Objects are inactive even in Backend it is active.

Hi All,

Thanks.

Hi Jalina,
Check weather MP for the report is active or not???
or use the query in RSRT and generate report.

  • All objects are inactive in derived roles (copied from existing derived role)

I need to create more than 1000 derived roles, from existing reference roles.
Reference roles are also derived roles. So I executed LSMW for mass copy.
Eg: Reference role XYZ with parent role XXX
New role(ABC) copied from XYZ ,so ABC is having same values as XYZ and master role also.
Now the issue is after executing the LSMW all roles are copied to new roles, but all objects are inactive in new roles .I am not able to activate the object also.

    Hi Colleen,
Issue: I have derived roles for plant XX, now I want to derive same set of roles for YY plant. My reference plant is XX, So what am doing is copying the XX roles to New roles (YY) .No change in object or description, just copy role to new role. And I am using LSMW for the same.
After copy the roles, I will change the description and profile using another script and manually change the org values. But after copy the roles to new roles using script all objects are inactive (In red color),if am selecting the org tab ,I will get message like ,no org levels maintained. Because all objects are inactive .And there are no options (edit) to activate the objects or maintain the fields.
    Thanks,
    Anusha

  • CHECK_INACT_OBJECTS : in-existent objects are inactives

    Hello,
    We are patching ECC6 EHP4 from SPS10 to SPS15.
We are running into a blocking issue in the Phase CHECK_INACT_OBJECTS.
A list of objects are displayed ,those objects can either be activated
    or even open.
    I had a look at sap note 1882203 - SPAM : CHECK_INACT_OBJECTS error
Inactive Objects. There are no such objects inSe80 displayed as inactive
We have actually two kind of problem
    1/ Function Modules in-existent but inactive :
    FUNC J_1BNFE_INVOICE_CREATE_SC
    FUNC J_1BNFE_RETURN_OF_COMPONENTS
    FUNC J_1BNFE_SEARCH_PO_BY_COMP
    FUNC J_1BNFE_SEARCH_PO_BY_MAIN_ITEM
    FUNC J_1BNFE_SUBSEQUENT_ADJUSTMENT
The function modules do not exist in se37 nor in se80.
At some point of time , we have applied a SAP NFe Brazil note which delivered those objects, but it created such a mess, that we have unimplemented the note , but the shadows of the FM s are still here.
We have tried to re-implement the note, but it did not work, as the system thinks that the objects are already here
2/ Class CL_EX_BADI_J_1BLEGALREPORT can not be activated
There is an inactive version of object CL_EX_BADI_J_1BLEGALREPORT
    Message no. EU821
The class has one unique version
I tried to find out which SAP table is holding informations about incorrect inactive status in table REPOSRC, but in vain ...
Obviously, I have opened a sap customer call, but in the meantime our all SP schedule is on hold ...
Any idea would be highly appreciated
    Thanks

    HI Raoul,

    HI Deepika,
Is the yellow status is just for your CC or for all File receivers ?
If its just in your case, try to create a new Receiver CC and see if it helps.

  • 0EQUIPMENT_ATTR; DATE FROM & DATE TO objects are not available

    Hi,
In the equipment masters iam getting the FROM DATE & TO DATE, even when iam scheduling the info package, master data is getting loaded based on these dates. once after loading iam able to see the FROM DATE & TO DATE data at object level.
But when i want to use the same date fileds at report level to check the equipment usage period based on the functional location means these objects are not even available as attributes at report level.
Can any body suggest me the approach how i can get these fields at report level and make use of them.

  • Impossible to add filter or behavior icon button are inactive

Impossible to add filter or behavior icon button are inactive
    Even after deleting preferences.

yes i tried with the layer selected, either text form or image nothing -> no reaction upon the icons. I tred by selecting an entire group nothing. Trashed all preferences files nothing. The only way to get my filter and behavior is to select one in the library tab -> icon are now fully functional!!!

  • After ntrans-j2ee, matching ppath objects are ignored

Aa of WS7.0u2, I'm seeing that ppath objects that should match are being ignored whenever an explicit JSP file is specified, but not for any other type. This is different from WS7.0u1 and earlier. In earlier versions, the ppath object always matched, even when an explicit JSP was specified.
Is this behaviour change intentional? I don't see it described in the documentation.
    What the documentation says:
When a NameTrans directive is successfully executed, there is a physical path name associated with the requested resource. If the resultant path name matches the ppath (partial path) attribute of another object, the server starts processing directives in the other object before processing directives in the default object for the rest of the request-handling process.
For example, assume obj.conf contains an object as follows:
    <Object ppath ="*internal*">
    </Object>
    In my own case
    Given the below obj.conf,
If I ask for a JSP explicitly:
http://servername.example.com/examplesWebApp/index.jspthen the ppath object is ignored and WS passes the request to its own web container (which obviously fails).
If I make an implicit request
http://servername.example.com/examplesWebApp/Then the ppath object in obj.conf matches and the WebLogic proxy service is invoked.
Also, if I specify any non-j2ee (e.g., index.html) file type, the ppath also matches and the proxy service is invoked.

