Nrl digital pass subscribed and paid but no 'active subscription'???

Hi can someone please help me!!!!!!!! I subscribed to NRL Digital Pass almost 12 months ago and payment has been coming out of my account every week since (including a few days ago). I have tried to access the Digital Pass today to watch the football and when I sign in it comes up with "No Active Subscription Found". I have now been on the phone to Telstra for over an hour to try and sort this out but no-one can find my account - apparently I don't have one. I then checked my emails and I received an email 3 hours ago stating that my subscription is expiring in 3 days and I need to update my subscription details via the 'My Subscription" link - so I tried to and it says my account is set to 'HIBERNATE'. But apparently I don't have an account??? Also there are no options for me to change my account status in the My Subscription link. It was suggested to me to cancel my subscription and re-subscribe but if I do that I will now have to pay $2.99 a week instead of $1.99. Even if I was prepared to do this, there are no options for me too! I can't cancel it even if I wanted to! All I want to do is be able to watch my football! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Are you sure you're signing into Digital Pass with the same credentials you originally used to subscribe? If you were already a Telstra customer in some capacity this may have been your My Account username and password.
Usually in situations like the one you're describing, it turns out that people are just logging in under different credentials which were created at another time.

    im in new zealand and purchaces a NRL Digital Pass 2015  last night but i couldnt get it to work and i dont think it is what i am wanting .have also read on here that it is not available outside of australia which would of been useful information to have before paying. have cancelled subscription so will i get refunded since it was in the free week trail period?..not sure this is right place for this but cant find any other that works?

    If you were in the free period, and cancelled during this time, then you will  not be charged.

    Live match videos are only available to users watching in Australia and may be delayed in your location based on Nine Network's broadcast schedule.
    You should be able to watch Match replays though

  • Unable to access NRL Digital Pass

    I have just subscribed to NRL Digital Pass via my iPad.  When I log in via my desk top I am being asked to pay again.Hoping you can assist?

    If you have signed up via an app then you an only access content via that ecosystem.
    So iPad means iOS (iPhone and iPad only).
    The ONLY way to get access to the content across the website and all supported mobile devices/tablets is to signup via the NRL website.
    If you are still in your free trial, cancel the subscription via iTunes and start a new subscription via the website. You'll be able to use the website login username and password (your Telstra details) to access it on your iPad.

  • Cannot unsubscribe NRL digital pass - take 1000 for Australia !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Guys,I have (apparently) subscribed to NRL digital pass on a PC not phone via the web - from the NRL websuite my understanding was that this was a trail and I would not be charged, I went through a horrific sign up process bouncing to Telstra via the NRL which would confuse most people including mself.I am now chared in my CC against "TELSTRA APPS AND ENTERTAINM MELBOURNE". $1.99 A WEEK.I NEED THIS REMOVED and I need a refund...The instructions given in the wiki and ad infinitum to other users on ths board do not work -Instructions have a screenshot which says "you have subscribed to ..."I do not have anything that says I have subscribed to anything what I have is "your subscriptions" and nothing underneath that and no "view details options.  There seems to be many in this position. How does this get fixed / escalated ? 

    OK,Hopefully the below will help RE NRL Digital pass unsubsription :To check what IDs you may have subscribed under ...Goto https://digitalpass.nrl.com/ Click on the logon button.Then (instead of logging on) click “username” wher it says  "Forgotten your username or password?"Put in your email to send your IDs to etc etc ...  You should then recieve individual emails with each of your user IDs - I got three emails for three IDs Log on with each of these and follow the unsubscribe instructions when appropriate as per link :https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/NRL-2014-KB/Unsubscribe-From-NRL-Digital-Pass-User-Guide-KB/ta-p/387501 I would take a screenshot of the cancelled message and mail it to yourself to timestamp it. Thoughts Telstra needs to sort a mandated central ID the reason historically I had multiple IDs is because linking 2 bills to one ID errored out due to an obvious web scripting error, not sure if this is fixed ; this was years ago. The digital streamed live game never in fact worked it was unwatchable due to its choppiness admittedly I only tried it once - I have a 30 MEg download generally on Telstra ...  Therefore  I never used this product.  Not sure of the ethics of giving a promo for a free trial taking your CC details and then auto subscribing you to a service that did not work....

    Hi im trying to login to nrl digital pass but my subscription is not being recognized. when i try to login it says no active subscription is found on my subscription and when i try to restore my purchase it says there is no valid subscription associated with my google play account. i recently got a new credit card and also had to reset my phone. (samsung s5. 365 day pass)

    I'm trying to sign up to NRL Digital Pass. I am a telstra customer, my password has all uppercase letters and it is telling me my password is not correct as it doesn't contain any lower case letters? The password is correct because i confirmed this with telstra.

When I get to the page stated in my last post, it has my details pre-filled on the page and only asks me to input my account number or mobile number. After entering either my mobile number or my account number, I receive the error message "Please try again - those details are different to our records.     Getting the following error:Content unavailable ; Telstra signing errorDoes this mean that digital pass is rubbish and I should get a refund?

    You know what I want a refund too. I specifically signed up to watch tonights match. I'm on a macbook pro OSX 10.10.3 and I just paid to get a "Content unavailable Telstra sign in error" message. The previous guy told you what the error was. You guys wrote this, you know the error messages. I took a the photo of the error message but conveniently, I can't load it up to show you. Stop bull**bleep**ting us with requests for stuff you already know and give us the path to be able to unsubscibe. Your portal doesn't work, I want a refund. As a result of trying to watch through digital pass, I've missed the game. I'd invoice you for my time wasted but conveniently, I can't load it up. Very unhappy.

    New subscriber and whenever I click on watch live, nothing loads. The nrl symbols just sits there with the lights flashing around. I am able to load any other similar ap like nfl game pass so it can't be my internet. What is wrong?

    Can you please try this for me:
    On the home screen, choose Settings. Choose Safari on the left side. On the right side you'll find the option to Clear Cache. You can also choose to clear your iPad history and cookies too.
    If this fails, can you also try an unistall and reinstall of the App

    1.Invoicing was done in 09.09.2009 and excise invoice has also been posted and paid to Govt. but the material is still lying
       at our works as consignee was not having valid road permit.
    2.Now the consignee has been changed but sold to party is same and the road permit is also available
    3.Excise duty revised to 10.30% from 8.24% and the new price breakup has been provided by the customer as per new 
        duties/tax rates.
    Please suggest the best way to handel this issue.

    Take help of excise or tax consultant,based on their advice you can proceed further.
    Either you have to revere all postings from excise to sales order.
    Maintain new pricing in condition record.
    Complete sales cycle including sales invoice with new price.
    Create excise invoice.
    For excise duty payment seek help of excise or tax consultant
