Dear all,
i have one reqt, user created a SO with 11qty and stock available in stlc as 10qty.
while creation of OBD system will get only 10qty as delvery qty in that field.
here user reqt is for changed that qty as 11qty without considering storage location stock to modify and save OBD.
after getting stock in storage location then user will start further process to pick and pgi.
plz provide your suggestions.

Hello,
Pull List checks the stock situtaion at production storage location and calcualts the quantitiy of missing parts. Here you cannot omit the stock at production storage location. if the requirement quantitiy is not met by stock at prod sloc , then only system will look for the stock at another location.
Using the stock determination rule , u can define the sequence in which storage location to be selected , but you cannot exclued the stock at one location.
Hence in standard SAP your requirement is not possible, i am not sure ,please try to implement some enhancement.

Actual lot Qty and inspection stock

Hi,
We are using early inspection for 04 inspection lot. When I release my process order the inspection lot is created. As usual, the first inspection doesn't have Actual lot qty and Insp. stock is checked. Now, when I create new inspection lot for same process order, the inspection lot has Actual lot qty and Insp. stock is unchecked.
In material master Post to insp. stock is checked.

attempted to use I tunes, every selected a song from the library resulted in a
message stating that the file couldn't be located. After following some of the procedures
explained in this community I was able to reconnect the library back to where
the associated music files are presently stored. However, there are still 2
problems that need to be corrected. 1) Every song file now has a duplicate. One
file works and the other file will result in the same message stating that the
file couldn't be located. Before there were 4,000 songs in the library, now
there are 8,000 songs. I need to eliminate the 4,000 dead song files. 2) All
the playlists are still associated with the dead song files which makes the
playlists unusable. Can the playlists be reconnected to the usable files
without manually having to recreate them? Thanks in advance for the help.

You used your iPod as a hard drive (drag and drop) instead of having iTunes install the music?
If you used drag and drop your choices are different than if you used iTunes to transfer.

I can kind of help you here. First you will need to find out if your computer can install Windows 8. The following computers can install Windows 8
MacBook Air (Mid 2011 or newer)
MacBook Pro (15-inch and 17-inch, Mid 2010 or newer)
MacBook Pro (13-inch and 15-inch with retina display, Mid 2012 or newer)
Mac Pro (Early 2009 or newer)
Mac Mini (Mid 2011 or newer)
iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010 or newer)
iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011 or newer)
Your computer MUST have Boot Camp 5 running on Mac OS X 10.8.3 Mountain Lion or later other wise Windows 8 will not work.
If you don't have one of those computers it won't allow you to install Windows 8. You can try getting a Windows 8 install disc and an external optical drive that supports Mac OS X. I reccomend the Soniq Slim DVD-RW Drive becuase it works with almost every disc including install discs. But before trying to use an install disc with an external optical drive make sure you go into boot camp assistant and remove the partition that you made for Windows. If this didn't help you go to Apple's Boot Camp FAQ for Windows 8. The link is below.

Is there a way to modify a table without setting the system to modifiable either in SCC4 or SE06.
We locked SCC4 in our system , however one tables are not able to modify.
table name YAUTM
Is there a way to bypass this?

Hi Shou......
if it gives you a message....."the client is not modifiable"/ ALIAS "table not modifiable" ...then from a security perspective....you cant, and you might not want to bypass it!
SCC4 settings are meant to be for that! Contact your Basis team for this.
The only way to bypass this is thru ....sending changes through a transport request.
Curiosity: what environment are you trying this out ? cant be sandbox or DEV!

COPING SCRIPT
There are some Standard Sap Scripts in SAP. We cant directly execute them in scripts we have to use some T-codes and by giving some input to the required fields we can see the output printform.
I will show one example. There are some Standard Sap Scripts such as MEDRUCK which is a standard Sap Script for Purchase Order and RVINVOICE01 for billing and so on...
To see oupt of MEDRUCK go to T-code ME9F give purchase order number and execute select one number and click on dislplay messages button on application tool bar you can find the print form of MEDRUCK.
You cannot change the Standard Sap Scripts but you can use Standard Sap Scripts and Copy them to userdefined Script and can make changes to them and replace standard Sap Script with usedefind script.
Ex: Go to SE71,
on menu bar u find Utilities->copy from Client. click on it u ll find new screen showing
Form name:
Source Clinet:
Target Form:
give Form name as usedefined form name EX: ZFORM1
Source client as 000 and
Target form as MEDRUCK.
execute.
Now, the standard from MEDRUCK is copyied to your form ZFORM1.
NOW, go to SE71 and give form name as ZFORM1 and do some changes to the form such as adding logo any thing. save and Activate.
Now, you have done changes to the Form ZFORM1 and u have to replace your form with standard SAP Script.
Go to NACE Transaction.
on Applications select EF for purchase order and click Output types button on application tool bar.
now select NEU as output types dobule click on Processing Routines.
now click on Change option on application tool bar and on right side u find MEDRUCK in form place replace MEDRUCK with ZFORM1 and SAVE.
go back twice and now go to T-code ME9F give the purchase order number and execute and select one option and click on display messges button .
you will find the changes that you have done in ZFORM1. so we cant chage the standard Sap Scripts by copying the Standard Sap Scripts we can chage and replace with our forms

use cp or like in the select query
and more over any thing given in single quotes must be in upper case to my knowledge in ABAP.
any how try this
select * from dbtab where name like '%JoHn%'.
if doesnt work translate it to upper case.

Based on my knowledge, we can only use command to modify DSN messages. This is something that has to be done from the Exchange Management Shell.

Thanks a lot for your response to this thread.
In fact i tried the option of providing value 1 to exclude the storage location stock from the MRP. But it did not fulfil my requirement.
My requirement is as below:
The business wants to create the material requirement by manual reservations.
Also for this MRP run except this manual reservations all other issue elements, receipt elements and stocks should not get considered.
With checking group configuration i am able to exclude all other issue, receipt and stock elements. But in this settings there is no option to exclude the unrestricted stock.
What happened when i tried giving 1 in MRP 4 view to exclude the storage location stock, the system not only excludes the stock but also it excludes the storage location from MRP run. Meaning...
Plant XXXX
SLOC YYYY
SLOC - YYYY current stock: 100
Manual reservation created (requirement) for SLOC -YYYY : 50
The expectation out of MRP run is, to create procurement proposals for 50 numbers with out considering SLOC - YYYY stock of 100 and not to exclude the SLOC YYYY itself.

Hi Om,
I hope that you have alreayd maintained the required master data for Quota Arrangement.
Also have you maintained configuration of Lot-Sizing Procedure ? You need to select "Splitting Quota" indicator in a particular Lot-Size Procedure, which you're going to assign in material master.

Make sure you have a full backup of your iPhone before recyncing with the iMac as during this process all data will be wiped out from your iPhone.

I have the following doubt: The Org values set in $(OrgField) in all the functions, when i run this job, which value takes?? I assume that "*", is that ok?

Since you're not using MobileMe you have two ways to publish to your host server:
1 - in iWeb click on the site folder to bringup the window that lets you decide where to publish the site:
2 - the first option is to select FTP Server and put in the appropriate server address, username, password and website name. The first time you publish you'll be publishing the entire site. Then next time you publish use the File ➙ Publish Site Changes Only menu option. That will do what you want to accomplish.
3 - the second option is to publish to a folder on your hard drive and use a 3rd party FTP client, like the free Cyberduck to upload the site files. Again the first upload will be the full site but subsequent uploads will be the changes only if you follow this tutorial: 02 - Uploading Only Those Newly Published or Edited Files When Using a 3rd Party FTP Client.
