Je veux installer le CS3 sur un ordinateur neuf. Lorsque je viens pour entrer mon numéro de série qui est inscrit sur la boîte, un message m'annonce que j'ai trop d'ordinateur avec ce numéro... donc, il ne l'accepte pas.
Comment je fais pour installer mon cs3 ??
Historique : Je travaille dans un bureau ou il y a plusieurs mac. Nous avons déjà installé ce logiciel sur un de nos mac et le logiciel n'y est plus maintenant. Nous avons jeté tout ce qui était CS3. Y-a-t-il quelques chose que je dois jeter dans les bibliothèques du système ou autres choses qui bloquent mon numéro de série...

La meilleure des choses à faire est surement de contacter Adobe pour qu'ils "réinitialisent" le nombre d'installations pour votre numéro de série.
Dans le futur, si vous devez désinstaller un programme Adobe, avant cela, sélectionnez Désactiver dans le menu d'Aide
Vous pouvez également essayer de réinstaller CS3 sur l'ordi où il a été désinstallé mais où l'activation est toujours active... pour le désactiver....
Vous pouvez installer votre suite sur plusieurs postes, mais elle ne peut-être activée que sur 2 postes en même temps. Et bien sûr, le nombre d'activations / désactivations est limité.

activate is grayed out. Registration is available and when I select it, it says "A problem was encountered while trying to send the information over the internet" So I select "submit again" and nothing happens. Then the program closes and I get the added updater quite message.

CS3 is unsupported under Windows 8. That said, you'll need to contact Adobe
directly for serial number issues.

Uninstall and try the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool before reinstalling - it helps resolve installation problems for CS3 thru CS6 and for Creative Cloud

My old computer, which had CS3 installed, crashed and I had to replace the computer. We re-installed the CS3 program on the new computer, and the prompt calls for a serial number, which we do not have. Serial Number problem with DW CS3

Hi all. I keep getting the pop up Your product trial period
has expired.
I enter my serial number from CS3 web standard and get a
green check mark. I click next and quickly get the pop up there was
an error while processing your serial number.
I believe DW CS3 is not reaching back to Adobe to update. I
try turning my firewall off also, with no luck. Anybody else having
this problem. I can click cancel, DW CS3 will work normal.
Thinking about doing a deactivate then re-installed CS3, or
is there a easy way to fix this problem.

Darm, the bad luck. I should have made image of my
drive........ :(. I guess will contact tech support. I saw the same
answer in a blog... I was hoping the reformat was true. I will
check with Tech Support first.

Tina Hadley did you migrate/transfer your applications over to your new Macintosh? If so this could cause problems with your serial number being recognized. Please run the available uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once this is done you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. I downloaded a version of Photoshop CS3, but they did not provide a serial number. Without thinking, I looked up an appropriate serial number on the internet and typed it in, only to realize afterwards that what I had done might not be legal. So my question is, is it legal to do this or not?

Wait a minute ...if someone would be selling the serial number online why would he/she would make it public so that anyone can use.
There are various keygen present online that can generate such kind of serial number but using them is stricly illegal.....without knowing the source it would be hard to tell.
You can try and get is touch with the "Jeff Wright" , he is a Adobe employee who actively participate in forums....He can check that serial number and can let you know , is it legit or not
also you can let us know the source from where you have got the serial number ...

The trial is always extended. The serial number you enter determines whether it runs as standard or extended.
I'm getting through fine with that link, so it must be a browser issue or some such thing. Try another browser.

Install CS4 Production Premium from Design Premium CS3, but does not recognize CS serial number

Try almost half day already but still do not know how to overcome the problem.
My operation system is Windows XP SP3.
I am installing Production Premium CS4 and it is an update version from Design Premium CS3. I tried to input my CS3 serial number in when it is needed, but it always gave me "Invalid Serial Number". I tried to install the Design Premium CS3 to the computer. The serial number is right and programs work fine. Then I tried to install the CS4 again. First, it cannot find my CS3 just installed before. Second, the serial number for CS3 still does not work. Any idea?
I saw so many people posted the installation issues here. How come Adobe does not do anything to improve the product. I also called the customer support. After waiting 10 min, a guy asked my ID and then total silent. I called again and this time, I had to wait 20 min. Another guy told me this is tech issue so I need to call tech support. He gave me a 1-800 number but I tried, the number is invalid. I have been thought Adobe is a good company before. I really need to rethink that.

Thanks, Bob. Indeed, it was my typo in the message (not CS, should be CS3). My purchase was right (I even discussed with Adobe Store person before I placed the order). I have Design Premium CS3 and the updates I brought is the one which can update from Design Premium CS3. Actually in the menu where I can input my CS3 serial number, it has several options and one of them is exactly Design Premium CS3. Make sure you are using the correct serial number. Find your serial number quickly
If you did not deactivate the original installation then it is possible your two allowed activations have been used and you need to reset your activation count. To do that you need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations. If you ask for more than that they will tell you they cannot offer you any support.

CS3 Suddenly asking for serial number after 2 years of use.

I have been using CS3 for two years on a daily basis and suddenly it is asking me to input my serial number as if I was installing it for the first time. When I input my serial number it says it is invalid. I am unable to access any application in CS3. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to stop it. This is my job. I need access to the software that I paid for.
