Since the last upgrade, many have had problems with TM. Me included. After upgrading, it took out over 150 gb of space on my TM drive in just two days. Then it hit the magic number and said it needed to start deleting data. That left me with just 2gb of space left and took away a month of data. It slowly got down to 1.4gb. I thought great. This is going to go on for weeks clearing out my TM drive.
Then yesterday. The hourly backups continued, BUT, each time, it was leaving MORE space on my TM drive. I'm now up to 2.8gb. Now I wonder if anything is getting backed up if TM leaves me with more space than it started with from each back up.
Now what am I supposed to do?

It is not possible to tell with the information you have given us, but here is a possible scenario:
Some users have found that for some reason (and I haven't seen anyone confirm that they have got to the bottom of it yet) the update to 10.5.2, which I presume you refer to, confused Time Machine and induced it to do a full new backup of the hard drive. This of course took it out of space in many cases and Time Machine had to delete a lot of old backups to make room or for people who had less than double their hard drive usage available to Time Machine in the first place Time Machine was unable to make room.
In you case the former seems to have happened.
You then actually had two copies of each file on your hard drive, one in the various incremental backups still in your collection and one in the new full backup. Time Machine, however, thinks these are different files. Therefore as the incremental backups continue to be deleted by the normal thinning process, the old version of the files that were in the deleted backup go without being replaced, ie the duplication of the files on your hard drive slowly unwinds over time until you are back to where you should be. This could be what you are seeing.

You will need to find a third party solution for online storage in order to share things like photos with others. Some popular solutions to this are dropbox and sugarsync.
You cannot sync non-iCloud email accounts across your iOS devices and computers unless they are IMAP accounts like iCloud. If they are IMAP accounts, you will do it in the same way as you have always done.

Have downloaded for example: Queen – Bohemium Rhapsody from a compilation album as well as a few complete Queen Album CDs into the iTunes library and then put them into playlists,
When I go onto my phone and select Queen on the MUSIC app using Songs tab at the bottom of the screen it will display all Queen songs and their resective Alum pics, that is all those not in a complilation album, .
If I know the song title I can select the songs tab and find the song that way,
I’ve tried fiddling with the settings in the iTunes app by going to ‘get info’ tab and trying to sort the problem out that way but am not having much luck.What I want the phone to do is show, for example all Queens songs including those in compilation albums. Can this be done, would be grateful for any ideas on how it can be done, that is if ic can be done, any ideas

Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.

Now the first question is, when you are saying connecting to personal hotspot, have you always been using the iPhone to connect to the internet? Are you someplace where the only place to connect is available via tethering to the iPhone's celluar network? Or do you have other options?

Did you import an iPhoto Library from the old Hard Drive? Do you still have that old Library?
The way to clear out a Library is to Export the photos - Apps like iPhoto2Disk or PhotoShare will help you export to a Folder tree matching your Events.
For the annoying start-up message:
Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
Look there for a Folder called 'Import' or 'Importing'.
Drag it to the Desktop. *Make no other changes*.
Start iPhoto. Does that help?
If it does then look inside that folder on your desktop. Does it contain anything you want? If not you can trash the folder.

I recently tried to change a sved password for my Exchange Server email account, by deleting the site from my "Saved Passwords" tab in the Tools-Options-Security page. Now this web page won't save any entered data.

I wanted to change my password for logging in to my work email address. The site was not prompting me to change it automatically, so I manually removed it from the list in the TOOLS-SECURITY-OPTIONS page. Now this site won't retain any kind of entered data, such as addresses that I compose emails to very regularly.
How can I get this site back on the list that will save passwords? I've tried re-starts, log-out and back in, etc, and it won't prompt me to save a password.

You might be seeing a Micro USB cable (Not HDMI) that is because your Apple Tv is in Recovery Mode due to some reason and it needs to be Restored by connecting it to iTunes on your Computer. So if you have a Micro USB cable ( which comes with Android Smart Phones ) then try to connect your Apple Tv to your computer using the same and with the help of iTunes Restore your Apple Tv to Factory Settings. tried another cable (from a camera) with no joy. However after turning off TM and searching for the EHD and not finding it, I revisited Disk Utility and can 'see' it there. The bad news is that it says,
