Buenas tardes:
Algunos clientes han manifestado no estar de acuerdo con la Base de Cotización mínima diaria calculada con el report RPUDBSE0. En concreto han indicado que para los grupos 8 a 11 dicha base debería tener un importe de 25,09.
El cálculo de la base reguladora mínima diaria para los grupos 8 a 11 se hace en función del Salario mínimo interprofesional diario.
En concreto el cálculo de este año es:
SMI diario = 21.51 se considera el ajuste por la 14 pagas en las que siempre se considera el SMI
21.51 * 14 / 12 = 25.095 -> redondeado 25.10, que es el importe calculado actualmente por el report.
Ahora bien la cifra que está considerando el cliente daría una cifra por
debajo del mínimo de cotización anual fijado en el:
Real Decreto 1717/2012, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se fija el
salario mínimo interprofesional para 2013.
Artículo 3. Compensación y absorción
1. La revisión del salario mínimo interprofesional establecida en este
real decreto no afectará a la estructura ni a la cuantía de los salarios
profesionales que viniesen percibiendo los trabajadores cuando tales
salarios en su conjunto y en cómputo anual fuesen superiores a dicho
salario mínimo.
A tales efectos, el salario mínimo en cómputo anual que se tomará como
término de comparación será el resultado de adicionar al salario mínimo
fijado en el artículo 1 de este real decreto los devengos a que se
refiere el artículo 2, sin que en ningún caso pueda considerarse una
cuantía anual inferior a 9.034,20 euros.
La cifra que calcula el cliente de 25.09 daría un mínimo anual inferior
a los 9034.20 euros
25.09 * 30 * 12 = 9032.40
Por lo tanto no está previsto cambiar este cálculo al menos hasta la
publicación de la ley de cotización y su correspondiente boletín RED.
El cliente puede realizar el ajuste manual de las entradas generadas por
el report si así lo cree conveniente.

    Buenas tardes:
    La nota 2082255 entrega los cambios del ámbito de AFI y TC relacionados con el boletín RED 08/2014.
    Como novedad en esta nota se ha utilizado el Upport Downport Overview para los objetos de diccionario DDIC y evitar la creación manual de los mismos.
    Podrán ver que la nota tiene como prerequisito la nota 2086001 que es el report que permitirá crear dichos objetos. Este report no debe ser transportado sino que deberán transportar los objetos que genera el report.
    Prestén atención a los pasos de implementación descritos en la nota 2082255:
    Aplicar la nota 2086001
    Ejecutar el report de creación de los objetos de DDIC
    Activar los objetos de DDIC
    Aplicar la nota 2082255 y pasos manuales pos-implementación

    Sobre el Real Decreto 1493/2011 (inclusión en el régimen general de personas que participen en programas de formación)
    Según el siguiente extracto del Boletín RED 2011/11
    Estas modificaciones estarán implementadas en el Sistema RED en el mes de febrero de 2012, por lo que
    será a partir de esa fecha cuando las empresas podrán presentar y transmitir las liquidaciones
    correspondientes a tales cuentas de cotización a través de dicho Sistema y obtener el Recibo de Liquidación
    correspondiente para su pago electrónico o cargo en cuenta. Las liquidaciones que se presenten con
    anterioridad a dicha fecha serán rechazadas por el Sistema.
    A tales efectos, el Director General aprobará próximamente una Resolución por la cual las empresas podrán
    presentar e ingresar en febrero de 2012, sin recargo, las cuotas referidas a los periodos de liquidación de
    noviembre y diciembre de 2011
    los cambios para la cotización no se podrán reportar hasta febrero de 2012, y entonces también se podrán reportar las liquidaciones de noviembre y diciembre sin recargo para estos casos. Por el momento no hay previsión de la disponibilidad de estos cambios en SAP. Por otro lado se está revisando si es necesaria alguna modificación por parte de SAP para el tema de Afiliación.
    Actualización: Sí parece ser que la cotización tiene que estar bien calculada según la nueva normativa a partir del 1 de noviembre y también el tema de Afiliación, aunque no se vaya a poder reportar correctamente por Sistema RED hasta febrero del 2012. Desarrollo está analizando y trabajando en los cambios que pudieran ser necesarios y actualizaremos el hilo con las novedades.

    A fecha de ayer se ha corregido el report RPUDBSE0 en la ultima versión de la nota 1669941, para evitar que reaparezca el problema descrito en la nota 1595807 con las cuotas de IT e IMS de contratos de formación.
    Si ya han ejecutado el report RPUDBSE0 anteriormente, bastará con que sigan los pasos descritos en la nota 1595807, pues los valores no han cambiado del año 2011 al 2012.
    Adicionalmente, comentar que está disponible la versión 5 de la nota 1669941: se ha corregido un problema por el que podía llegar a actualizarse erróneamente la constante SIPRE, se adjuntan los valores de la constante para que puedan realizar las comprobaciones necesarias:

  • Nivel Support Packages

    Hola Lucia,
    Con respecto a la información publicada En el thread "Novedades y Cambios Legales 2014" respecto al nivel mínimo de Support Packages que se requiere para la aplicación de Cambios Legales 2015.
    Indicas que para SAP ECC 6.0 el nivel mínimo es:
    SAP_HR ECC 6.0      B0
    EA-HR ECC 6.0         B0
    ¿ Es obligatorio que estén a nivel B0 los dos componentes ?.
    O es posible que el nivel de EA-HR ECC 6.0 sea inferior.