  • Which objects are recorded in a TBOM?

    Hello all,
In a dynamic recording of the TBOM for the BPCA, what level of objects is recorded?  For example, does it capture every field on the screen?  Does it capture a field even if the user recording it does not click onto that field?  Does it record fields in tabs that the user did not view?
We are trying to figure out how detailed we have to be in recording these TBOMs to catch the information we want.
    Thanks,
    Michele

    Hi Michele,
Please have in mind that during the dynamic TBOM creation all objects
that are executed/touched during the execution of the transaction are
recorded. You can look at which objects are in the TBOM by cklicking on
the 'Display TBOM content' icon on the TBOM screen in the project.
You can also check whether TBOMS for your project have
    been recorded.
You can do this in transaction SOLAR_EVAL by executing the report
'Test -> Business Process Change Analyzer - TBOM Analyzer' for
    your project.
The following document explains all necessary steps for BPCA in detail:

    Hi,
After running the above program, catchup your infosurce and do manually activation of your transfer rules and updates as well,if present.
check whether all the InfoObjects are mapped correctly and the status is active or not.
    Hope it helps...

  • Transfer rules are inactive in BW Production system

The transfer rules are inactive in BW(Production) for the datasource 0FI_GL_4. I tried to activate by executing a program "RS_TRASNSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL" and another option by moving transport request from Quality to production( I have done the replicate datasource as well). In the quality system the data flow is ok to ODS(0FIGL_O02). but in Production not able to activate  the transfer rules. please suggest me the best practice.
    Regards,
    Leo.

    Hi,
Whenever we get such an error, we first need to check the Transfer Rules (TR) in the Administrator Workbench.
Check each rule if they are inactive. If so then Activate the same.
You need to first replicate the relevant data source, by right click on the source system of D/s ->Replicate Datasources.
Now execute the following ABAP Report Program u201CRS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALLu201D.
It asks for Source System Name, InfoSource Name, and 2check boxes. For activating only those TR/TS which are set by some lock, we can check the option for u201CLOCKu201D. For activating only those TR/TS which are Inactive, we check for the option for u201COnly
    Inactiveu201D.
Once executed it will activate the TR/TS again within that particular InfoSource even though they are already active.

  • Some SPAU object are red can I leave thm alone and not include them in SPAU

I have ran through SPAU and all are green checked except for 3 which are red or yellow.
I was told these object are only for the Build environment (DV1) or development and will not move forward.
Can I leave them out of SPAU altogether without adjusting them? and since these objects are local and not moved to integration or production will it matter to even process them?
    Thanks
    Jex WF

    Hi,
I believe you can ignore those objects since it's local.
but any way better to discuss with the developers whether they intentionally cretated those requests local.
and more over they will verify the customization whether it needs in PRD or not. if not then you can ignore and go ahead for creating Transport request for the remaining objects.

  • Why objects are  dynamically created in java

Why objects are dynamically created in java even if dynamically created object requires more space & more memory references as compared to static object?

I don't even know where to start...

even if dynamically created object requires more space & more memory referencesCan you prove that?
as compared to static object? Can you define "static object"?
    I vote "troll".

  • After transports, find many InfoObjects are inactive!

After all transports are done.  Find inside any Transfer Rule, source system/datasource fields are blank (We have asked BASIS to do the source system name mapping settings already). I manually assign the source system/datasource and find many InfoObjects are marked with red tick "X", then I realize that these InfoObjects are inactive.
You guys may know that BW InfoObject dependencies are very complicated.  Just wonder how you guys collect all these InfoObjects for transports.
I find a way of massive activations of all InfoObjects manually, but in this way, the Change Request window pops up to prompt you to create change request and I don't the authorizations to create CR on PROD.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

    Hi Kevin,
you can not activate the BI contents in the production server. The procedure is to activate them in Dev, move them to QA. Test them in QA and on successful testing, move them to production. This way, you need to create a CR in dev system and move it all the way to Production system.
As you rightly mentioned, you need to maintain the dependencies while transporting the BW contents. I would suggest you follow the following steps.
    1. Transport the datasources.
    2. Replicate the data sources.
    3. TRs, CS, Info Objects, UR and then infoproviders.
This way, you should not ahve any problem. Hope this helps.

  • Deleting Multiple Maintence plan which are inactive

    Hi Guys
Daily morning we are running IP30 for different sort field ie WS01,WS02,WS03 etc., we enter the following in the transaction
    1. Maintplant sort field      ws02 under interval for call objects 40 DAY tick Resheduling Incl box , log control -> application log ,
BDC session -> call transaction and call mode = N .
After running this transaction it will create maintenance plan for the following Sort field . The problem which i am facing is
    1. It is taking around 1hr 25 min to finished the Maintenance plan for some sort field ie ws02,ws04 .
I think the system is checking the system status all the maintenance plan  which are DLFL, DLFL INAC, INSTEAD of CRTD status.
So Is there anyway to tune IP30 so that when we run the transaction it should ignore inactive maint Plans.
or is there any way to delete or archive maintenance plan which are Inactive .
    Please comment
