Now a new problem ejecting disc

Question

I inserted a music CD to copy to iTunes and after I tried to eject it but got this - "The disk "Untitled CD" is in use and could not be ejected. Try quitting applications and try again. I quit all applications but still it will not eject just says the same, is there any way to eject it other than left mouse button and the eject on the key board. Do you think it has any thing to do with trying to update to 10.5.8.
