OBJEC_OBJEC REF NOT FOUND,UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION ERRORS IN ABAP WEBDYNPRO

We ve been facing with a weird issue that while we were trying to access the (node in Objective setting and appraisals) configure performance management process ,getting an dump as
Runtime Errors         UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

What happened?
The exception 'CX_FPM_EXCEPTION' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along
the call hierarchy.
Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not
adequately responded to, the running ABAP program
'CL_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER========CP' has to be
terminated.                                     
Information on where terminated
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER========CP" -
in "IF_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER~RAISE_T100_EXCEPTION".
The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 20
of the (Include) program "CL_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER========CM00H".
The termination is caused because exception "CX_FPM_EXCEPTION" occurred in
procedure "IF_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER~RAISE_T100_EXCEPTION" "(METHOD)", but it was
neither handled locally nor declared
in the RAISING clause of its signature.
The procedure is in program "CL_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER========CP "; its source
code begins in line
|    1 of the (Include program "CL_FPM_MESSAGE_MANAGER========CM00H ".

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "/1BCWDY/ENNJ6GYA7WNKNW5ZMH3D==CP" -
in "PREPARE_NAVIGATION".
The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".

of the (Include) program "/1BCWDY/B_ENNJ8K41U5ETCV51ASVN".
Termination occurred in a Web Dynpro application
Web Dynpro Component          FPM_OIF_COMPONENT
Web Dynpro Controller         CNR_VIEW
The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" occurred in
procedure "PREPARE_NAVIGATION" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled locally
nor declared

Hello,
Before using the Predefined Performance Management Process you have to generate a template using the IMG activity "Configure Template for Performance Management Process" under
Personnel Management->Personnel Development->Objective Setting and Appraisals->Settings for Predefined Performance Management Process
After that a process must be configured using the IMG activity "Edit Performance Management Process"
Beefore generating a template and process, we highly recommend that you import all notes listed as related notes to sap note 1239426 since they all fix issues in the Predefined performance management.
