OAF Attachments Feature--Securing Documents to a Particular Context

Dear Members,
I am developing a simple custom OAF Page in R12 in which when user wants to add an attachment, I want to secure it to a particular set of books id.
To achieve the above requirement, I have written the below code in the process form request method of the page's controller.
OAAttachmentTableBean attachBean = new OAAttachmentTableBean();
attachBean.setSecurityType(2); //2 means security=set of books
attachBean.setSecurityId(1); //set of books id=1
After successfully attaching the document, I have queried the attached document details in the table FND_ATTACHED_DOCS_FORM_VL and found the below values in the SECURITY_TYPE and SECURITY_ID columns:
SECURITY_TYPE=4 (which means that security is none)
SECURITY_ID=null
Can any one please tell me where is the problem.
