There are so many organizations and employees about 80,000 I worked for a company.
I am developing a Manager Self Service application. So I used a 'O-S-P' Evaluation Path for getting orgs and employees using a 'RH_STRUC_GET' standard function module.
This function module runs about 30 minutes. What happens?
I think the reason so many times is needed is that the huge org's and emp's exist.
How can I solve this issue? Plz.
Perhaps. Are there some IMG setting for speeding up?

Why dont u try 'BAPI_ORGUNITEXT_DATA_GET'. Give the EVALPATH as 'O_S_P', EVALDEPTH as 3 or 4 or 5 (whihever level u want), SCENARIO as 'MDT1' provided you know the org unit.
This is pretty fast and I have used it in many applications.
