all the basics things we need to check this?
Send to Mail functionality working - this ensures email is going
Admin Notifications - This ensures the subscription is working.
Update Admin notifications - This ensures the notifications are sent when we update the subscriptions
like this, what all the things we need to check for the resources inside the folder?

Prefered vendor not displayed for shopping cart

We have PDP scenario, SC's originated from R/3 purchase requisitions,
Issue details:
1. P.req was created with desired vendor and transfered to SRM and corresponding shopping cart is available in SOCO.
2. User created Held PO for corresponding SC.
3. When user checking monitor shopping cart then preffered vendor not displayed in source of supply tab.
When i checking BBP_PD for shopping cart, i found there is Disable flag(X) has been set for NO inbox selection partner.
what could be it mean, and more ever this changs has been originated via RFC user.how it was getting RFC user

SC is generally sent to SOCO only when sourcing has to be carried out for the SC. IN this case you are hving a desired vendor in the SC and then you are creating a pO for the same. Although you have a Vendor in the PO that does not mean that SC will also have same vendor as preferred vendor in SC after you created the PO....

"order as direct material" indicator is not coming in Shopping Cart.
Hi Experts,
I am trying to perform the employee self service procurement for a direct material. I have performed the below config and attribute maintenance.
1. Defined a new transaction type and new number range for local PO in SRM Config
2. In R/3 Back-End, for the same document type, I have ensured that number range is present
3. For my Root Organization, I have added "DP_PROC_TY" for "Transaction Type: Create PO manually" maintained with my above transaction type defined
4. I have selected my local P Group and added 001 Product Category with R/3 Back-end system as source system in "Responsibility" tab
After that I have started created Shopping Cart expecting to find "Order as Direct Material" indicator in Shopping Cart details.
But I could not be able to see that indicator in Shopping Cart. What I see is Product Category 001 but different P Group is coming.
Is this the reason, what I am missing. Please help.

Please check that the component configuration has not hidden the field, it is under the following configuration:

Component Element you are looking for is ORDER_DIRECT_MAT_LABEL
Also check if someone has hidden the field using WD customizing onscreen, right click over the screen and choose 'User Settings', here check if any fields are hidden.

Schedule lines are not coming for HALB after MRP run
Dear All,
I am not getting schedule line after mrp run, inspite of all required setting only purchase requisitions are coming.
Material type is HALB and involve a subcontracting process (30). For raw material I am getting the schedule line but in the case of HALB, it is not coming.
Pls let me know if I am missing something and guide me further on this.

In transaction OMDT you have to enable the indicator create schedule lines
In MD02 MRP control Prameter here select the Delivery schedules -3- Schedule line. Processing Key as NETCH and Planning Mode - 3 delted and recreated.
Maintain source list ME01, in that put MRP indicator as '2' i.e. schedule lines via MRP.Put your agreement no in that.
If u run MRP properly u will get schedule lines automatically in ME38.
Make the schedule agreement, make it source relevent in the source list make is FIX and MRP indicator as 3. -
Tasks are coming but Notifications are not coming to UWL

I'm able to see the workflow tasks in UWL but the documents from inbox are not displayed in notifications tab in UWL. Is there any configuration required for this.

Subscription mails are not coming for a folder
Hi All,
I am not getting the subscriptions email for one set of folders.
I checked most of the global service configurations, they are correct. Mail Service is correct. Send to is working fine.
Could someone tell me, what all the things i need to check this.
I changed the subscription level to daily basis. Then also the problem remains. I am thinking, the problem with the scheduler and engine that send notifications.
Kindly share your views and suggestions on this.

Business area Not coming for CST /VAT account
Hi,
I am using Business area wise financial statements.System fetches business area for gl accounts except CST /VAT accounts as per the configuration.
Can this be solved through by running the program SAPF180?
i do not know how to do this .
GURUBefore using substitution, refer Note 199886. Think about all possibilities and then you decide.
BSEG-GSBER field for call point 9 (Line item) is not available for substitution. However substitution is possible but tricky.

