O-O-S-P ralation ship for Strctural authorisation

Question

Hi all,
All our users having Structural authorisation profile which is having evalution path O-O-S-P  currently .I would like to change the evalution path to access position by custom object which got relation with position .
Can I split the above profile to O-O in one profile 1  and Z1-S-P in another profile ?
profile 1  - O-O  ( Can acess all org and sub org units from the origin )
profile 2  - Z1-S-P ( Can acess  Z1 (custom object ) to all positions and person )
all postions will have Z1 object relation maintained in Po13 .
IF I assign  the above  2 profiles to to the user  will this help me solve the above stated issue ?

my requirement is below.......
requirement to control the position by user-defined points 1,2.
1) Each position should be tied with one point ( 1 or 2....) . Many positions can be mapped to 1 point.
2) As per the list HR users who are authorized to points only allowed to modify create that particular position.
1 to 10 positions mapped to point 1 .
11 to 20 positions mapped to point 2.
If HR user given access to point 1 he will be able to modify positions between 1 to 10 only.
I am creating new relation ship with position and custom objects as 1,2.
for evaluation path O-O-S-P , I need to control  S by Custom object type 1,2.
to create custom evaluation path O-O-1-S-P .. there NO relation between O and 1,2.
