NX Pro fails, is there a driver cleaner?

I have an NX Pro which used to work just fine. About 3 weeks ago, it just stopped working and I haven't been able to get it back since. Symptoms:
Google Hello - No longer shows up as a device in my WebCam/DV capture window
Windows Control Panel/Scanners and Cameras - It says it is ready and that my "imaging device completed the diagnostic test", but nothing else.
Windows Accessories/Scanner and Camera Wizard - "The computer cannot detect the scanner or camera"
Photoshop CS2 - I get a dialog window that says "Sti Error! Video Initialize Error!"
Microsoft Office Document Imaging - "Sti Error! Video Initialize Error!"
Those last two seem to be the culprit. Anyone seen this before? It looks like the camera preview window flickers in and out quickly after I close that window.
I've tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, from both the Add/Remove programs as well as the Device Manager, but it has not come back. I've also gone through and deleted all of the Creative entries in the registry, as well as any references to "p30", rebooted, and reinstalled, but also to no avail. Could my Video for Windows (VfW) subsystem be horked? How could I fix it if it was?

Through a combination of Photoshop CS2 and Sysinternals Process Explorer, I've been able to scrounge together a list of processes that run when the error is shown. Maybe someone (a developer) can see where the problem is?

When I run SplitCam, I get:

When I run the PC-CAM Center (v 2.02.0), I get "The device is not available, it may be used by another resource", and the following DLLs continually load and unload:
sti.dll, ksproxy.ax, ksuser.dll, kswdmcap.ax (all from DirectX 9.0c and XPSP2)
