Object link not known in CO (Notification E IAOM 019)

Dear Experts
We are implementing In House repair scenario in CRM 7.0. I have created Repair Order with Sales and Service Items. Sales items are successfully replicated to ECC for logistics process. Two service items I have in repair order i.e Diagnosis and Repair (SRVP Item category) are copied to Service confirmation.
In the service confirmation, i entered 10 hours for each of these and mark the items as complete. When I save the service confirmation, I expect an Internal Order would be created in ECC to capture the cost.
Unfortunately, we are getting this error. I checked all the Forums, OSS notes, our config settings and debug the queue, but no clue. Please help if you have come across this situation before
Note: We are not using CATS integration. We want only controlling integration

The is error is because internal order in ECC has not been created. Check if there is a Distribution Lock on the Header of the Service Order, if so  release it and save.
You can check the if the internal order is created or not in ECC  Tcode  : K002..

    we have created  DIRs(cvo1n) and attached  notes using Services For Object. The notes is visible in attachement list.Now we want to generate a report in which these notes should be available against respective DIRs.
    we created a query using SQVI, linking tables DRAW,DRAT,TDWST,TSOTT and SOOD.
    But this will show all the notes available in that language ( no link with DIRs)
    we want to have the Notes which are attached to respective DIRs in report.
    it may be possible if we link the table contains DIR and SOOD link table,which we don't know
    can you suggest some method to get the details of  Notes available in Services For Objects?

    We want to create new object link  ( not standard SAP) in our company.
    I try to add new screen for link other SAP object  : SE80 ---> Package : CV --->
    Function Group : CV130 , add new screen . It seems as REPAIR , Ask me for access key .

       Start a second mode and execute the following steps:
       -   Start the Object Navigator.
       -   Display the objects for development class CV
       -   Expand the function group 130
           The structure notes screens lists all screens that can be used
           for an object link
       -   Find the screen for the object link (such as 1201 for material
           link).
       Process the activity Maintain screen for object link in the first
       mode.
       -   Correct the entry or add an entry for the the object you want to
           add to the document link.

    Hi Experts,
    I am new to the DMS Module and have some queries- I have attached a DIR to a PR and PO and in CV04N, while I am doing search with object links,either when one value is correct , the DIR is showing,(like an OR Gate). i.e when PR is correct and PO is wrong, it is showing the DIR or when PO is correct and PR is wrong, it is still showing the DIR. So, is this a standard feature or is there any configuration change I need to do?

    step-1 create doc.type for PO in DC10 (IMG tcode)
    step-2 select doc.type,click left side define object link,here you have to assign the PO table EKPO.
    step-3.for more information check below notes.

    I've mapped pipe line using obejct link,now when i create Maint Order or Notification system displays below mentioned message,
    Select a link object as reference object
    Message no. IH101
    Diagnosis
    You are trying to create an order or a notification for a link object, but have not yet selected an object.
    Procedure
    Place the cursor on a link object. This object will be entered in the notification or order as the object referred to.
    In std Screen RefObject thers is no ref object for Link,
    Please guide me how we can create Maint.Order/Notification against Object Link,as it is required to track cost as well as history of repairs in pipe line.

    i refer page no 18 of SAP book Object Networking (CS-BD/PM-EQM-ON) SAP AG Release 4.6C,
    To select a particular link from the list, (IN18)select the object link and choose one of the following options:
    Goto --> Change/Display --> link, You reach the object link data screen.
    Goto -->Create notification  --> Notification type
    You reach the screen where you can create a maintenance notification for the link. If a link object is entered for the selected link, the system automatically uses it as a reference object for the notification.
    Goto --> Create order
    You reach the screen where you can create a maintenance order for the link. If a link the system automatically uses it as a
    reference object for the order.

  • OLE objects linked to MS Word/MS Excel do not update in InfoView

    I am facing the following problem:
    - Embedded a Word document as linked OLE object into a crystal report and stored it to Enterprise repository.
    - When opening the report with CR Developer from my workstation, links are updated and changes made in the .doc file are reflected, the report is updated
    - However when displaying and refreshing the report in InfoView changes aren't reflected.
    The OLE link (type document) is set to update automatically. I tried to store the report to the enterprise repository with and without data. Yet no difference - no update in either case. Neither scheduling nor opening and refreshing the report in InfoView helps.
    I further inserted an OLE object linked to a bmp image, and for the image refreshing works, even in InfoView
    So am I doing something wrong?
    Some threads in this forum indicate that only OLE linked pictures (bmp, jpg) can be refreshed dynamically, e.g.
    [Dynamically change path to OLE file]
    Others indicate that it is also possible to dynamically refresh OLE objects linked to .doc, e.g.
    [Re: Link to Word document doesn't refresh when running from Infoview]
    - Is it at all possible to dynamically display the contents of .doc or .xls files in a CR when viewing and refreshing the report in InfoView (without the need to reopen and resave the report with CR Developer first) ?
    - We are using BOE XI3.1 SP3 and Crystal Reports 2008 SP3.  On the BOE server Crystal Reports Developer is not installed. Can this be a prerequisite for the OLE links to update in InfoView?
    - Any other suggestions?

