"Object Locked" message - but nothing is locked

I keep getting the "object locked" message when I try to edit text or add pages (using CS6). Nothing is locked though; no objects, no layers, and it's not on a master. The document usually crashes shortly after this message pops up. Help please!

Thanks, exporting to idml has helped with removing pages. I am still getting the "object locked" message randomly. It hasn't happened yet today though so hopefully I can just power through.

Go to Settings, iCloud, and then Storage and Backup. You will then see a button to backup your iPad. It may be that you have much stuff (i.e. photos, apps) for it to do a full backup but you will be able to tell what the estimated backup should be and what it will consist of so that you can choose to prune down items. If you don't want to backup and get rid of the messages you can just turn backup off from this area as well.

Double click the home button and swipe up the messages app to stop it, then open the app again. This pretty much completely stops the process and freshly opens it again, resolving problems at times. I have had this happen before as well on my iPad, I get a banner, check messages, and nothing new is there.
If that doesn't work, close the app like suggested above, but then restart the phone by holding down the home and lock button for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears.

"Recovery Mode" message but nothing is wrong!

I was just hooking my ipod (4GB 2nd Gen Nano) up to sync some new songs when I got the "detecting ipod in recovery mode - restore before you can use this ipod" message. Looking at the 'restore' button on the summary tab, it talks about restoring the ipod when there are problems.
Unfortunately (or fortunately!) there is nothing wrong with my ipod; it's not skipping during songs, frozen, missing tracks on play mode etc.
It seems like most people getting the "recovery" message have been having issues but I haven't!
Any ideas on what I can do so I don't have to restore my ipod (I don't want to lose all my songs!) is GREATLY appreciated!

Using Target disk mode from hard drive which is starting to fail, when I move files, I get a preparing to copy message but nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hello, i have a MacBook Pro. The hard drive is failing to such an extent that I can't currently use the computer, only things like utility mode etc. I have connected it unto my iMac and using a Firewire in target disk mode, I am attempting to move files across using that mode. The HD of the Macbook Pro appears in the IMac devices menu and I copy and paste the appropriate folders/files but as I do this I get a progress bar which says "preparing to copy" but then nothing appears to happen. Any ideas on what to do? Is there a password or other issue here that I am over-looking. Perhaps the hard drive of my macbook pro is so corrupted that I can't move files over. Any help would be great?

Try moving smaller groups of files. I' guessing that you don't have a backup huh?

Read the manual again on error handling. Check typos
(e.g. $vector_size vs. $vectorsize), and use a PHP debugger or echo
statements to follow the code flow.
Perhaps use a function to handle error conditions to avoid repeating
code.
You might consider using the bulk FORALL statement in your PL/SQL procedure.
See the example in the Underground PHP and Oracle Manual.
In your example you would use:

SOmeone sent me a picture by text message, but nothing showed up. Also, when I tried to send one back, it never delivered.

If only some of the tracks from the album are throwing authorisation errors at you, that suggests that the tracks are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

What happens when you try to restore the iPod? Error message?
If this program will not get the iPod out of recovery mode your data should be safe.

What is the error number in the error message? To reset the phone you must press and HOLD both buttons for at least 10 seconds, and longer until an Apple logo appears.
