Notmad Upgrade to 8.7.8 and still no work

Question

Well after two weeks of dead silence Notmad finally released version 8.7.8 and I still can not activate the program...anybody have any success at all getting Notmad to work ?
This is very frustrating to pay for a program that doesn't work

I don't think my problem is related to folder structure. It seems that my tracks are not in the available folders. Maybe that's my problem -- that I reloaded my tracks in the "root" directory and not in "music", "data", etc. Or maybe not. I tried deleting some tracks and reloading them thru Notmad, and Notmad hung up. It's always something.
All I know is that Notmad is pretty worthless to me the way it has been working since the MTP firmware came out. And the customer support from Red Chair is definitely worthless. Too bad.