    Thank you for the quick reply.
    - You say that this works in CR Designer. That's right. As described above, even I can open the report with CR Designer and the links are getting updated.
    - However if I do not reopen and resave the report with Designer ... if I just open and refresh the report in InfoView to get the updated information from the files ... changes are not shown. I face this problem ONLY with ole links to .doc and .exe. OLE links to image formats such as .bmp do work. WHY?
    My files are already stored locally to the BO server and the (changed) image files are read and updated from exactly this directory. But not the linked Excel and Word files...

  • Transfer Billing document to accounting, Error: 'Object not known in COu2019

    Hi all,
    I have created an acquisition contract and subsequently created a billing document in CRM but when I try and transfer this to accounting, the system displays error message IAOM028 u2013 u2018Object not known in COu2019.  My account assignment category on the contract is EROBJ u2013Profitability Segment CO-PA, however I have tried creating acquisition contracts with other account assignments but the same error occurs, even though the controlling object exists in SAP ERP. Iu2019ve searched the SAP notes and I did see note 683886, but this affected release 4 and we are working with release 7. Any help or advice in resolving this error would be much appreciated.
    Alternatively how do I mark the item category as not relevant to CO? For now itu2019s not imperative that I post to a controlling object? The SAP help portal refers to selecting (or in my case deselecting) the Service setting in the Assign BW/CO fieldu2019 but I canu2019t find this field on the item category. Any advice again would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
    The reason might be the transfer error, is due to the incomplete distribution of the order/contract to R/3 account assignment table IAOM_EXT_OBJ_INF.
    For your invoice, check entry for document number/item number. It might be missing and if so, system shows error message as you mentioned.
    If entries are missing, then the order/contracts need to be re-distributed to R/3, so that the entries are created for these missing items in the IAOM tables. The transfer process then will complete missing entries successfully.
    To re-distribute to R/3, the respective document needs to be save after making a change in the document. Unless there is a change in the document, the re-distribution will not happen.
    I hope this information may helpful to solve your issue.

  • Object Link to DMS document - does not allow to link to docs not released

    Hi Folks,
    I am trying to create an object link from cProjects 4.5 to a DMS document. When I select a document in DMS I am getting the message "26 223 Document <doc_number> has not been released". If I set the status of the DMS document to a released status I am allowed to create the object link.
    My question is - why am I only allowed to object link to released DMS documents? I want link to a DMS document regardless of the status.

  • Object link is not created for batch  through BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2

    Hi ,
    I am trying to create  document for batch object through program using bapi BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2.
    In transaction CV01N while creating document  there is a provision to to link your material with Batch. I am able to create it through CV01N. But, While creating through program I am not able to create the object link. I am able to create link for material,vendor,PO.. but not for BATCH objects. The table where link objects values to be passed is OBJECTLINKS.
    I have tried all possible combination but unable to create a batch object link to a material through BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2.

    I'm facing a problem with the Settlement Type Prepayment in SAP CRM 2007.
    Here you can find the error message:
    Object not known in CO (IAOM 028):
    "You want to post to the object with technical key belonging to the business scenario . However, there is no Controlling object assigned to this object"
    I've read from some forums that BAdIs can be implemented in order to avoid this control, but my question is: without implementing BAdIs, where can I assign the missing Controlling Object?
    In CRM? In ECC?

  • Authorisation object F_T011 not linked correctly to authorization

    Hello Everybody,
    I get an authorisation problem, I hope to be in the correct forum.
    I am about to adapt some rules for Fi user. When using transaction code S_ALR_87012284, I get an error message about a missing authorisation.
    After running SU53, I see that the object F_T011, with the activity 03 and the statement version I required are missing.
    In PFCG, I added manually in my rule these missing authorisation. I generated the rule but the problem is still happening. In debug mode I see effectively that the "authority-check" on this authorisation object F_T011 is missing.
    In looking in PFCG, I see that my authorisation object F-T011 was added to the authorisation T-BT19013100. But if I run SUIM to see the authorisation object presents in the authorisation T-BT19013100, I see all the other object but not object F_T011.
    It seems that a link or something like that is missing between the authorisation and the authorisation object.
    Does someone have an idea ?
    If someone want more details or screenshots of PFCG or SUIM to better see what I explained, don't hesitate to answer.

    to clear the field EXT_OBJECT_ID, but the changing parameter C_GL_ACCOUNT is the field (type BILL_ACC_ACGL09-GL_ACCOUNT )e not the structure (type BILL_ACC_ACGL09).

    I am trying to get object links working in EP 6.0 SP11 I have read all the previous postings and tried applying the ones that were applicable. I have assigned the servicemanager role on both the portal and crm side. Here is the link that is generated when I try to open a business partner:

    Can anyone shed some light on what the correct link should be? Should there be a /irj/portal after the port? Should there possible be another directory between the port and "/roles"?
    I guess my main question is, if I wanted to create a direct link to this MaintainsAccounts iview, how do I figure out the direct URL to it?

    The link should be server:50000/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=/roles/com.sap.pct.crm.ServiceManager/....
    This issue is resolved by changing helperservice.par in SP9.As I mentioned in my previous posts,I am not sure it's resolved in SP11 or not. You can upgrade to latest version of portal or compare the helperservice.par in oyur system.