    Tenía entendido que los cambios publicados en Enero requieren un SP no anterior a 18 meses atrás.
    En nuestro sistema hemos actualizado al SP75, justo un nivel inferior al que mencionas en tu post.

  • Dynamically assigning aggregation type in a matrix table

    I have a matrix table that will produce multiple summary columns.  These columns should not all use Sum in the Totals row at the bottom.  Some will any of these to be determined at runtime: Sum, Avg, Count, Min, Max.  I have a column in the
    underlying dataset that will tell me which aggregation type to use and now I need some logic in the summary cell to use the correct aggregation type.  I tried different variation of this:
    =IIF(Fields!AgType = "Sum",   Sum(Fields!VI_Impact.Value), … next IIF statement….
    And here’s the full line
    =IIF(Fields!AgType = "Sum",   Sum(Fields!VI_Impact.Value), IIF(Fields!AgType = "Avg",   Avg(Fields!VI_Impact.Value), IIF(Fields!AgType = "Cnt",   Count(Fields!VI_Impact.Value),  IIF(Fields!AgType

    I also replaced the zero at the end with another sum statement as a default if nothing else is used.
    Just to keep it real simple for proof of concept, I used:

    But the report gets the error:

    Any idea how I can make this work?

    Thanks Jason.  I've put an sql script below that will create a test table and populate it with test data.  I also attached an rdl file so after you run the script and load the report, all you need to do is update the report's data source
    to the correct database and you will see exactly what I'm trying to do. 
    This report table creates a maxtrix with 4 SUM columns to the right.  as you will see in the data, the column headers are named by "VA", and column "AgType" shows how the column should be aggregated.  Once you run the report
    and look at the data it should be easy to understand.

  • Informe 347

    Buenos dias a todos, Tengo la version 2005 A PL 46.
    El informe 347 para su calculo coge solo las facturas, yo en la empresa hago tambien asientos manuales y los asientos de Adquisicion de Activos fijos que tambien quiero que entren en este Informe.
    He visto en el Registro diario que hay un check de Informe 347 para los asientos, lo he marcado pero sigue sin congerme estos asiento en el Informe.¿He hecho algo mal? . Si no es asi como habria que proceder para que te coja estos asientos.

    No te los coge ni los cogerá.
    Tienes dos opciones:
    1.- En el portal en la localización para España tienes un AddOn (uno para sql2000 y otro para sql2005)que lo calcula.
    2.- SAP España ha desarrollado un AddOn de impuestos (300, 347 y 349) que lo calcula lo puedes obtener via el denominado paquete Easy Start. Este paquete también te incluye el AddOn para Crystal Reports.
    Por desgracia no hace ni el 303 ni el 340 y creo que si lo hacen será vía pagándolo.
    La verdad es que en cuanto a adecuaciones legales deja bastante que desear tanto el programa como SAP dando soluciones. Para España ha habido multitud de cambios legales que no hace el programa y que no se ha adaptado para que lo haga ni tiene visos que lo vaya a hacer. En resumen "lamentable".

  • Cotización de ccnómina calculado después de función ESV00

    Buenas tardes,
    Tenemos un concepto que se genera una vez calculada la base de cotización del mes (después de la función ESV00).
    Dicho concepto no cotizaba, pero con los cambios legales de principios de año, tiene que empezar a cotizar.
    El problema está claro... como se puede hacer que cotice un concepto, una vez procesada la ESV00??
    La opción de calcularlo con la base reguladora del mes previo no es viable.
    Volver a procesar la ESV00 (restaurando la IT vía AIT) tampoco, ya que da errores la función por tablas internas ya cubiertas.
    Se os ocurre alguna alternativa (que no sea replicar el cálculo de la ESV00)?

    Hola Beatriz, efectivamente se trata de lo mismo, el pago del EPSV, ya me preguntaba si era el único con este problema, veo que no.
    La verdad es que en nuestro caso el número de empleados afectados son bastantes, con salarios variables de un mes a otro, por lo que estar realizando cargas mensuales, es algo que los usuarios de nóminas no verán con buenos ojos.
    De todas formas es una solución, pero me gustaría pensar que temporal, y que SAP nos ofrecerá alguna solución estándar que no pase por un desarrollo a medida.

  • Préstamos con tipos de interés inferiores al legal del dinero

    En art.109 publicado en RDL 16-2013 aunque no se señala como cambio, se hace referencia a que para los préstamos se debe cotizar y tributar por la diferencia entre el interés pagado e interés legal del dinero vigente (4% año 2013 y 2014).
    ¿Ha montado alguien en su sistema algún desarrollo para contemplar este requerimiento? ¿Hay alguna nota SAP que trate sobre este tema?

