I just got creative cloud 2014 and decided to install After effects on my laptop. I get error to install Adobe Application Manager. I got AAM but installing it, I got an error message "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe support advisor" Now, the support advisor is discontinued. What do I do?
Please anyone help me.

Creative Cloud UI Handler won't download After Effects CC
I have a workspace computer and a home computer that I need to have matching programs on. Therefore I need After Effects on my workspace computer. But when I try to download it, the Creative Cloud desktop app opens, but After Effects doesn't show up anywhere to suggest it is downloading. I'm running Windows 7 on both computers. Other programs download without a hitch, but AE will not. Also does not show up as an available App when the Creative Cloud desktop program is open.
Please help.
ThanksYou are running on a 32bit OS. AE and all other video apps require 64bit.

Could not access Creative Cloud today without updating it. After update it will not open. It spins for five seconds then closes. Mac Pro tower 3 yrs old 12 gb ram os 10.7.2
I was unable to access the laptop last night to create a new user; however my client would perfer not to try a second account since that would make it unusable for him while we test the second profile.
Also John Sophos was installed after this started to verify that it was not a virus/malware (I know pointless step but it has happened to me before) so I don't think that is the problem -

On Windows 8.1 machine when I enter my password in for Creative Cloud Sign In and hit enter/next I just get the 4 square hour glass, it never goes through and I cannot even close the window without canceling it using the task manager. This is my creative cloud subscription on my home computer I am having the problem with. It may be related to one of these two following issues:
1. Last week I got a new computer at work and had to reinstall creative cloud on it and deactivated all my computers in the process. I was able to install and sign in fine at work.
2. On my home computer (Windows 8.1) which used to be fine until I deactivated it is the one on which I am having the problem signing in. At home I also just installed a new router (Linksys AC1600) two days ago as my old one crapped out, so maybe that's my problem? I'm not sure, but everything else on the Internet is working for me with the new router.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.Please read, and reply back here with information https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1499014

Creative Cloud saying im still running trial after purchasing license
I purchased Creative Cloud student edition yesterday after using the 30 day trial, however it seems that the Creative Cloud desktop app still thinks im using a trial and keeps telling me the trial has expired even after purchasing the suite, how would i resolve this as customer care took too long to answer, thanks

1) have someone else download for you and send you the installation files on a usb stick
2) find a better connection yourself and download to a usb stick
3) use your current connection and a download manager to download the installation files.

Creative Cloud member, apps listing as "trial" after login
I'm a new CC member since October. I got the full CC membership with all the apps and everything is fine on my home pc. So, I came to my parents house for the weekend and decided to install the Adobe CC app on my fathers notebook to get something done. The thing is when Photoshop was fully installed it was listed as "start trial" on the apps tab. And now its running a 30-day trial even though I'm logged in to my account. Why is this? Is CC apps machine-locked? That doesn't make any sense since its all account bounded now and all the "work anywhere" "sync everything" blablabla from adobe to push everyone to CC. I couldn't find this info anywhere and would be pretty dissapointed if positive about this. Any help?

Hi I've a load of films on a hard drive which are in 1080p, as space gets tight i'd like to re-encode them to 720p, is there anyway to sort in itunes which are 1080p as opposed to 720p already? Cheers Rob

Why does my iTunes freeze when it gets to the backing up part of the sync?
Every time I try and sync my phone to iTunes it freezes shortly after starting the backing up process. Any ideas? I've restarted my phone and laptop several times and can't find anything to work.
