Is it illegal to take a picture of someone with your camera phone, while
walking behind them in a public place? If not, then what they are charging
him with amounts to "thought crime".
I'm not talking about trying to get a shot up the skirt or something lewd...
just snapping a picture of a someone from behind, in a public place where
one has no expectation of privacy.
On the other hand, WalMart could probably dismiss the chap for misuse of
Company time, if he did this while on the clock. Or for infraction of some
other sort of rule about conduct on Company premises....
...but I don't see a court case, here. (Oh, wait... it happened in
WalMart. They have loads of money. Of COURSE she'll take a wild chance
that she could get a settlement out of 'em)

It may be a situation where we all wait for things to clear up. The Verizon Cloud has been having issues for a very long time. Have you tried backing up contacts to your Gmail account, if you have one?

Standard troubleshooting...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. If still under warranty, take it in to Apple for a potnetial warranty replacement. If not, you may be able to get an out-of-warranty replacement for $149. -

No. The will replace your iPod at no cost if within the warranry period and the iPod was not abused. I wonder where everybody gets that one-time replacement. It seems somebody says that once a day here.

I have produced 4 professional CDs of children's music. My products are 10 - 20 years old but are still well liked by preschools and families. I have them in digital format and would like to develop a web site so that the songs can be downloaded... not just listened to... so that children, families and child care programs can enjoy them for free. In Family sharing why kids must have mine approve to for free downloads (for purchases i understood)
This is crazy that i set age in restriction so they can only download for example 4+ ...but even then when whey select free app they must ask me for agree ? Its stupid ! Or for what we have restriction setting for apps ?
It's nothing to do with app restrictions, a free app is still considered a purchase and requires approval if you enable the Ask for Approval feature on a family member. I was hoping for an easy to way to say "Yes, I will buy you that game..," not a constant annoyance of having to approve every free game they download. I would love to take advantage of the other features of Family Sharing but this problem actually blocks it. I have to remove them from the iCloud family or else they are essentially restricted from downloading free apps.

Can you get your ipod touch screen fixed for free if its the first time that is broke?
my friend broke her ipod screen and she took it into apple and they fixed it for free so can i get my fixed for free.
If someone breaks part of their device (intentionally or otherwise) it is not covered by the 1 year warranty so I'm not sure why she would have had it fixed for free.

The fine print on the new iPhone Features pages spells it out pretty clearly - you need to activate a new device on or after 09/01/2013 to be eligible for the free apps.
4 iPhoto, iMovie, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers are free on the App Store for qualifying iOS 7 compatible devices activated after September 1, 2013. See www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/ for iOS 7 compatible devices. Downloading apps requires an Apple ID.
