si, ho contattato il servizio clienti via chat e mi hanno aiutata a risolvere il problema! Dovevo semplicemente eliminare il file hosts, ma adesso non ricordo il procedimento esatto! Dovrebbe essere scritto anche sul sito tra le risoluzioni dei problemi!
Se la ritrovo ti spedisco una mail che mi avevano mandato da Adobe!
Spero che tu riesca a risolvere il problema!

Using Text Tool Freezes Photoshop CC 2014.2 x64 release

I have just updated Photoshop CC to 2014.2.0 -- 20140926.r.236 x64 release. Now I am experiencing an issue when I use the text tool to just type a few words on a new document or layer. The application seems to freeze up as soon as I start typing? I wait several minutes with nothing happening and have to resort to using the Windows task manger to kill the photoshop processes. This did not happen before I updated to this release?? Please advise how to fix this if possible to [email protected].

Navigate to
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014
Locate sniffer.exe
and rename it ~sniffer.exe

This solution was offered by Adobe chat support, after a very long and almost fruitless exchange. Apparently, the support tech finally asked around, and someone else in the room gave him the correct answer.

All the video tests passed with flying colors.
The sniffer rename trick fixed the problem.

Photoshop CC 2014 - color panel resizing by itself?

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone else has reported (or even experienced) the new color panel in Photoshop CC 2014 resizing itself when maximizing and then restoring the Photoshop CC 20114 application frame?
Here are some images to illustrate the issue I am experiencing:
This is on initial launch of PS CC 2014 after install and then reboot.
This is the initial maximize of PS CC 2014 application frame (using green button).
This is the initial restore command (using green button).
This is the second maximize (using green button).
This is the second restore command (using green button).
This is the third maximize (using green button).
... and the fourth maximize (using green button).
As you can probably see through the progressive process that the color panel is stretching vertically with each maximize / restore combination. It seems to stop stretching after the fourth series.

Just giving this a bump and a quick note.
I just performed a clean install of OS X 10.9.3 again on machine spec'd above and then installed Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CS6 perpetual license versions. While the new color panel seen in PS CC 2014 is not part of CS6, I wanted to test to see if the color panel was resizing itself as I saw with PS CC 2014. It is not.
I am running Adobe CC 2014 versions at work on a Dell workstation under Windows 7 Professional. I will test on that system to see if the same resizing of color panel by itself occurs and post back sometime tomorrow.
Note - if an engineer, staff member or moderator could mention whether this has been logged as a potential issue that would be great. I will of course log a report with a link to this post this morning.

Photoshop CC 2014 Windows 7 Crash

I run Windows 7, I have been using Photoshop CC 2014 without issue for over two months. It now crashes as soon as I launch and says : Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 has stopped working.
I have reinstalled my AMD HD 7570 driver plug ins, removed and reinstalled every combo of the CC Suite, done everything I know to trouble shoot the issue.

The ATI driver seems to be crashing Noel I believe wrote for the ATI 7000 series you should be using something like ATI catalysis 14.4 is that the version you re-installed?

Color managed printing from Photoshop CC 2014

It appears color managed printing has either changed significantly or is no longer possible with Photoshop CC 2014. We're able to turn off color management with both Photoshop CS6 and CC when printing to Canon iPFx400 series printers, but not with CC 2014. Has anyone encountered this issues and if so hopefully discovered a work around?

Im using OSX Mavericks. Photoshop CC 2014 was defaulting to Color Handing: Printer Manges Color in the print Dialog box. I was not use to this and didn't notice. Switching to photoshop manages colors grays out color matching in the printer settings. Im still not sure what has changed as all my profiles are way off with Photoshop CC 2014.

Photoshop CC 2014 zerschneidet Papier bei Epson 7900

Der aktuelle Epson 7900 Treiber (Oktober 2013) funktioniert nicht mit Photoshop CC 2014 unter OS X Mavericks, der gleiche Treiber mit den gleichen Einstellungen funktioniert fehlerfrei (auch wenn die Bedienung eine Frechheit von Epson ist) unter Photoshop CC (vor 2014 Version). Auch unter CS6 funktioniert dieser Treiber nicht, der sonst in allen anderen Programmen funktioniert von Preview bis Word... alles druckt nur CC 2014 und CS6 nicht.
Als Kunde von Epson und Adobe bin ich nur noch sauber, jeder schiebt es auf den anderen und die Kunden stehen im Regen (CS6 und 7900 läuft bis heute nicht, Adobe ist angeblich nicht schuld obwohl der Treiber mit jeder anderen Software läuft und Epson will es auch nicht gewesen sein)el
Zusammenfassung: Die exakt gleichen Einstellungen drucken fehlerfrei in CC (vor 2014) und allen anderen Programmen nur nicht mit CS6 und CC 2014 (CC lässt den drucker Papier abschneiden, CS6 vergißt den Druck jedes zweite mal)

