Number of allowed authorisations

Hi,
I have a computer that is going to be replaced so I want to de-authorize the ADE installation on the old one. On the forum I have found that you have to use the ctrl+shift+D combination to be able to de-authorize. However, when I click this a message is displayed that de-authorizing does not cause the number of allowed authorizations to increase. But that is exactly what I want : when I decommission a computer (so I will not use it anymore) I expect this ADE installation not to count anymore against my number of allowed authorizations.
How can this be addressed? And where can I find the remaining number of authorisations?

I didn't know that; it makes the Adobe infrastructure even worse than I thought.
I'm not sure what happens when you have to reauthorize the same device; for example after installing a new operating system; or running more than one eReader app on a tablet.
If you contact Adobe they will remove authorizations from all your devices and you can then reauthorize the ones you still want to use.
(I think they'll only do this once you actually run out of authorizations.)

Of course it would be better if Adobe supported their DRM infrastructure properly and provided a web page to view and manage authorizations; but don't hold your breath.

This is most common error. my report is retreiving 469,501 rows in the database.

I am working on Oracle Business Intelligence 10.1.3.2.1 . We have a requirement to show one report in the Pivot layout.
But it throws one error: "Maximum number of allowed pages in Pivot Table exceeded (Configured Limit: 1000) "
So I have modified the Instanceconfig.xml with the following piece of code:

The number of records is 30 398. In another report the amount is much higher than this number of records and bring it with no problem.

When trying to create Calculated Item on Pivot table Page section Item like Division dim the calculated item is 'All' -> sum * and Customer again the calculated item is 'All -> sum * . it performs the first calculation (for division) but in the next one it gives the error
"Maximum number of allowed pages in Pivot Table exceeded (Configured Limit: 1000)."

Try limiting the resultset or upgrade the [MaxVisiblePages]

Upon checking the created new Goods receipt for Purchasing Order in tcode migo_gr, checking with the Batch tab, we can't see a batch number, then clicking the classification tab showing the message Enter batch number - No Automatic Batch Number assignment allowed for plant - XXXX
the question is there any missing configuration based for this kind of error? ive checked the availability check for the plant and it already setup. Hope for your kind responses.

for your movement type check what is the Strategy for the new batches.
here you should assigne only automatic.
Also let me know what is the level of batch mgt> is it at client level, Plant level, Material level.?

Number of allowed threads - Spring SimpleAsyncTaskExecutor

Hi,
I have a Spring Batch job which runs the steps using the SimpleAsyncTaskExecutor. In server running the development mode the executor is able to start the needed amount of threads (in my case about 20). But in another server running in the production mode there's only max 2 threads running the step simultaneously. We have not done any configuration to adjust the thread pools or anything in either of those servers. Does anyone know if there's some way to configure the amount of threads Spring application(or any) can start? Or is there some default limitation in production mode?
I am using WLS version 11g.

Docs can have bugs, yes. That wouldn't be the first time.
It could be very tedious to give all and every cases where nextval should not work, I'm sure there're other cases.
Well, unless you have plenty time to spend solving the docs problems, you may want to rewrite your code to make it work. Much easier, and mush faster than going through the support to know which is right between doc and Oracle code. I'd tend to think about the 2nd though, since we are talking about an aggregate.

Do you have multiple readers reading from this EventHub, or have you setup multiple Stream Analystics jobs reading from this event hub. You are hitting a limitation of how many readers are allowed per EH consumer group.
What is the serialization format of your input (JSON/CSV)? Could you please verify the serialization format setup in the streaming job and if it matches your data?

Separate BusinessPartner number ranges by authorisation

Hi,
I found an entry in SPRO which allows you to create own authorisation objects (kind of). I have two number ranges of BP-numbers from R/3 (1-10000 and 50000-100000). In CRM the users which are allowed to see BPs from the first range mustnt see the BPs from the seconed (and vice versa).
Can anybody help me out why the SPRO-thing is not working? I checked the trace via TX st10 but no success. It seems nor really checked. In SPRO I can search for DynPro-Fields which should be compared to certain values but seems Im not using the right one.
I would be very happy if anybody could help me out here.

In CRM the business partner number range is directly lnked to the "Business Partner Grouping'. (Check SPRO>X App Functions>SAP Business Partner>Business Partner>Basic Settings>Number ranges and groupings>Define Groupings and Assign number ranges)
For Business Partner Grouping a standard authorization object is available. Maybe you can handle your authorization via this object?
Another option is to use CRM ACE for this kind of authorizations. ACE is "dynamic" authorizations but quite complex to explain in two sentences.
Hope this info might give you some new/other perspectives on how to handle/model your requirement.
