NTSC & PAL both in the same DVD

There are really no way to put the two standard in the same same dvd?
I mean whatever kind of dvd; dual layer or other?

Actually you can, although it is, I believe, against the DVD standard.
Or more precisely: you COULD - I put some NTSC tracks and some PAL tracks on the same DVD I authored about four years ago in DVD Studio Pro v1.5.
The DVD's menus adopted the video standard (PAL or NTSC) specified for the whole DVD, but the individual tracks retained their own video standard.
When re-visiting it later, with DVDSP v.2 (I think) it would no longer let you do this, saying "assets must be of the same video standard".
I kept v1.5 on my machine for a while when I still needed to do this. Have long since deleted it.
So, now: no you can't.

How can I save multiple titles under the same DVD?

I use HandBrake to rip DVD's into iTunes. How can I save multiple titles under the same DVD? For instance, I have a Jimi Hendrix documentary that comes with special features, such as concert performances. I would like to have the main feature and the special features saved in my iTunes under the same title, perhaps as different 'tracks' (kind of like how different songs can be saved under the same album).
Is there a way for me to do this, or am I chasing phantoms?

Duplicate the photo first. (Photos -> Duplicate). This means that you will have multiple copies of the master as well as the edited version.
If you use versions like this often and wish to have only one master then you can do this with Aperture.

NOt an iPhoto issue - either a bad CD or a bad Superdrive on your computer - no way for us to tell try the CD in a different computer

We want to be able to share my itunes library on both our phones and sync our calendars, but I don't want every update and reminder that my wife puts in her phone and I know she doesn't want every reminder I put in my phone.

What you need to do is both use the same Apple ID for iTunes content, but separate Apple ID's for everything else. So, you keep your existing Apple ID. If not a verifiable email address, you will need to create a new Apple ID for yourself. You also create an Apple ID for your wife, again a verifiable email address. You use the existing Apple ID for all iTunes content. The new Apple ID's for iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, etc. Here's how to create an Apple ID:

The ability to see and send calendar invites is a function of the calendar you are subscribing to and who owns it. We need more information, like what calendar are you subscribing to? MS Exchange? Google? Mobile Me?

No. Time Machine won't get your boot camp partition back. There are excellent utilities that move entire hard drive contents among hard drives such as SuperDuper! and CCC, but as far as I know they don't work with boot camp partition. My suggestion: reinstall Mac OSX on your new Mac (you don't want to hold Option key to start it everytime anyway), partition it with boot camp exactly (or similarly) as you did to your previous Mac (install the same operating system, which should be one of the Microsoft Windows I assume). Use Migration Assistant as kaz-k suggested to move all the stuff on the Mac partition of your previous Mac. Reboot both your Macs from the boot camp partition - I assume they are all on Windows platform. Now you have two computers on Windows platform. Use Norton Ghost or similar tools to migrate all the stuff from your old machine to your new machine. Hope this helps. Backup all your data before such operation. Good luck.

Yes. If you are using two different instances of iTunes on your computers, make sure the music is on both copies of iTunes.
The person with the new Apple ID will not "own" the music, as it is owned by the one with the former ID. But the way to deal with this is for the new ID person to do Store > Authorize This Computer from iTunes' menu, then have the person with the ID that purchased the music enter his/her Apple ID and password.

If you selected open a new Apple ID account, go back a step and enter use existing Apple ID.
You will have to set up a separate iCloud account or your iPads will mirror each other.

Your password for logging into iCloud cant be different than your password for your Apple ID if you use that Apple ID to log into iCloud, it sounds as though you are using 2 accounts.

You can use the same account on both - I use the same account on my devices. Generally it's best to have just the one account, as all purchases from the store are tied to the account that buys it - so any iTunes music that you have/will buy will be tied to that account.

I have two different 5s's with two different phone numbers but they are both using the same iCloud/apple account. After upgrading to iOS8 when I get a phone call on one phone both phones ring.

One phone is for work and one is for private and I don't need both phones to ring from one call. It's bizarre.......is this supposed to be like this? If so where can I turn it off?? And while we are at it iOS8 has installed iBooks on both of my phones and iTunes won't let me uninstall it. I don't need or want iBooks on my phones.

There are two easy fixes to this.
One, you can set up Family Sharing, in which you can have two different iCloud Accounts, yet still share the same apps, music, media etc.
Two, go to Settings and turn-off "Handoff". This can be found under the General page.

Select all the item to burn... right click...
Or
Place all items into a folder and burn the folder to the disc.
Or
Make a Burn Folder in the Finder (place items into the folder) and burn from there to a disc.