Drucken löst einen Vorschub des Papiers in der angegeben größe aus und er schneidet dann ein leeres Stück Papier von der Rolle... so liegen hier schon einige sehr teure Stücke Papier ;-/

Hola, acabo de conseguir el Adobe Photoshop 8, pero al instalarlo me dice que necesito un nuevo numero de serie, ya que el que le pongo a expirado, alguien sabe donde puedo conseguir un nuevo numero de serie?

Saben, en una oportunidad un amigo quizo instalar unas versiones piratas en su computadora y le paso exactamente lo mismo!!!
El me llama y me pide el favor para ver q esta sucediento y efectivamente al poner el serial decia que estos habian expirado. Que se me ocurrio cambiarle la fecha del computador, que tal funciono, pero se activo solo en modo de demo, no puedes salvar, no puedes editar en cmyk, cosas que traen los trials. Lo que me llamo la atencion q en vez de las plumas en Phsh en el mensaje de inicio, salia un Barco!!! en Ill un Tren y creo que en Image Ready un tanque de guerra... Que risa me dio eso a la final se convencio y decidio no instalar esos programas ya que sospechamos que podian contener algun Malware que le dañara el sistema.

Stiftfunktion bei Photoshop CC 2014

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe die neue Version von Photoshop CC (2014) installiert. In dieser Version funktioniert mein Stift (Wacom Bamboo) bei allen Funktionen, die einen Schieberegler oder eine Schiebeeinstellfunktion (auf Name klicken und nach rechts oder links ziehen um Wert zu ändern. Z.B. Deckkraft oder Fläche) nicht mehr richtig. Es wird immer nur ein Kringel angezeigt. Wenn man dann eine Weile wartet, geht der Kringel weg und die Funktion ist wieder gegeben. In Photoshop CC funktionierte und macht es auch immer noch, alles prima.
Hat noch einer so ein Problem, oder weis jemand sogar, was zu tun ist, um das zu ändern?
Wichtig wäre vielleicht noch, das ich mit Windows 8.1 arbeite.

Ich glaube ich habe was gefunden. Bei mir in "Systemeinstellungen" --> "Hardware und Sound" --> "Stift- und Fingereingabe" --> "Tablettstifteinstellungen ändern", dann Reiter "Stiftoptionen". Bei "Stiftaktion" den Eintrag "Gedrückt halten" "Rechtsklick" markieren. Dann auf den Button "Einstellungen" und im nächsten Fenster "Gedrückthalten für Rechtsklick aktivieren" das Häkchen entfernen. Dann OK, OK, OK bis alles Fenster wieder zu sind. Danach hat es bei mir super funktioniert. Hoffentlich kommen jetzt keine anderen Probleme.

Utilisation de l'extraction de fichiers (photoshop CC 2014) dans un droplet ?

Bonjour à tous, je viens de réaliser une vidéo sur l'extraction de fichier avec Photoshop CC 2014.
Je serais heureux d'avoir vos retours sur cette utilisation de l'extraction des fichiers que j'ai couplée avec l'exportation de fichiers de lightroom ainsi qu'avec la fonction importer et lier de Photoshop.
Je n'ai pas réussi à créer un droplet exécutable après l'exportation de lightroom pour automatiser entièrement l'ensemble, je suis à l'écoute de vos suggestions éventuelle.

Je n'utilise pas lightroom mais j'ai suivi l'utilisation de l'extraction de fichiers que je n'avais jamais utilisée avant et qui est bien pratique.
Côté Photoshop CC2014 et Win 7 64 pas de bug. le "@2" peut être modifié en cliquant dessus et le texte ajouté est bien repris comme suffixe.
Je n'ai pas compris l'"Extraction automatique".

Comprei o photoshop pelo site, mas nao recebi em meu email o numero de serie, somente a fatura com o número do pedido. Já segui todas as instruçoes do site, ja fui em meus produtos e serviços e lá nao aparece nem o produto adquirido. Como posso receber esse número de série???