Email push notifications are not working.
I'm running os 5.0.1 on a iPod Touch 4. Push notifications are not working for email.
The only way to check emails is to go into the email app and check for updates.
I deleted my email accounts and reloaded them.
I removed all active apps and restarted my iPod and still does not work.
Fetch New Data is set to Push.
I hear a lot of problems with this but is anything beiing done?

that raises an alert, only one notification will be sent when the subscription criteria are first met. No additional notifications will be sent until the alert is closed and a new alert is raised that meets all subscription criteria. PLease check
1) whether your rule has trun on alert supression
2) Close the alert, craised by rule, and do it again

We are testing an app at work and Push notifications are not getting delivered to certain devices (iphone 4S/ios7.0.4 and ios7.0.3 - Push never worked for these two devices for this app). Received OK responses from Apple PUSH services, but notifications not delivered to these tow devices.
PUSH notification were delivered to some of the other iOS devices: (iPhone5 / iOS 6.1.4 and iPhone5 / iOS 7.0.3)Sounds like you have a battry issue but don't want to believe it.
If a car was running fine on one tank of gas, then you filled it up with another tank of gas and it began to run funny, one might suspect that tank of gas. But let's just say coincidence blew a valve-- would you think the new tank of gas was the culprit?
BUT WAIT!! It just might have been! The gas could have been of higher octane and put more more strain on the valves; you know, like going from 87 octane (OS6) to 93 octane (OS7) and showing you the engine was on the edge of compromise.
Sometimes you have to go with common sense. If everything else is ruled out, it must be the battery. And if it runs fine one moment in OS6 but immediately ***** in OS7, I'd believe my battery was suspect-- though comfy-- in OS6 but the OS7 showed its true power.
Moreover, if you had the answer-- or didn't want to believe someone's more competent advice-- why did you even call? You've already shown that you don't know much when you asked if you could go backwards after setting up the new OS as a new phone.
Additonally, if you're such the know-it-all, but yourself the $29 battery and put it in yourself. It's a piece of cake.

Process Controlled WF for Shopping Cart
Hi,
We have implemented process controlled workflow for shopping cart approval.
1. Created a bespoke schema for the approval process
2. Defined 5 process levels in the schema
3. changed the BRF event at the schema evaluation level. It now
contains a constant with the name of new schema create in step 1.
4. Decision set used is item based approval for partial documents (Type 4)
4. The first process level is get the technical approval from bespoke
table based on material group. For that we have first created a
Responsibility Resolver Name - ZTECHNICAL_APPROVER.
We have implemented the BADI - /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER. Assigned
the filter as BUS2121 and ZTECHNICAL_APPROVER.
5. Now we have placed the external debugger in BADi. when we create
the shopping cart the flow doesn't stop at the break point. The item
reaches to the last step of Automatic approval (Rejected).
6. We think that schema is getting evaluated, however the process
level is not getting called.
7. Before we created schema, all the carts wer getting "Approved" by
automatic step. In our schema the automatic step is "Rejected", hence
the carts are getting rejected.
Could you please let me know what could be reason for BADI
implementation not being called or is there any config step which we

I think your process level evaluation id is not true, that is the reason system skips the process level.. Can you check your evaluation event-expression code. What do you see in SLG1? For testing purpose change the evaluation id to 0EV000 and check. Make Sure you debug through the user(requester) that you are creating the SC. Please test and let me know...

Error during determn of backend follow-on doc. for shopping cart
I am using Classic Scenario in SRM 4.0 and R/3 ECC5.
When I am making PO in SOCO against approved shopping cart I am facing following error and PO is not getting created.
"Error during determn of backend follow-on doc. for shopping cart XXXXXXXXXX"
I have Checked up following :
1. Product Cat defined in backend and in Org plan attribute
2. Object for Prod Cat Vs. PGR defined in SPRO
3. Doc type in R/3 attribute defiend in BSA attribute of Org Plan.
Still problem is coming.
Any clue form some one.

We are using the classic scenario RFx process to create a backend PO from the bidding engine after the bid is accepted..
it alwayz throws up the error SC/ Local Error..

we just started debugging from the web by breaking it at META_BAPI_DISPATCH and still looking into it..
but in the mean while just want to know if this is more a config issue or and RFC connection issue..
could you forward me any OSS notes if any regarding this issue..

Problem in shopping cart rejection when the approvers added manually

Please let me know is there any table in SRM , where Approver details are stored against the Shopping cart no created.
My requirement is with regard to shopping cart rejection. In this scenario the user will manually add the approver list during shopping cart creation, however incase of rejection of shopping cart by any of the approver, In the check status change mode, the user want to default the approver list which he/she already entered manually during the creation shopping cart creation. Any points regarding this will be highly appreciated.