    Perdón Carlos, cuando inicié la consulta la escribí y parecía correctamente pero luego se me juntaron todas las palabras en una sola línea.
    La consulta es la siguiente:
    El problema que se está dando es al realizar la estimación de ingresos para octubre de una empleada con contrato 430 minusvalía entre 33% y 65%
    Tiene un contrato mayor de un año, lleva desde el 22.06.2010, y renovó el contrato por otro año, desde el 22.06.11 al 21.06.12, debería calcular su IRPF como para un indefinido, por los ingresos del año 2011, teniendo en cuenta que tiene una minusvalía de entre el 33 % y el 65%, el IRPF que le corresponde en función de sus ingresos hasta final de año seria 0 % y le está proponiendo un 2%
    Existe una reclamación de ésta empleado por su retención en nómina, se le está practicando una retención superior a la legalmente establecida según R.D.RD 1841/1991, Art 45, 46-Dos-2, 46-Dos-3, 46-Dos-4; RD 214/1999, Art 78, 80-2, 81-2-1º

  • Office 2013 Std (local) in combination with Office 2013 Pro (App-V)

    Hello,
    I have multiple RDS servers, that have Office 2013 Std installed locally. I did this on purpose, after reading some blogs pointing out Office 2013 is a complicated applicatie to stream well. And of course Office 2013 is highly critical to my clients.
    So I have a local installation of Office 2013 Std on every RDS server.
    The catch is, that the client also has an open license for Office 2013 Pro. This is because some users need to work with 'Access 2013'.
    So I thought it would be nice to use App-V to stream Access 2013 to the RDS servers. I have created the package for Office 2013 Pro, with Access in it. And I succesfully published Access 2013 to the group of users. So I can use Access on the RDS servers.
    The problem is, that when I click on the appliation "MSACCESS.exe", the application pops up in taskmanager and is immidiatly shut down again. So it never launches. No error, no nothing.
    I can't find any directions in the server, applicatie or App-V logs in the eventviewer. Does anyone have a clue where to look?

    I think to be on a safe side, using a 'true' control system like AppSense or using dedicated RDS servers would be the only legally valid option.
    Even when Office (or at least Access) is virtualized, the licensing part and product key handling is done natively on the RDS servers by the 'Office 2013 Deployment Kit'. Besides others this includes a locally installed 'licensing stump'. Therefor there
    can be only one Office Suite product key be assigned to a RDS server machine.
    In fact you could tell the Deployment Kit to use the Office Pro key (allowing a virtualized Access to run), but then also the locally installed Office Version would (attempt to ) be licensed as 'Pro'. That potentially won't work. In fact you could re-configure
    the local Standard Office installation to consume Pro licenses, but that doesn't fit to your legal licenses.
    As Aaron write, legally an Office license is bound to the endpoint device, so you'd have to make sure that your Access App-V package can only be access by permitted client machines. And while App-V can filter application on the accessing user and the executing
    machine, it can't filter on the accessing end-point.
    Though we don't like it... 3rd party or a server silo seem the way to go.

  • Mid 2013 Macbook Air fully charged but wont power on

    Used my computer after 2.5 weeks and it powered on just fine - then suddenly shut off and restarted. Then it soon shut off and didnt power on again. Thought the battery had drained out so i charged it - in some time the led went from orange to green, yet it still didn't power on.
    Took it to an Apple authorized service center here in my town and they diagnosed -
    " Tried SMC and PRAM reset.Check with known good power adapter
    mac not powering on.Check with minimal config same issue.Try to
    reseat the top case same issue.Tried to reseat the Main logic board
    same issue persists.No sign of physical and liquid damage.Hence need
    to replace the Main logic board under exchange price. "
    Saying it costs almost as much money to buy a new laptop....... And i didn't extend my AppleCare (i know, i know.. i forgot! Thought i'd wait till the end of year 1.).

    I haven't found any other limitation in the licensing part except you should install Office on one PC at a time.
    If you want to purchase 50 copies, I'm pretty sure there's no problem. But you may have to maintain 50 licence keys along with boxes and invoice, be careful and don't mess them up :)

  • Outlook 2013 and Icloud issues.

    To whom it may concern,
    I use to have Windows 7 32 Bit and Office 2010 synced with my icloud and it worked wonderfully.
    I made some changes in to my operating system and changed to Windows 7 64bit. Also I went ahead and updated to Office 2013.
    Lately, I been having issues with the calendar synchronization between my Outlook 2013 and My iPhone 6 calendar and contacts. I went ahead unclicked the "contacts, calendar, and tasks (with outlook) Tab from the Icloud menu. a few second later, I proceeded to re click on the same tab to add this option previously mentioned and after clicking on "apply" a window pops up prepping a download of 0 of 10 items and inmedialy I get an error that says "Your setup couldn't be started because and expected error"... and my options are: report, try again or cancel.
    After uninstalling icloud several times and reinstalling I decided to report this issue and so far have not heard back from anyone.
    If anyone can help... would be greatly appreciated it.!
