Object Id Guid While creating G service Order

Hi ,
Is there any FM by which I can get Objectid(GUID) and Service Employee group
before saving of order, i.e while creation and after entering service employee group
thanks
Pankaj

Hi ,
thanks for the input, but i need the service employee group and object id after entering Employee responsible  and service employee group no  i.e when the following function module triggers (ZG_SP_CRM_ORGMAN_ORGOBJ_FIND_3 -- configure for our req.)  this function modules triggers when I press enter after entering sold-to-party.

Return code from RFC BAPI Wrapper call:Business area required (Please enter)
While creating service order on backend , we have to fill in the business area. but I dont see any such option on client. may be it picks up the business area from some other detail ( like equipment / personnal number ) ..If so , which from where does it pick that?

    Hi,
    You may try this option which might allow you to create orders without business area in the client;
    In the back-end, Goto,
SPRO>Plant Maint. & customer service>maintenance & service orders>Define field selection for order header data.
Uncheck the business area from required field.
If it still doesnt work, goto tcode KOT2_OPA and click on change field selection and then remove the required check from business area.

  • Error in creating a Service Order in the transaction CRMD_ORDER

    Hello,
We are trying to create a service order in CRM and it shows no errors on CRM side while it is processing and saving it. But after the save is complete, it returns a error from the connected R/3 side tht says "An error occurred in system D19CLNT100 during account assignment".
Any ideas as to how can this be corrected.
    The  details are as under:

    Hello Priyanka,
I have the same problem by using Service Ticket in SAP CRM 5.0.
Did you already solved this issue? If so, can you please provide the solution!?
How can I activate and check the transfer log?

It seems like a problem with the Coherence cache configuration for your installation.
    Is your installation clustered?
Is the problem specific to this cartridge (i.e. do orders from other cartridges work well in this environment)?
Suggest you log a problem with Oracle Support and/or try the problem in a different environment.

  • Serial number error while creating the production order

    Hello frds,
I am getting the following error while creating the production order.
"Item 000000 requires exactly 100 serial numbers for the asset".
If i give 100 serial numbers in the order, the error is solved. But i do not want to assign 100 serial numbers, i want to assign only 2 numbers.
I have tried using the new serial number profile also, but it is giving same error.
    Kindly guide.
    Regards,
    Narendra Bora

    Dear Narendra
Select the serial number profile and go to serialization procedure and set the ser. usage status 02 - Optional as below.
    Procd Procedure description Ser.Usage
    PPRL PP order release 02
since the serail number creation is optional for order relase this will allow you to relase with out error and with serail number assigned in partial.

  • Error while creating the sales order with billing reference

    hi alll
i am getting error while creating the sales order with billing reference. The line items are coming in grey.I am not able to change the items as well as the quantity field. Can u guide me
    cheers
    shalsa007........

    Dear SAP SD 007
I can confidently tell that an enhancement or an user exit has been applied in your scenario
    You have to check that
Normally when creating a sales order with respect or referring billing documents the qty will be in editable mode and it is standard problem
Your people has solved the standard problem by enhancement
Usually OR--LF-PGI----F2 (SAY THE QTY IS 25 UNITS)
Now you are creating returns order with reference to F2 in the return order type Re there is a standard issue that user can edit the qty to 30 from the original 25
To solve this only your people have used userexit
Line items and qty greyed out means definately there is some enhancement or user exit applied
    You have to check that
    Regards

  • Error while creating a Planned Order

    Hi SAP Experts,
I have an error encountered while creating a Planned Order which is "Mode linkage problem with mode number".
    Diagnosis:
An application program called an LCA routine and the following error occurred:
An order has at least one condition with mode linkage with the same mode number. The activities of this condition must have compatible modes. The modes are compatible when each mode of one activity has a mode for the other activity with the same mode number. The first activity that violates the condition is given in the return code table in ABAP.
Please enlighthen me what is this error and what should be done to this error.
    Thanks in advance,
    Raymond

Check the PPM or PDS being used in the Planned Order.
Most likely you have a Setup Activity followed by Produce Activity. However the Mode (i.e. Resource) used in the two activities are different. The same Mode needs to be used both in Setup and corresponding Produce activity.
    Hope this helps,
    somnath

  • Creating a Service Order automatically when saving a Sales Order

    Hello SDN,
I'm trying to have SAP automatically create a Service Order when a Sales Order is created. To this end, I've tried implementing BADI workitem_template and have been using method before_update. I've been using BAPI BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create the service order.
The problem is that in order for the BAPI to save the service order, the sales order needs to be fully saved and operational. Otherwise it just keeps saying 'sales order does not exist'. So the problem is that the BADI is intervening too soon in the saving process. The temporary sales order numbers have been replaced with actual ones, but the records do not show in the database just yet. I think there's a commit that still needs to be done or something.
However, I cannot find a BADI or user exit that intervenes after the sales order is saved into the database, so this leaves me stranded.

Following your suggestions, I've created an update function module and inserted it into the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT. In this function module, I'm calling the BAPI.
Problem with this approach is that I cannot debug, nor is he actually doing anything. Here's the code that is put in the function. Is there anything wrong with the way I call the BAPI perhaps?

  • Creating a service order in a BAPI

    Hi all,
I'm trying working on a BAPI to create a service order using FM crm_service_order_create and crm_order_maintain. When I call the BAPI outside CRM the SO gets created but with a created_by user  "RFC_DIAL" although the call was originally made with a different user. Is there a way to force the creation with a different user than the "RFC_DIAL"?

    Hello,
When you call the BAPI outside the CRM system (eg from R/3) the system will use the RFCs connection user to execute the FM call. You can prevent this behaviour by making the systems "trusted systems", in that case your username will be used when calling the FM from outside CRM.
Take a look at SM59 and look for the RFC connection that is used when calling the FM from outside CRM. In the details of that RFC connection you'll probably see that the RFC connection uses the "RFC_DIAL" user. In order to change this you must select "Current user" and (optionally) create a trusted connection between both systems.
    Hope this helps,
    Kind regards,
    Joost

  • Creating a service order using FM

    Hello everyone,
I am new to CRM technical. I have a requirement to create a service order using standard function module passing only 3 parametrs like category1, category2 and short text. How should I start the report. Can anyone help me in posting the code and the approach.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Sandeep,
The best approach to learn this development is to debug the standard functionality by providing the data which you need in your requirement. Then you will get familiar with what are structures which needs to be populated and send to One Order API - CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.
This above mentioned API will be the one which you need to use in the creation of Service Order. So, you can also search with the above mentioned Module.
Hope this helps. Scan the Forum for FAQ's on problems that you might get in the development.
    Thanks,
    Samantak.

  • Error while creating manual planned order in apo

    Dear expert
While I am creating manual planned order i am getting error as message /sapapo/rrp251
Every thing is correct BOM and PV's no error after consistency check and it getting succesfully transffered to APO and it is also visible in APO
But while creating manual planned orders planned order are not getting generated  I am using BLock planning with PPDS
Please help How to resolve it
    Regards
    Virender

    Hi
The error message /SAPAPO/RRP251 - Error occurred while creating order means While creating an order, the system encountered problems, such as, for example, no available components or components that are available late, orders that could not be scheduled, and so on.
I think system attempted to solve the availability problems by using alternative procurement options. This was not successful. The order could not be created. Check the exceptional situations in the planning protocol, under Goto -> Planning log, and deal with the causes of the exceptional situations if this is possible or necessary.
    Thanks
    Amol
