NTFS plugin failure

Question

I keep getting this fatal error whenever I attempt to crawl a file server...any ideas on what the fix to this may be....any help is appreciated.

Utilizing version 10.2....I actually deleted the old search and created a new one because of changing one thing or another and felt it was better to begin from scratch. Actually was able to crawl the particular server and got fetch failures. So, I guess I've got the crawl issue beat...I probably just need to adjust a few more parameters to be able to get a full crawl. I'm actually very new at Oracle and kind of swinging in the dark trying things out.
